    Succesfull Learning in the Middle of Pandemic COVID-19

    Abstract. COVID 19 Has become an epidemic that changes the way of human life. Startingfrom small things so that we care more about our health. Like washing hands before and after doing activities, to wear a mask when leaving the house. Not only that, but COVID-19 has also demanded that we stay away from the crowd and keep our distance. This situation results in an educational policy implemented in the network (e-learning). However, please note that the implementation of e-learning has not run optimally. Several obstacles result in learning not going as expected. Such as, teachers who must quickly change the learning system, students who stammer for so many tasks, and parents who are increasingly stressed in accompanying their children in learning material delivered by teachers through elearning. Through this paper the author wants to convey any obstacles that occur in the field during e-learning takes place, how to resolve these obstacles, and what applications are easy to use by teachers, parents, and students in the success of learning during a COVID 19 pandemic supported by the results of research that has been there is.

    Analisis Kemampuan Berpikir Kritis Siswa Pada Pembelajaran IPA Terpadu Tema Lingkungan

    Tujuan penelitian ini mengidentifikasi keterampilan berpikir siswa pada pembelajaran IPA terpadu tema Lingkungan. Proses pembelajaran IPA tepadu akan tercapai tujuan yang diharapkan jika kemampuan awal siswa dalam hal keterampilan berpikir kritis sudah diketahui sebelumnya. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik analisis data bersifat deskriptif dengan menggunakan pengolahan statistik. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 15 Suarakarta sejumlah 32 siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa berupa soal tes pilihan ganda berjumlah 15 butir, dengan indikator keterampilan berpikir kritis diantaranya (1) memberikan penjelasan sederhana, (2) membangun keterampilan dasar, (3)menyimpulkan, (4) memberikan penjelasan lebih lanjut, dan (5) strategi dan teknik.     The Development of E-Student Worksheet on Environmental Pollution to Improve Critical Thinking Skills of Junior High School Students

    This study purposed to develop an E-student worksheet on environmental pollution material to improve the critical thinking skills of junior high school students. E-student worksheet is an electronic-based student worksheet that utilizes the internet in its application. E-student worksheets can create various kinds of content, both visual and audiovisual, to train and assist students in finding concepts through the learning process. The development research method used a 4-D model, but only three stages were carried out: defining, designing, and developing. This research was conducted on seventh-grade students at SMPIT Al Ghozali Jember. The instruments used in this study were validation sheets, learning implementation sheets, critical thinking skills tests, and student response questionnaires. The results of this study indicated that the E-student worksheet had very valid criteria with a value of 94%. The implementation of learning showed very high criteria with a value of 92%. The effectiveness of learning had effective criteria with an average N-gain value of 0.70, and student responses had a good criterion, with a value of 77.3%.     THE APPLICATION OF EDMODO TO IMPROVE WRITING SKILL

    The purpose of this experimental study is to investigate the effect of using Edmodo to improve English writing skill by using Edmodo and Traditional method. This experiment was implemented to the senior high school students with two classes, two hours per week, over 3 meetings. Seventy two students participated in this study, with 36 students in the experimental class and 36 others in the control class. The researcher applied pretest and posttest in writing skill with quasi-experimental design. The experimental class was treated learning used Emodo method, whereas the control class received learning used traditional method. The data was analyzed by means, standard deviations, and man u Whitney. Statistical results revealed that the experimental group did much better than the control class. But, in using Edmodo on learning English language there is no significant effect to the class which was treated using Edmodo on improving writing skill at the tenth grade students of SMAN 13 Kabupaten Tangerang.     ABSTRAK Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan agar dapat mengetahui dampak model pembelajaran Blended Learning Dengan Pendekatan STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering And Mathematics) Terhadap Kemampuan Berfikir Kritis Dan Kemampuan Pemahaman Konsep Matematis pada siswa smp pada materi kesebangunan dan kekongruenan . Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IX SMP IT Wahdatul Ummah Metode yang digunakan adalah eksperimen dengan Posttest-Only Control Design. Data yang diperoleh lalu di analisis menggunakan uji multivariate (MANOVA). Hasil analisis data menggunakan program SPSS 23.00 menunjukkan jika terdapat dampak Model Blanded Learning Dengan Pendekatan STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) Terhadap Kemampuan Berfikir Kritis Dan Kemampuan Pemahaman Konsep Matematis. Hasil dari Test Of Between – Subjeck Effects, dari tes tersebut didapatkan p-value yaitu sebesar 0,000 dengan derajat tingkat sign. Yang dipakai yaitu 0,05. H0 ditolak dan h1 diterima yaitu apabila p-value < 0,05. Kemudian dapat disimpulkan jika Dampak Model Blended Learning Dengan Pendekatan STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) Terhadap Kemampuan Berfikir Kritis Dan Kemampuan Pemahaman Konsep Matematis. The subjects of this study were class IX students of SMP IT Wahdatul Ummah. The method used was an experiment with a Posttest-Only Control Design. The data obtained was then analyzed using the multivariate test (MANOVA). The results of data analysis using the SPSS 23.00 program show that there is an impact of the Blended Learning Model with the STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) Approach on Critical Thinking Ability and Ability to Understand Mathematical Concepts. The results of the Test Of Between – Subject Effects, from the test obtained a p-value of 0.000 with a degree of sign level. What is used is 0.05. H0 is rejected and h1 is accepted if the p�value < 0.05. Then it can be concluded if the Impact of the Blended Learning Model with the STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) Approach on Critical Thinking Ability and Ability to Understand Mathematical Concepts.     The development of information technology makes educational institutions have to improvise in relevant learning models in order to compete with other higher education in the world. However, it has been noted that Islamic higher education has not been able to adapt quickly in this context. This study aims to explore the use of blended learning models to improve the quality of learning at public Islamic universities in Indonesia. By collecting data from classroom learning practices directly and analyzing them descriptively qualitatively, this study found that the Blended Learning Model was implemented effectively through Website Based Learning and Edmodo Applications. In addition, this study also found that the use of both types of approaches can improve the effectiveness and quality of learning in the classroom

    PENINGKATAN KEMAMPUAN BERPIKIR KRITIS DAN PENGEMBANGAN SIKAP TOLERANSI DENGAN STRATEGI CYBERGOGY

    This research aimed to determine the effect of cybergogy strategies implemented in blended learning to improve critical thinking ability and to develop students' tolerance attitude. This research used a one group pretest-posttest design and quantitative descriptive. The subject in this research were 16 students of VIII-I class in Junior High School 5 Gresik. The instruments in this research were test sheets and questionnaires. Data were collected by (1) pretest and posttest of critical thinking ability (2) questionnaire of students' tolerance attitude. The research results showed that there were improvements in students' critical thinking ability with a N-Gain score in medium category, and students' tolerance attitude has obtained a very tolerant category. The students gave a positive response in learning implementation. The conclusion of this research was that the cybergogy strategies could improve the students' critical thinking ability and develop to students' tolerance attitude

    Profile of Critical Thinking Skills in Science Learning Class at Junior High School on Additive Materials

    Critical thinking skills have recently been intensified in learners at all levels of education. Learners are expected to have good critical thinking skills in order to face competition in the world of work. The research conducted was descriptive quantitative with the aim of classifying the critical thinking skills of students. The research subjects were students of class VIII Junior High School in Kediri Regency in the 2022/2023 academic year as many as 20 students. Data collection was conducted through interviews and critical thinking skills tests. The critical thinking skills test instrument includes 5 indicators consisting of 15 multiple choice test items. Analysis was carried out on the test results of students on each indicator and categorised into five critical thinking categories consisting of very high, high, medium, low, and very low. The results showed an average achievement score of 42.08%, interpretation ability 23.47%, analysis ability 50.21%, inference ability 62.31%, evaluation ability 41.10%, and explanation ability 33.33%. Based on these results, it is evident that students' critical thinking skills still need to be trained in order to be improved. Thus, teachers need to implement meaningful science learning in order to improve students' critical thinking skills

    Pengembangan E-LKPD Berbasis Inkuiri Terbimbing Untuk Meningkatkan Keterampilan Berpikir Kritis Siswa SMP

    Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan E-LKPD berbasis inkuiri terbimbing untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa SMP yang valid, praktis, dan efektif digunakan dalam pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan yang diadaptasi dengan menggunakan model pengembangan 4-D. Tahapan pengembangan yang dilakukan antara lain: 1) define (pendefinisian), 2) design (perancangan), dan 3) development (pengembangan) tanpa disseminate (penyebaran). Validasi dianalisis berdasarkan validitas konstruk dan validitas isi dari 3 validator. Kepraktisan dianalisis dari hasil lembar keterlaksanaan pembelajaran dari 3 observer. Keefektifan dianalisis berdasarkan peningkatan keterampilan berpikir kritis dan angket respon. E-LKPD berbasis inkuiri terbimbing yang dikembangkan diuji terbatas pada 16 peserta didik. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa E-LKPD berbasis inkuiri terbimbing yang telah dibuat memperoleh persentase validitas 86,9% dengan kriteria sangat valid, skor kepraktisan 3,47 dengan keterangan terlaksana dengan jelas, dan keefektifan berdasarkan uji N-gain sebesar 0,64 dengan kategori sedang dan angket respon sebesar 94,26% dengan kategori sangat baik.     Pengembangan Sistem Pembelajaran Flipped Classroom Berbasis Inkuiri Terbimbing pada Materi Hidrolisis Garam

    Akibat terjadinya pandemi covid-19, kegiatan belajar dilakukan secara daring atau online. Selain itu, kurikulum 2013 menuntut pembelajaran yang berpusat pada peserta didik. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem pembelajaran flipped classroom berbasis inkuiri terbimbing pada materi Hidrolisis Garam dan menguji kevalidan serta kepraktisan sistem pembelajaran yang dihasilkan. Jenis penelitian adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan tahapan model Plomp, yaitu: (1) preliminary research, (2) development or prototyping phase, dan (3) assessment phase (tidak dilakukan). Data hasil penelitian dari angket validasi dianalisis dengan menggunakan rumus Aiken’s V, sedangkan data angket praktikalitas dianalisis dengan cara persentase. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, sistem pembelajaran yang dikembangkan telah valid baik dari segi materi maupun media serta sistem pembelajaran sangat praktis dalam penggunaannya.
