Commercialization of the nature-resource potential of anthropogenic objects (on the example of exhausted mines and quarries)
Abstract. In this article we developed scientific and applied foundations of commercialization of the nature-resource potential of anthropogenic objects, on the example of exhausted mines. It is determined that the category of “anthropogenic object” can be considered in a narrow-applied sense, as specific anthropogenic objects to ensure the target needs, and in a broad theoretical sense, meaning everything that is created and changed by human influence, that is the objects of both artificial and natural origin. It was determined that problems of commercialization of the natural-resource potential of anthropogenic objects are most often considered by researchers for specific objects, without having complex methodological coverage from the point of view of combining environmental, technical, economic and managerial components. When studying the substantiation of the scientific base, the authors confirmed the feasibility of the commercialization of natural-resource potential of anthropogenic objects on the example of a number of theoretical scientific studies in reclamation, reconstruction, recreation, remediation, restoration of biological productivity and economic value of land disturbed by economic activity. The considered examples of exhausted mines in the 21st century in the USA, Canada, Germany, Romania, and Poland indicate a wide range of opportunities for their commercialization. The study of the potential for commercialization of exhausted mines in the post-Soviet countries testified to the underused reserves for the commercialization of their nature-resource potential and their high potential for further development. The authors proposed the identification of anthropogenic objects on the basic livelihood spheres of society. There were identified the main system (natural, biological, technical, economic, social, managerial) and structural (subjects, trends, threats, risks, problems, challenges) factors of diagnosing the state of an anthropogenic object. A set of measures has been developed for commercialization of an anthropogenic object in functional and production activities, product policy, financial and investment spheres, pricing and sales policies, promotion, management and determination of property rights. Recommendations were provided on optimizing the management decision-making process based on a set of positivistic development principles, methods, and management functions. The study allows international organizations, state and local authorities, territorial communities, owners and potential investors to see new opportunities and make mutually beneficial decisions on the rational use of the nature-resource potential of anthropogenic objects

Effect of electrolysis regimes on the structure and properties of coatings on aluminum alloys formed by anode-cathode microarc oxidation
ORTHOGONALITY OF STRUCTURED DERIVED ENTITIES
Structured entities, derivative entities and their order are presented. The orthogonality metric for structured and derivative entities is build. This metric is implemented. The sets of structured entities and first order derivative entities will be evaluated and analyzed.structured entities, derivative entities, metric, sets.
Assessment and prediction of tablet properties using transmission and backscattering Raman spectroscopy and transmission NIR spectroscopy
This study investigated whether Raman and Near Infrared (NIR) spectroscopy could predict tablet properties. Granules were produced on a continuous line by varying granulation parameters. Tableting process parameters were adjusted to obtain uniform tablet weight and thickness. Spectra were collected offline and tablet properties determined with traditional analyzing methods. Partial Least Squares (PLS) regression was used to correlate spectral information to tablet properties, but predictive models couldn't be established. Principal component analysis (PCA) was effectively used to distinguish theophylline concentrations and hydration levels and multiple linear regression (MLR) analysis allowed insight on how granulation parameters affect granule and tablet properties

Microwave photon-mediated interactions between semiconductor qubits
The realization of a coherent interface between distant charge or spin qubits
in semiconductor quantum dots is an open challenge for quantum information
processing. Here we demonstrate both resonant and non-resonant photon-mediated
coherent interactions between double quantum dot charge qubits separated by
several tens of micrometers. We present clear spectroscopic evidence of the
collective enhancement of the resonant coupling of two qubits. With both qubits
detuned from the resonator we observe exchange coupling between the qubits
mediated by virtual photons. In both instances pronounced bright and dark
states governed by the symmetry of the qubit-field interaction are found. Our
observations are in excellent quantitative agreement with master-equation
simulations. The extracted two-qubit coupling strengths significantly exceed
the linewidths of the combined resonator-qubit system. This indicates that this
approach is viable for creating photon-mediated two-qubit gates in quantum dot
based systems.Comment: 14 pages, 10 figures and 6 table
Analysis of data systems requirements for global crop production forecasting in the 1985 time frame
Data systems concepts that would be needed to implement the objective of the global crop production forecasting in an orderly transition from experimental to operational status in the 1985 time frame were examined. Information needs of users were converted into data system requirements, and the influence of these requirements on the formulation of a conceptual data system was analyzed. Any potential problem areas in meeting these data system requirements were identified in an iterative process
