دور اقتصاديات التعليم في مواجهة تحديات سوق العمل الأردنيThis study aims to identify the role of education in the face of the economies of the Jordanian labor market challenges, and to identify the major challenges facing the labor market. It has been relying on the descriptive and analytical approach in data collection and access to the objectives of the study. The study sample consisted of (763), a member of the faculty in Jordanian universities faculty members. The study found that there is a medium degree of the challenges facing the Jordanian labor market. And that there is a medium degree of Economics of the role of education in the face of the Jordanian labor market challenges. And that there were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α≤0.05) in all dimensions of the role of education economics in the face of labor Jordanian market challenges and of (b challenges facing the Jordanian labor market, the role of the Economics of Education in the face of the Jordanian labor market challenges) depending on the variables of the study ( Gender, age, Academic Rank). The researcher recommended the need to work on the development of government policies in providing job opportunities for the number of graduates from universities and guiding them during admission to universities in the disciplines required for the labor market. هدفت الدراسة التعرف على دور اقتصاديات التعليم في مواجهة تحديات سوق العمل الأردني، والتعرف على أبرز التحديات التي تواجه سوق العمل. تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في جمع البيانات والوصول إلى أهداف الدراسة. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (763) عضو من أعضاء هيئة التدريس في الجامعات الأردنية. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن هناك درجة متوسطة للتحديات التي تواجه سوق العمل الأردني. وأن هناك درجة متوسطة لدور اقتصاديات التعليم في مواجهة تحديات سوق العمل الأردني. وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α≤0.05) في جميع أبعاد دور اقتصاديات التعليم في مواجهة تحديات سوق العمل الاردني والمتمثلة بـــِ (التحديات التي تواجة سوق العمل الاردني، دور اقتصاديات التعليم في مواجهة تحديات سوق العمل الاردني ) تبعاً لمتغيرات الدراسة ( الجنس، العمر، الرتبة الأكاديمية). وأوصى الباحث بضرورة العمل على وضع سياسات حكومية في توفير فرص عمل لأعداد الطلبة الخريجين من الجامعات وتوجيههم أثناء قبولهم في الجامعات إلى التخصصات المطلوبة لسوق العمل

A Strategy for Developing the Leadership Practice through Wise Governance from the VieWpoint of Al Taif University Members

The study aimed at proposing a strategy for developing the leadership practice in Taif University through wise governance. The study population included all faculty members at the Taif University which represented -1358- members. A questionnaire was administered tostudy a randomized sample which consist of -321- faculty members which represented -24%- of the study population. The findings showed that faculty members perceived the degree of practicing good governance generally as moderate. Also, the results showed statistically significant differences between the degree of importance and the degree of leadership practice through good governance. There were no statistically significant differences according to gender, but there were statistically significant differences according to academic rank in favor of the higher academic rank only in the following three dimensions of leadership practice through good governance: transparency, active participation, and accountability. In light of these results, a strategy was proposed which implied a number of recommendations, including: Application of the proposed strategy, spreading the culture of accountability, and providing equal opportunities for participation in decision-making for both men and women's departments.

As-Shu’ûbah al-Lughawiyyah Wafqa Haramiyyati Hector Hammerly bi Istikhdâm Moodle

This research aims to know the linguistic difficulty of intermediate level students based on the difficulty hierarchy of Hector Hammerly (1986). By knowing the difficulty that students face, it will be easier for teacher to assign the appropriate step or method in teaching. By knowing the degrees of that difficulty, the teacher can focus attention on addressing the students' difficulty. Thus, the distribution of attention and focus in teaching a subject of grammar is balanced. The study was conducted for intermediate level students, the intensive program for teaching Arabic in the academic year 2021/2022. The researcher obtained the study data by conducting a test for the students and presented them with questions that were determined from grammatical and morphological topics, given Hammerley's classification of grammatical difficulty. The test results were obtained using the Moodle Learning Management System to facilitate the process, speed classification of results and flexibility of test for students. The researcher reached results that the grammatical difficulty of intermediate students differs according to Hammerley's hierarchical difficulty in grammatical difficulty

درجة توظيف معلمات الرياضيات في الصف الثالث الأساسي في المدارس الحكومية والخاصة بمديرية التربية والتعليم للواء الجامعة للتعلّم الالكتروني

هدفت الدراسة الى تحديد درجة توظيف معلمات الرياضيات في الصف الثالث الأساسي في المدارس الحكومية والخاصة بمديرية التربية والتعليم للواء الجامعة للتعلّم الالكتروني، تألفت عينة الدراسة من (185) معلمة. منهن (115) معلمة في المدارس الحكومية و (65) معلمة في المدارس الخاصة. وقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المدخل التحليلي، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تطوير استبانه مكونة من (26) فقرة لقياس درجة التوظيف لدى كل من معلمات الرياضيات في الصف الثالث الأساسي، وتم تطبيق أداة الدراسة في الفصل الدراسي الثاني من العام الدراسي (2015/2016). وقد أظهرت النتائج: أن درجة توظيف معلمات الرياضيات في الصف الثالث الأساسي في المدارس الحكومية للتعلّم الإلكتروني جاءت منخفضة وبمتوسط حسابي (1.76)، بينما كانت درجة التوظيف لدى معلمات الرياضيات في الصف الثالث الأساسي في المدارس الخاصة مرتفعة وبمتوسط حسابي (3.44). كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المتوسطات الحسابية لتقديرات أفراد العينة لدرجة توظيف التعلّم الالكتروني في التدريس تعزى لمتغيري الدورات التدريبية، وسنوات الخدمة. وقد أوصى الباحثون بضرورة عقد الدورات التدريبية المتخصصة للمعلمين على استخدام التعلّم الالكتروني وتطبيقاته المختلفة، ونشر الوعي لمفهوم التعلّم الإلكتروني، وثقافته، وأهميته، وكيفية الاستفادة منه، بالنسبة لمعلمين الرياضيات في المدارس الحكومية. الكلمات المفتاحية: التعلّم الالكتروني، معلمات الرياضيات، المدارس الحكومية، المدارس الخاصة، الدورات التدريبية، سنوات الخدمة.The study aimed at determining the degree of hiring the mathematics teachers in the third grade in the governmental and private schools in the university district for the e-learning. The sample consisted (185) teachers, (115) of the teachers are from the governmental schools and (65) from the private schools, I have been using descriptive analytical approach the entrance, To achieve the goals we developed a questioner which consist (26) paragraphs to measure the employment degree for the mathematics teachers in the third grade. This study was applied in the second semester (2015- 2016). The results indicated that employment degree for the mathematics teachers in the governmental school for e-learning is low and came with a mean (1.76), while the result in the private school is high and an arithmetic mean (3.44). In addition, results indicated that there weren't any significant differences between the average according to the training courses and the educational experience. The recommendation hold specialized training courses for teachers on the use of e-learning and its various applications, and disseminate awareness of the concept of e-learning, culture, its importance, and how to take advantage of it, for math teachers in government schools

The Family Dialogue Culture and Its Obstacles in the Omani Family from the Viewpoint of Teachers in North Eastern Province, Sultanate of Oman

This quantitative study investigates the level of the culture of dialogue within the Omani family and its hindrances from teachers’ perspectives in Ash Sharqiya North Governorate in the Sultanate of Oman. Out of 4516 teachers in the governorate in the academic year 2018-2019, 96 teachers participated in the study. The study used a survey, which included two sections; one assessed the level of the culture of dialogue and the second assessed obstacles of family dialogue. The study revealed that, based on the teachers’ perspectives, there was a high level of the culture of dialogue in the Omani family. The level of the obstacles of the family dialogue was low. The major obstacles were family dependency on housemaids, other employees at home, and parents being busy. Further, the study indicated that there were no statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05) in the areas of the culture of dialogue on gender, level of education, social status, and the number of family members. However, a statistically significant difference exists at the level of the culture of dialogue at the gender factor in favor of male teachers. There were no statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05) at the hindrances of the culture of dialogue based on gender, level of education, social status, and the number of family members. The main recommendations were: a) activating the culture of dialogue within educational institutions such as schools, b) the importance of parents’ awareness of characteristics of children’s development stages c) conducting workshops and seminars for parents and d) enhancing the media role for the importance and advantages of the culture of dialogue

The Role of Memorizing the Holy Qur'an in Relieving Psychological Pressures an Applied Analytical Study of the Prophet's Hadith (The Example of the Believer Who Reads the Qur'an)

The Holy Quran is the book revealed by the God Almighty, to guide human beings and reform the life of individuals and the Muslim community in all aspects of life, and to have a great place in them as the word of God. The Muslim knows that reading and memorizing the Qur'an is a reason for its higher rank in the highest place in the presence of the Lord of the two Worlds. He accepts Iqbal al-Muhabib, who requests more knowledge, recitation, reflection, and memorization. He preferred to remember the Holy Qur'an and recite it many times in the talks of the Prophet (the example of a believer who reads the Qur'an as an example), hence the idea of our research to see the importance of the Qur'an for the Muslims in alleviating psychological stress, as it appeared that the psychological field ranked first, and the social and family spheres received the same rank. In other words, memorizing the Qur'an is directly proportional to the amount of memorization. The greater the amount of memorization, the less the person will suffer from psychological stress. Population Growth and its Spatial Dimension and its Impact on the Sustainable Standard of Residential land Uses. Najaf District Case Study for the Period 2020-2025

هناك تأثيراً للنمو السكاني على استعمالات الأرض الحضرية, ولابد من الاستعداد والتنبأ بالنتائج الممكنة او المحتملة, وما تسببه من مشاكل من جراء سوء التخطيط والإدارة  والتنفيذ, ناهيك عن التهاون في حساب التنبؤ باتجاه وحجم العلاقة بين النمو السكاني والنمو العمراني, وعلى وجه الخصوص التشبع والتنوع العمراني المحتمل بفعل وتأثير النمو السكاني, ولكي لا ننتظر حدوث المشكلة, علينا أن نبادر ونعترف أن هناك مشكلة محلية وإقليمية في موضوع الإسكان ونمو السكان, أي أن الرصيد السكني  لا يلبي الحاجة السكنية بسبب النمو السكاني المتزايد مما يخلق فجوة متزايدة بينهما, اعتمد البحث المنهج التحليلي الوصفي لبيانات تاريخية حقيقية لكل من سكان ومساحات الأحياء السكنية والحصة المعيارية المستدامة للاستعمال السكني لقضاء النجف, الذي قُسم إلى ستة نطاقات؛ وذلك ليسهل علينا دراستها وتحليل متغيراتها, والتنبؤ بالمعيار المستدام المتنامي للمناطق السكنية لخمس سنوات قادمة في منطقة الدراسة, ومن بين النتائج الأهم أن هناك سوء تدبير وتقدير للنمو السكاني الذي ولد تشبع عمراني في استعمالات الأرض الحضرية, وفي مقدمتها تفاوت التأثير للنمو السكاني على المعيار السكني المستدام, وهذا بطبيعة الحال أنتج نسبة معيارية مستدامة لائقة ومقبولة للاستعمال السكني, و نسبة معيارية غير مستدامة وغير لائقة وغير مقبولة للاستعمال السكني, وكلاهما يقعان بين الحدّ الأعلى والأدنى للمعيار وأحيانا خارج الحدّ الأعلى. وللحفاظ على استدامة المعيار المتنامي، لينسجم مع واقع استعمالات الأرض الحضرية بات لزاما تحريك او نقل المتنامي من السكان ضمن أو خارج النطاق (Zone)، وذلك لخلق انسجام مستدام بين السكان والإسكان في ظل معيار متنامي ومستدام.There is an impact of population growth on urban land uses, and it is necessary to prepare and predict the possible or potential results, and the problems it causes as a result of poor planning, management and implementation, not to mention the negligence in calculating the direction and size of the relationship between population growth and urban growth, in particular urban saturation and diversity. The potential effect of population growth, and in order not to wait for the problem to occur, we must take the initiative and recognize that there is a local and regional problem in the issue of housing and population growth, meaning that the housing stock does not meet the housing need due to the increasing population growth, which creates an increasing gap between them. The research adopted a descriptive analytical approach to real historical data for both residents and residential areas and the sustainable standard share of residential use for Najaf district. Which was divided into six zones to make it easier for us to study them, analyze their variables, and predict the growing sustainable standard of residential areas for the next five years in the study area. One of the most important results is that there is a mismanagement and wrong estimation of population growth that has generated urban saturation in urban land uses. Foremost among them is the varying impact of population growth on the sustainable housing standard, which, of course, has created a decent and acceptable sustainable standard ratio for residential use and another that is unsustainable, inappropriate and unacceptable for residential use, both of them are located between the upper and lower limits of the standard and sometimes out of  standards. In order to maintain the sustainability of the growing standard to conform the reality of urban land uses, it is necessary to move or relocate the developing population within or outside zone to create sustainable harmony between population and housing under a growing and sustainable standard.&nbsp
