Factors Affecting Customer Loyalty: A Case of Kunming Mingzhu Environmental Protection Technology Co, Ltd
This study employs mixed-method research aiming to study the factors affecting customer loyalty of Kunming Mingzhu Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. The research location is Kunming Mingzhu Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. in Yunnan, China. The population is 100 and the sample size is 80. The research instruments include the questionnaire for the quantitative research method and the interview for the qualitative method. The data analysis treatment comprises of multiple linear regression for quantitative analysis and content analysis was used for qualitative analysis. The results show that service quality, product quality, brand image and brand awareness have a significant impact on customer satisfaction, and customer satisfaction has a significant impact on customer loyalty. Therefore, the enterprise must pay attention to these factors and strengthen their own service quality, product quality, brand image and brand awareness to improve customer satisfaction and customer loyalty
The present status and prospect of research on the de-ironing and bleaching technology of kaolin
The increase of degree of whiteness is an important method for Kaolin growth in value. In this paper, the occurrence of iron in kaolin was briefly described, and the methods of the de-ironing and bleaching technology of kaolin were introduced. The characteristics and the existing problems of all kinds of method were analyzed. Some new green environmental protection technology of the de-ironing and bleaching kaolin were introduced
Alternative Fuels and Technologies for Short Sea Shipping
Awareness of the consequences of excessive greenhouse gas emissions in maritime transport has prompted research on the use of alternative fuels and technology, towards environmentally neutral ship propulsion, which has resulted in a number of possibilities. This review provides a systematic overview of the current state of use of ship propulsion and alternative options from the aspect of costs, infrastructure, regulations, availability, environmental protection, technology and the perspective of complete decarbonisation by 2050
Development Status and Application Research of Rare Earth Permanent Magnet Motor
Since entering the new century, the efficient use of energy has become the key to the development of every country in the world, so it is an inevitable trend to create a resource-saving society. So many fields are also actively exploring new environmental protection technology, and in the development process of China's industrial industry, the further use of rare earth permanent magnet motor can better realize the full use of energy. Therefore, this paper will analyze the development of rare earth permanent magnet motor and the overall application trend
Induction machines for electrodynamic separation of non-rerrous metals
The development of environmental protection technology and creation off environment for its realization are among the actual modern problems. Preliminary extraction of metallic particles from solid wastes is one of the obligatory conditions in the various technological processes of recycling solid wastes of manufacture and consumptions. Electrodynamic separations is based on the force interaction of a magnetic field with eddy currents induced in conducting particles by a time changing field. This force literally ejects the conductive particle from the product stream. It is the most effective for the recovery of non-ferrous metals
Science and Technology Policy Issues of Concern to Ohio's Leaders: A Report of the Science Policy Advisory Committee of the The Ohio Academy of Science
Author Institution: Science Policy Advisory Committee, The Ohio Academy of ScienceBiotechnology, education reform, environmental protection, technology development, and cancer prevention were the leading science and technology policy issues most on the minds of Ohio's leaders at the end of 2000 according to a mail-response survey by The Ohio Academy of Science. Biotechnology received the greatest number of mentions (9) out of 108 specific issues identified by 38 respondents who identified up to five science and technology policy issues. The survey audience included legislators, professional organizations, registered lobbyists, university presidents, corporate vice presidents for R&D, regulatory agency directors, state and local elected officials, and environmental groups. The results of this survey will serve the Academy's continuing effort to provide informed scientific advice to Ohio
In order to prevent the growth and activations of the dangerous geological processes authors have developed technology a environmental protection for mining. This paper presents general principals of the environmental protection technology, case histories of its application in Ukraine and abroad, propositions of use this technology in Carpathians
The research on explosion suppression effect of aluminum alloy explosion-proof materials cleaned by ultrasonic
Premixed gas explosion pipe system was established to study the change rule of explosion
pressure and pressure rise rate of 10% methane/ air premixed gas under four condition
that no material was filled, used material was filled, new materials was filled and cleaned
materials was filled in explosive pipe. The results show that compared with the used
material and cleaned material, the average maximum explosion pressure was reduced by
21.62% and the average pressure rise rate decreased by 84.80%. The results show that
the suppression performance of used aluminum alloy explosion-proof materials improved
greatly after the used materials is cleaned
Succession in family business and environmental investment: the moderating role of external environment
After more than 40 years of opening the door to the outside
world, Chinese family firms have developed rapidly, but also
caused the problem of serious environmental pollution. The solution
to the problem stems inevitably from the innovation in environmental
protection technology. This means the environmental
investment of family firms determines whether the enterprise can
maintain sustainable development. However, Chinese family firms
have been going through a critical period of intergenerational succession.
This study aims to use the data of Chinese Shanghai and
Shenzhen A-share listed family firms from 2013 to 2020 to study
the relationship between intergenerational succession of family
enterprises and environmental protection investment. We also
examine the moderating role of the two different types of external
environment – the government and the market. The regression
results of the Tobit model of the full sample and subsample show
that succession has a significant positive impact on family business
environmental investment, and this impact is more significant
in companies whose successors have overseas experience.
Environmental regulation will strengthen the positive impact of
succession on corporate environmental investment, while market
competition will weaken it. Based on the findings, we also discuss
policy recommendations. These findings are of great significance
to the green and sustainable development of family firms
"The "Advantage of Latecomer"in Abating Air-Pollution: The East Asian Experience" Revised in February 2004
Between the early 1970s and the mid-1980s, air pollution in Japan, in particular that caused by sulfur dioxide (SO2), was reduced to a remarkable degree. This reduction resulted from responses to mounting civil protest: governmental regulation policy on the one hand, and innovation of abatement technology and energy efficiency on the other. In large East Asian cities, despite rapid economic growth, air pollution is less severe than it was in Japan in the early 1970s. This is because both government and industry in East Asia took early initiatives to prevent environmental degradation, learning from the experiences of developed countries.
