El gobierno corporativo de las multilatinas y su responsabilidad social organizacional

La expansión del estudio del Gobierno Corporativo hasta involucrar la Responsabilidad social organizacional es una práctica recurrente y actual. Son varios los investigadores del tema que se encuentran trabajando en ello, especialmente en las particularidades que dicha relación asume en cada contexto social específico. Sin embargo, esto no ha tenido lugar en Latinoamérica. En razón a ello, el presente escrito define las bases teóricas para aportar a la subsanación de dicha ausencia. Su objetivo está concentrado en las empresas multinacionales latinoamericanas o Multilatinas. Estas se caracterizan por tres aspectos: concentración de la propiedad, actividad desarrollada fundamentalmente en los países latinoamericanos y, condiciones aptas para ser objeto de la profesionalización no familiar. La propuesta final define dos categorías de Responsabilidad Social Organizacional respecto a las cuales entran en conflicto los intereses de los gerentes respecto a los intereses de las familias dominantes

Populasiadalahsemuaibuhamil trimester 3 di wilayahkerja BPM Habibahsebesar 12 orang.Sampelsebesar 12 orang, diambildengantekniktotal sampling.Variabelpenelitianiniadalahsikapibuterhadappemeriksaankehamilan. Pengumpulan data menggunakaninstrumenkuisener. Analisis data secarastatistikdeskriptifdenganmenggunakanpersentase. Hasilpenelitianmenunjukkanbahwasebagianbesar (67%) respondenmempunyaisikappositifdanhampirsetengahnya (33%) respondenmempunyaisikapnegatif. THE USE OF SONGS TO INCREASE ENGLISH VOCABULARY TO THE FIRST GRADE STUDENTS OF SDN TUGU JEBRES NO.120 SURAKARTA

This report is written based on the job training activities done by the writer as an English Teacher in SDN Tugu Jebres No.120 Surakarta. The purpose of this report is to describe the use of songs to improve English vocabulary to the first grade student. Using songs can be good alternation to teach English to young learners because children like songs. In many cultures, songs are used to introduce or practice mother tongue to young children. By implementing the songs, the students are easier in understanding the meaning of the words and memorizing the vocabulary. It happened because first, songs are consisted of special rhythm that stimulates the brain to catch the lyrics. Second, there are many word repetitions in songs that is very helpful for young learners to memorize the new vocabulary. Third, singing is a happy and stress-free activity that brings different atmosphere in theclassroom so that the students feel more interested in learning English vocabulary. Songs are a motivating and enjoyable aid to learn language. Singing many English songs could add the students’ vocabularies. As the result, the scores of English is increasing well. Normans and Other Franks in 11th Century Byzantium: the Careers of the Adventurers before the Rule of Alexius I Comnenus

The paper examines the Frankish presence in Byzantium during 11th century. It was stressed that the mentioned period was the time of a great influx of westerners to the East. At first, most of them visited Constantinople as pilgrims during return journey from the Holy Land. The author points out that the term Franks (Frankoi) was basically attributed to the Eastern Franks/Germans, while in the course of time the Byzantines started to use it to identify rather Western Franks (i.e. French, Normans, Burgundians etc.). The author studies the circumstances in which the new mercenaries and adventurers meet the Empire, trying to define the reason of their success. Another issue investigated in the text is the extent to which Franks got promoted within the social hierarchy in Byzantium during the 11th century. Finally, the author argues that before the presence of great families such as Petraliphai, Raoul or Rogerioi there was at least one house of Frankish descent, which was raised significantly earlier and whose founder was Hervé Frankopoulos

Asuhan Kebidanan Komprehensif Pada Ny. “S” Di Praktikmandiri Bidan Ellna Palembang

Menurut Word Health Organitation (WHO) mengenai AKI di dunia pada tahun 2014 adalah 216 per 100.000 kelahiran hidup (KH),di Indonesia menurut SDKI tahun 2015 masih tinggi yaitu 305 per 100.000 KH, di kota Palembang tahun 2017 AKI sebanyak 7 orang dari 27.876 KH, Contiunuity of care merupakan asuhan secara berkesinambungan dari hamil sampai dengan KB sebagai upaya penurunan AKI dan AKB. Laporan Tugas Akhir ini memberikan asuhan kebidanan komprehensif pada Ny. “S” di Praktik Mandiri Bidan Ellna Palembang sejak 17 desember 2018 sampai 19 Januari 2019, di mulai dari kehamilan, persalinan,BBL, nifas, dan neonatus. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Metode studi kasus yang di gunakan yaitu metode deskriptif untuk menggambarkan apa yang telah diamati dan dilakukan dalam asuhan kebidanan dengan menggunakan metode SOAP. Hasil asuhan yang diperoleh dari asuhan kebidanan komprehensif Ny. “S” pada kehamilan, persalinan kala I sampai dengan kala IV, BBL, Nifas, Neonatus di temukan dalam ruang lingkup yang fisiologis. Kesimpulan berdasarkaan dari data pengkajian data yang didapatkan pada Ny.S ditegakkan diagnosa kehamilan, persalinan, nifas, dan neonatus normal. Penatalaksanaan dan evaluasi asuhan kebidanan secara komprehensif pada Ny. “S” selama kehamilan, persalinan, BBL, nifas, dan neonatus normal telah dilakukan sesuai dengan analisa yang ditegakkan
