The document archiving system in the government hierarchy of a village is crucial in today's modern era. Archiving aims to organise documents in the village organisation system as a form of village identity. This service aims to increase community understanding of the importance of archive management in the village administration system. This service was carried out in Yanggandur Village, Sota District, Merauke Regency. The method used in this service is delivering material on the Village Administration Filing System delivered through lecture and presentation methods. The result of the socialisation in this service is a real positive impact on efficiency, transparency, and village community services in the archiving process in the village administration system. Document management is also better organised through this socialisation which then results in three things. Firstly, there is an increase in efficiency in document management. Second, Better Information Accessibility, where this archiving system has brought significant changes in terms of information accessibility. Third, there is a reduced risk of data loss

Travelling is a significant part of Gypsies and Travellers’ culture and way of life and many families continue to travel in and around London following in the footsteps of past generations. Being able to stop in safe and secure conditions and having access to basic facilities such as sanitation and waste disposal are essential to travelling. Negotiated stopping is a balanced and humane approach to managing roadside camps, based on a mutual agreement between the local authority and Gypsy and Traveller families on matters such as correct waste disposal and basic temporary facilities, sometimes directing Gypsy and Traveller communities away from contentious public spaces to more appropriate council land. This approach is proven to achieve significant savings in public spending and decreased social costs for Gypsy and Traveller communities. However, across London the preferred approach for most local authorities is rapid eviction of roadside families which has significant negative impacts

Abstrak: Pandemi Covid-19, tidak hanya berdampak pada Kesehatan, namun juga pada perekonomian masyarakat. Desa Kuluran memiliki potensi sumber daya alam yang sangat baik, terlihat dari tanah yang subur sehingga tumbuhan dapat hidup dengan baik di lingkungan tersebut, termasuk tanaman obat keluarga (TOGA). Dengan adanya potensi tersebut, yang menjadi permasalahan adalah masyarakat kurang mengetahui bahwa sumber daya tersebut dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai sumber gizi dan apotek hidup untuk meningkatkan imunitas di masa pandemic Covid-19. Pengelolaan sumber daya alam dapat dilakukan secara partisipatif dengan melibatkan seluruh komponen masyarakat desa. Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan pada bulan September – November 2021 dalam lima tahapan mulai dari identifikasi potensi dan masalah desa, sosialisasi kegiatan, FGD Kebun Gizi dan Apotek Hidup, Pembuatan Rumah Toga dan monitoring dan Evaluasi. Pemberdayaan masyarakat dalam upaya mewujudkan desa sehat dan madiri mampu meningkatkan pamahaman masyarakat dalam pemanfaatan sumberdaya desa sebagai apotek hidup dan sumber gizi dengan ketercapaian pemahaman 6 indikator sebesar >75%.Abstract:  The Covid-19 pandemic, not only has an impact on health, but also on the community's economy. Kuluran Village has excellent natural resource potential, as can be seen from the fertile soil so that plants can live well in the environment, including family medicinal plants (TOGA). With this potential, the problem is that people don't know that these resources can be used as a source of nutrition and live pharmacies to increase immunity during the Covid-19 pandemic. Natural resource management can be carried out in a participatory manner by involving all components of the village community. This community service will be carried out in September – November 2021 in five stages starting from identifying village potentials and problems, socializing activities, FGD of Nutrition Gardens and Living Pharmacies, Making Toga Houses and monitoring and evaluation. Community empowerment in an effort to create a healthy and independent village is able to increase community understanding in the use of village resources as a living pharmacy and source of nutrition with the achievement of understanding 6 indicators of >75%

Penyuluhan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Tentang Pencegahan dan Penanganan DBD Sekaligus Pemeriksaan Gratis

Dengue fever (DHF) is a serious febrile illness transmitted by the bite of the female Aedes aegypti mosquito. The disease is of serious concern as it can be life-threatening if not treated promptly. DHF affects the human circulatory system and can result in serious complications or even death. Therefore, prevention and early treatment efforts are very important to reduce the impact of this disease. Health counseling activities on the prevention and treatment of DHF in hamlet IV of Lobu Huala village aim to increase community understanding of the importance of preventing and treating this disease. Through this activity, the community can gain the necessary knowledge to protect themselves and their families from the risk of DHF.  The methods used in this counseling include providing information and education to the community on effective ways to prevent the spread of DHF. One of the main approaches is to eradicate the Aedes aegypti mosquito vector, which is the main cause of dengue transmission. The community is taught how to manage their surroundings, such as cleaning up stagnant water that can be a breeding ground for mosquitoes, and keeping their homes and yards clean. In addition, the counseling also provides information on the signs and symptoms of DHF, the first actions to take if someone is infected, and the importance of seeking immediate medical attention if symptoms worsen. With this knowledge, the community is expected to be more aware of the symptoms of DHF and take appropriate steps to prevent its spread. The results of this counseling activity showed that the community of hamlet IV of Lobu Huala village began to understand and implement better dengue mosquito eradication practices. They are also more aware of the importance of maintaining environmental hygiene and taking regular preventive measures. With this increased understanding, it is hoped that dengue cases in the area can be significantly reduced, so that the quality of life of the community can be improved and the risk of disease can be minimized

Sosialisasi Sertifikasi Tanah Ditinjau Dari Hukum Agraria di Kecamatan Medan Tuntungan

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilaksanakan bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat terkait sertifikasi tanah ditinjau dari Hukum Agraria. Hasil dari kegiatan sosialisasi ini ialah hasil pre test yang disebar melalui kuesioner menunjukkan pra sosialisasi 76% menyatakan belum mengetahui dan memahami dengan baik tentang sertifikasi tanah ditinjau dari hukum agraria. Sedangkan 24% lainnya menyatakan mengerti sertifikasi tanah ditinjau dari hukum agrarian. Luaran dari kegiatan ini berdasarkan hasil post test menunjukkan Luaran dari kegiatan ini berdasarkan hasil post test menunjukkan 100% peserta mengetahui dan memahami dengan baik tentang Sertifikasi Tanah Ditinjau Dari Hukum Agraria.
