Tato diplomová práce pojednává o charakteristikách laserových diod, difrakcí a o vlastnostech gausovského svazku. Je určen útlum vazby vysílací dioda - vysílací apertura v závislosti na velikostech apertury a na velikosti svazku v programu MATLAB. Jsou stanoveny optimální parametry vazby apertura-dioda.This master's thesis deals with the characteristics of the laser diode, diffraction and the properties of the gaussian beam. The coupling attenuation of the laser diode and the transmitting aperture is calculated depending on the sizes of the aperture and on the size of the beam in program MATLAB. The optimal parameters of the coupling diode-aperture are determined.

Rozvoj jednotlivých složek venkova je ovlivňován celou řadou aktérů na různých hierarchických úrovních. Úroveň národní a krajská však především stanovují rámec pro rozvoj venkova, konkrétní aktivity jsou záležitostí aktérů na úrovni lokální. Cílem tohoto příspěvku je představit jednotlivé složky venkova, které je mohou ovlivňovat místní aktéři, a zachytit jejich vzájemnou provázanost z hlediska možných rozvojových směrů.Development of segments of rural areas is influenced by many participants on different hierarchical levels. Bond strength of metal ions in humic gels

Tato práce se zabývá studiem síly vazby mědi v huminových gelech. Během studia byly použity dvě metody extrakce, kontinuální a frakční. Během frakční extrakce probíhá vyluhování mědi v jednotlivých činidlech, zatímco během kontinuální extrakce probíhá vyluhování postupně ve všech extrakčních činidlech. Jako extrakční činidla byly použity destilovaná voda, 1M MgCl2, 1M HCl a 0,025M NH4EDTA. UV-VIS spektrometrií byla měřena množství Cu2+ iontů ve výluzích po extrakci. Použitými extrakcemi bylo dosaženo frakcionace Cu2+ iontů podle síly vazby v huminovém gelu.This thesis deals with the study of bond strength of Cu2+ ions in humic gels. Two methods of extraction were used during the study, sequential and fractional extractions. During the fractional extraction leaching of copper proceeds in single agents, whereas during the sequential extraction leaching proceeds gradually in all extraction agents. Destilled water, 1M MgCl2, 1M HCl and 0,025M NH4EDTA were applied like extraction reagents. Amounts of Cu2+ ions in leaches after extraction were measured by UV-VIS spectrometry. By using extractions was obtained the fractionation of Cu2+ ions according to bond strength in humic gel.

Building of Rubber Production in Odry

Cílem práce je návrh a posouzení ocelové konstrukce haly pro průmyslovou výrobu v Odrách. Objekt má obdélníkový půdorys o rozměrech 48 x 56 m, se sedlovou střechou o mírném sklonu a výškou hřebene 10,6 m. Objekt je dvoulodní, hlavní nosnou část tvoří rámové vazby o dvou polích z plnostěnných profilů, na rámech jsou uloženy plnostěnné vaznice. Podélná tuhost je zajištěna pomocí příčného ztužidla, příčnou tuhost zajišťují rámové vazby. Nosná část stěnového a střešního pláště je tvořena sendvičovými panely.The object of this thesis is to design and assess steel structure “of hall for industrial production at Odry. The object has a rectangular shape with dimensions 48 x 56 m, with saddle roof with slight inclination and 10,6m high rooftop. The object is a two-bay hall, the main supporting part is formed by frame ties of two sections from plate profiles, on frames are mounted plate purlins. Longitudinal rigidity is ensured by transverse bracings, the transverse rigidity is ensured by frame ties. The supporting part of the wall and roof cladding is made of sandwich panels.

Sledována byla především pevnost a tažnost ve směru řádků a sloupků. Experiment byl postaven na sledování pevnosti a tažnosti sedmi typů zátažných vazeb. Byly vybrány dvě skupiny vazeb. První skupina obsahovala vazby, které měly podloženou kličku vloženou do struktury. Byly to vazby s přerušenou činností jehly (polokulatá a Milano Rib). U těchto vazeb byl předpoklad, že tyto podložené kličky budou příčnou tažnost pletenin snižovat. Druhou skupinu tvořily vazby s trvale vyřazenými jehlami z činnosti tzv. žebrové vazby. U těchto vazeb by se měla příčná tažnost podle teoretických předpokladů zvýšit

Cascading effects in a critical infrastructure system

Disertační práce se zabývá problematikou kaskádních efektů v systému kritické infrastruktury. Práce je členěna do tří posloupných částí. První část je věnována teoretickému vymezení řešené problematiky, kde je provedena deskripce systému kritické infrastruktury a deskripce pododvětví elektroenergetiky. Analytická část práce je prvotně zaměřena na analýzu nežádoucích událostí a jejich dopady. V návaznosti na problematiku vazeb v systému kritické infrastruktury je provedena analýza závislostí železniční infrastruktury na pododvětví elektrické energie. Dále je analytická část věnována analýze stávajících přístupů k hodnocení kaskádního efektu a analýze faktorů ovlivňujících charakter šíření a roveň intenzity kaskádního efektu. Stěžejní částí práce je návrh postupu hodnocení kaskádního efektu v systému kritické infrastruktury. Tento postup hodnocení je primárně navržen pro technická odvětví kritické infrastruktury a sestává z devíti kroků. Nejprve je zaměřen na vymezení hodnoceného území společně s výběrem iniciačního prvku, prostřednictvím kterého budou dále posuzovány další dependentní prvky v rámci zvoleného subsystému. Na základě těchto informací lze vykreslit strukturální mapu kaskádního efektu. Dále postup zahrnuje stanovení intenzity vazby a úrovně resilience posuzovaných prvků. V této návaznosti může být následně stanovena úroveň rizika šíření kaskádního efektu. Posledním krokem je vyhodnocení šíření kaskádního efektu, na základě kterého lze určit kritické dependentní prvky a provést jejich prioritizaci za účelem případného přijetí bezpečnostních opatření.Dissertation is focused on problematics of cascading effects in a critical infrastructure system. Dissertation is divided into three related parts. The theoretical part obtains description of critical infrastructure system and description of electricity sub-sector. Analytical part is focused on the analysis of unwanted events and their impacts. Following the issue of the linkage in the critical infrastructure system, the analysis of the dependency of the railway infrastructure on the electricity sub-sector is perform/realize. Further is the analytical part dedicate to the analysis of existing approaches to the assessment the cascade effect and to the analysis of factors influencing the character of the spread and the level of cascade effect intensity. Crucial part of the dissertation is a draft of procedure for assessing the cascading effect in a critical infrastructure system. This procedure of assessing is primarily designed for technical sectors of critical infrastructure systems and consists of nine steps. First is focused on determination of the assessed territory along with selecting the initiatory element, through which further dependent elements within the selected subsystem will be assessed. Based on this information, can be depict a structural map of the cascading effect. Farther involves setting of linkages intensity and resilience level of the selected elements. Subsequently, the level of risk of spreading the cascading effect may be determined. The final step is the assessment of the spread of the cascade effect, by which the critical dependent elements can be identified and prioritized to take security measures.050 - Katedra ochrany obyvatelstvavyhově

Rigorózní práce vytváří celkový obraz o právním institutu vazby, který je jedním ze zajišťovacích prostředků trestního práva. Práce jednak vymezuje zakotvení institutu vazby v rovině ústavněprávní a dále obsahuje problematiku materiálního a formálního vazebního práva. Práce se soustřeďuje na vymezení pojmu vazby, charakteristické principy právní úpravy, podmínky nutné pro vzetí obviněného do vazby, vazební důvody, rozhodování o vazbě, přezkoumávání důvodů vazby a její možné trvání, jakož i charakteristiku prostředků, jimiž lze vazbu nahradit, aniž by došlo k omezení osobní svobody obviněného. V práci je rovněž věnován prostor charakteristice zvláštních druhů vazby. Při jejím vytváření byla zohledněna nejen současná právní úprava, ale i četná judikatura soudů.This rigorous thesis creates a complex picture of custody, which is considered as one of the custodial instruments in the criminal law. The thesis contains constitutional basics of custody, characteristics of material and formal custodial law and is especially focused on explanation of concept of custody, characteristic principles of legal regulations, conditions necessary for taking accused into custody, custodial reasons, resolution making, judicial review of custody and determination of maximal duration of custody. Futhermore it also reports about instruments which are capable to substitute custody with measures not connected with constraint of individual liberty. Problémy institutu vazby Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem institutu vazby, které je velice aktuální a zajímavé. Výkonem vazby dochází k omezování práva osobní svobody, které je jedním ze základních práv a svobod. K omezení tohoto práva dochází u osoby obviněného, ten je sice podezřelý ze spáchání trestného činu a je proti němu vedeno trestní stíhání, přesto je ale s ohledem na zásadu presumpce neviny nutné na obviněného hledět jako na nevinného. U institutu vazby dochází ke střetu dvou důležitých zájmů, kdy na jedné straně vystupují orgány činné v trestním řízení, v jejichž zájmu je zajistit obviněného pro účely trestního řízení, na druhé straně však stojí zájmy obviněného, který je nevinný a má právo na osobní svobodu zaručené ústavními zákony a mezinárodněprávními dokumenty. Při úpravě institutu vazby je potřeba dbát na co největší šetření práva osobní svobody, aby do tohoto práva bylo zasahováno co nejméně, aby tedy právní úprava nabízela i jisté alternativy nahrazující institut vazby, které by mohly být využity namísto vazby a postačovaly by k dosažení účelu . Being placed in custody restricts the right of freedom what is one of the fundamental human rights and freedoms. Accused people are suspected of committing a criminal offence but until proven otherwise they must be treated as innocent. There is a conflict of interests of the law enforcement bodies who want to secure the criminal proceedings to reach their object and of the accused person who is innocent and his right of freedom is guaranteed by the Constitutional Law and international treaties. It is essential to ensure the protection of the right of freedom as much as possible. The restrictions are accepted only when necessary. Legislation should offer another solutions what can be used instead of criminal custody and would be less stringent. My diploma thesis is divided into six chapters. First chapter deals with the history of the criminal custody. The biggest changes of criminal custody are captured in historical course beginning in the interwar period until the present day.
