    ABSTRAK            Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh Lingkungan kerja terhadap iklim organisasi, budaya organisasi terhadap iklim organisasi, kepemimpinan terhadap iklim organisasi, lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja, budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja, kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja, iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja, lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja melalui iklim organisasi, budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja melalui iklim organisasi, dan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja dosen Poltekpel Sumatera Barat melalui iklim organisasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh dosen Poltekpel Sumatera Barat sebanyak 120 orang dengan jumlah sampel terpilih berdasarkan rumus Slovin sebanyak 96 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis datan dengan analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap iklim organisasi, budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap iklim organisasi, kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap iklim organisasi, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja, budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja, kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja,iklim organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja melalui iklim organisasi, budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja melalui iklim organisasi, dan kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen Poltekpel Sumatera Barat melalui iklim organisasi.Kata Kunci :  Lingkungan Kerja, Budaya Organisasi, Kepemimpinan, Kinerja,  Iklim Organisasi ABSTRACTThis study aims to examine the effect of  work environment on organizational climate, organizational culture on organizational climate, leadership on organizational climate, work environment on performance, organizational culture on performance, leadership on performance, organizational climate on performance, work environment on performance through organizational climate, organizational culture on performance through organizational climate, and leadership on the performance of West Sumatra Polytechnic lecturers through organizational climate.     Performance measurement is the main thing in conducting and the basis for evaluating and improving a company. Conducting continuous improvement and evaluation is an absolute requirement for companies with a vision to develop. Based on the results of research with the qualitative method carried out during the assessment of PT Mitra Kerinci's Superior Performance Assessment Criteria (KPKU), the following conclusions can be drawn: from the aspect of KPKU indicators that have been further analyzed by PT Mitra Kerinci through several processes such as 1.     This study aims to determine the effect of organizational commitment, service quality, and employee performance on community satisfaction on employees of the Class IIA Padang Penitentiary. The method used in this research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The population in this study were employees of the Class IIA Penitentiary in Padang. The sample used was 144 people using a saturated sampling technique (census). The data analysis technique is multiple linear regression. The results showed that: (1) Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction. (2) Service quality has a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction. (3) Employee performance has a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction. (4) Organizational commitment, service quality, employee performance together have a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction in the Class IIA Padang Penitentiary

    This study aims to analyze the relationship between room head empathy, cohesiveness, and job satisfaction with the performance of implementing nurses at Sungai Dareh Regional Hospital, Dharmasraya Regency. The method used is descriptive quantitative with a cross-sectional method. The research results show that each variable influences the performance of executive nurses with a p-value of 0.000 for empathy, 0.001 for cohesiveness, and 0.000 for job satisfaction with a medium-strength relationship. In conclusion, the higher the vacancy of the head of the room, the cohesiveness and job satisfaction of nurses, the more the performance of implementing nurses at Sungai Dareh Regional Hospital will improve.   Keywords: Empathy, Job Satisfaction, Nurse Performance, Cohesivenes

The needs of health worker significantly increase in-line with the demand of the society towards improving quality of health. Increasing number of patients from day to day demands jobs for health worker also to be increase. That condition will be affecting the job stress level and the work life balance of the health worker which in turn affects their job performance. This research is using the quantitative method, to test hypothesis by using statistical methods. Data analysis technique in this research using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) by using software Smart PLS 3.0. In this research job stress and work life balance found to significantly affect job performance of health workers, and job stress found to significantly affect work life balance. This research also found the mediation effect of work life balance on the correlation from job stress on job performance

    Standard pharmacy services is measure used especially in implementing pharmacist pharmacy services. This study examines effect of presence of Pharmacists to pharmacy services, is crosssectional study using questionnaires in February - August2015. The research sample 90 Pharmacists in pharmacies taken random. results Showed the percentage of the presence of the pharmacist in the pharmacy Padang city 58.67% and Pharmaceutical Services Categorized less (inspection recipe 57.06%, 55.12% prescription preparation, and delivery prescriptions 51.89%) with average percentage 54,69%. Linear regression analysis of test results can be known effect X on Y positive. Testing shows the product moment correlation coefficient X to Y Strong where: r=0.910, in testing the coefficient of determination shows X higher influence on Y equal to 82.8% and 17.2% influenced other factors. Based on the F test 422,579 with significance of 0.000. Due significant levels <0.05, can concluded that the presence of Pharmacists have influence on Pharmaceutical Services

    Antecedents And Outcomes Of Internet Abuse In The Workplace : The Moderating Effects Of Gender, Age And Experience

    Internet abuse is a problem that encountered by almost all of the organizations nowadays as Internet becomes one of the fundamental facilities in the organizations. The impacts of Internet abuse on employees and organizations can be tremendous if the problem were left to be unsolved. Hence, a study in the Eastern and developing countries like Malaysia is needed. Furthermore, there is a need for a theoretical framework that can provide more sophisticated and holistic investigation on the Internet abuse problem. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to empirically investigate the antecedents and outcomes of Internet abuse behaviour at the workplace. The research framework in this study is an integration of Decomposed Theory of Planned Behaviour (DTPB) and Outcomes of Deviant Use of Internet Technology (DUIT). By drawing theoretical support from DTPB, there are three antecedents of Internet abuse behaviour, namely attitude, subjective norm, and perceived behaviour control. The DUIT model conceptualized the outcomes of Internet abuse as work inefficiency, Internet security threats, loneliness, and depression. Moreover, the framework examined the roles of demographics particularly gender, age and Internet experience as moderators between the three antecedent variables and Internet abuse behaviour. A total of 501 usable responses collected from fulltime employees based on purposive sampling were used for the purpose of this study. The findings of this study indicated that Internet abuse level in Malaysia was slightly higher than moderate, which deserved proper attention before it goes rampant
