司書教諭の専門的職務についての一考察―カリキュラム・マネジメントとの関わりから―

本研究の目的は，司書教諭の専門的職務について「カリキュラム・マネジメント」との関わりから明らかにすることである。まずアメリカにおける「カリキュラム・マネジメント」の要素について検討し，次に日本における「カリキュラム・マネジメント」論の受容と展開について検討した。そのうえでアメリカと日本の「カリキュラム・マネジメント」と学校図書館との関りを比較検討した。その結果，学校図書館法に学校図書館経営を掌ると規定されている司書教諭の専門的職務には，学校経営における「カリキュラム・マネジメント」への支援が含まれるという結論に達した。The purpose of this study is to clarify the professional duties of teacher-librarians in　relationship with curriculum management. First, the elements of curriculum management in the　United States were examined in detail, and then the acceptance and development of curriculum　management theory in Japan were comparatively verified. After that, the close examination in　the relationship between curriculum management and school libraries in both countries was　discussed. As a result, it was concluded that among the professional duties of teacher librarians　stipulated in the School Library Act, the support for curriculum management is a crucial phase　in the whole school management which teacher librarians can take on

Developing a Procedure for Researcher’s Cooperation with Kindergarten Staff to Construct Curricula and Annual Guidance Plans for Standard Curriculum Management

　2018 年度から，わが国の幼稚園には，三つの側面をもつ本格的なカリキュラム・マネジメントが導入されている。このカリキュラム・マネジメントを実現するためには，国の教育課程基準の実現と特色のあるカリキュラム創りを可能にする，自園の保育の目標・ねらい・内容の連関性を確保することが，不可欠になる。本稿では，本格的なカリキュラム・マネジメントを実現できる実効のある保育目標をすでに明確化している２私立幼稚園において，アクション・リサーチを実施して，このカリキュラム・マネジメントを実現できる教育課程及び年間指導計画を編成・作成するための研究者の協働手順を開発している

A Researcher’s Cooperation Design to Enable Kindergarten Staff Conduct Standard Curriculum Management

本稿では，三つの側面を持つ本格的なカリキュラム・マネジメントを各幼稚園現場で成立させることを目指し，まず，現場に必要とされる思考の仕方について考察し，その上で，必要になると考えられる研究者の協働を構想する。すなわち，本格的なカリキュラム・マネジメントを成立させるためには，各幼稚園において，国の教育課程基準の実現と園の特色のあるカリキュラム創りを両立させようとする思考の仕方と，自園の保育全体を保育方法の一つの理論体系ととらえて実践し発展させるという思考の仕方が必要になると考えられる。したがって，各幼稚園現場が，この二つの思考の仕方を効率的に習得し，本格的なカリキュラム・マネジメントを成立させるための研究者の協働手順全体を先行研究成果を活用しながら構想する

生活科におけるカリキュラム・マネジメントの省察 ―コロナ禍のスタートカリキュラムの実践から―

　本稿の目的は、生活科を中心にしたスタートカリキュラムの実践を省察し、カリキュラム・マネジメントの課題を見出し、今後の可能性を明らかにすることである。長期化するコロナ禍のスタートカリキュラムは、カリキュラム・マネジメントによる省察と戦略が不可欠である。まず、2019 年度の西生野小学校のコロナ禍前のスタートカリキュラムの実践を描き出し、その魅力や意義を考察する。次に2020 年度の喜連北小学校のコロナ禍中のスタートカリキュラムの実践を描き出し、困難に向き合う教職員の意識の変容について省察する。そして、２校のスタートカリキュラムのカリキュラム・マネジメントから、アフターコロナの「接続」の可能性を明らかにする

Curriculum management at a special support school by the School Management Council : Analysis of planning and management utilizing facilitation skills

特別支援学校小学部・中学部学習指導要領（文部科学省，2017）（以下，新学習指導要領とする。）では、未来の創り手である子供たちに必要な資質・能力を育成するため、学校と社会が連携・協働していくことや、社会に開かれた教育課程の実施が示された。また、教育課程の改善を軸とした学校教育の改善・充実の循環を生み出すカリキュラム・マネジメントの重要性も示された。一方、広島県においては、平成31（2019）年４月より、すべての県立学校が社会と連携・協働していくために、学校運営協議会を設置したコミュニティ・スクールとなった。 本報告では、広島県立呉南特別支援学校のカリキュラム・マネジメントの取組の現状やファシリテーションのスキルを活用した学校運営協議会の企画・運営による学校教育の改善・充実を目指した実践について報告する。The revised elementary and lower secondary Courses of Study for special support schools (2017) calls for cooperation and collaboration between schools and their communities, and the implementation of curriculums that are open to society, with an aim to cultivate necessary qualities and abilities in children who are creators of the future. In addition, the documents indicate the pivotal importance of curriculum management, which creates a virtuous circle of improvement and enhancement of education in schools. In this regard, as of April 2019, “community schools” were established in Hiroshima Prefecture by the School Management Council to promote collaboration and cooperation between all prefectural-run schools and their communities. This report describes the current state of curriculum management initiatives at Hiroshima Prefectural Kure-Minami Special Support School and the practices aimed at enhancing and improving education via planning and operations of the School Management Council, utilizing facilitation skills

生活科を中核に据えた小学校低学年におけるカリキュラム・マネジメントの在り方

今回の教育課程の改訂では，「社会に開かれた教育課程」を目指すという理念が示された。理念の実現には，各学校のカリキュラム・マネジメントが求められる。小学校低学年でのカリキュラム・マネジメントは，「生活科」を中核として，子どもの実態を基に、学習内容を他教科等と関連させることが大切である。幼児教育との円滑な接続を図る上からは，カリキュラム・マネジメントの考え方を取り入れたスタートカリキュラムを編成・実施することが大切である。入学当初から子どもがもてる力を十分に発揮できるカリキュラム編成のため，生活科を中核に据える意義と編成の手順，小学校低学年における具体的な実践事例を提案する

Relationships between Curriculum Management and Active Learning in the Elementary School Curriculum: Identified by Collating Data for Different Schools

2017年に告示された学習指導要領では，主体的・対話的で深い学び（アクティブ・ラーニング）とカリキュラム・マネジメントは，教育課程を軸に，授業や学校の組織・経営の改善を図るものとして，学校全体の機能を強化することが期待されている。本研究は，この点に着目し，両者の関係について，量的調査を実施し，詳細な分析を行った。結果，カリキュラム・マネジメントがアクティブ・ラーニングの視点からの授業改善を後押しするという知見を再確認するとともに，学校の課題状況により，両者の関係には違いがあり，効果的なカリキュラム・マネジメントが異なっていることを実証的に明らかにした。このことは，それぞれの学校が，自校の実態を踏まえてカリキュラム・マネジメントを進めることの重要性を示唆するものである。In the Course of Study Guidelines (2017) for Japan, “proactive, interactive, and deep learning” (= active learning) and “curriculum management” are proposed as major objectives. These attributes are identified as ways of improving classes, school organization and management in schools. Curriculum management is expected to promote active learning. Although previous studies have shown a correlation between these two attributes, they have not clarified the mechanisms underlying this relationship. In this study, we outline the results of a quantitative survey of many elementary school teachers about the relationships between active learning and curriculum management
