O Sindicato dos Metalúrgicos durante o primeiro peronismo: evolução institucional e dinâmica organizacional

Este trabajo tiene la intención de estudiar el funcionamiento de la Unión Obrera Metalúrgica (UOM) durante el primer peronismo. Una entidad que durante la etapa 1945-1955 se afianzó como una organización sindical compleja y con proyección nacional, mediante la aplicación del modelo sindical por rama de la producción. En tal sentido, este estudio se interesará por indagar acerca de la dinámica interna de la UOM, con el fin de comprender el sentido de las relaciones internas, los vínculos entre los diversos estadios de la organización y la forma en que la entidad se relaciona con el peronismo.This work intends to study the operation of the Unión Obrera Metalúrgica (UOM) during the first Peronism. An entity that during the 1945-1955 period established itself as a complex union and national projection , by applying the model union branch of production . In that sense, this study will be interested in inquiring about the internal dynamics of the UOM, in order to understand the sense of internal relations, the links between the various stages of the organization and how the organization relates to Peronism.Este trabalho pretende estudar o funcionamento do Sindicato dos Trabalhadores Metalúrgicos durante o primeiro peronismo. Uma entidade que, durante o período de 1945-1955 estabeleceuse como uma união complexa e com projeção nacional, mediante a aplicação do modelo sindical por ramo de produção.
