A Magyar Olvasástársaság 2011-ben Szombathelyen konferenciát szervezett Az olvasás össztantárgyi feladat címmel. A rendezvényen az olvasás tanításának és az olvasóvá nevelésnek számos aspektusáról szó esett, így az előadásokat magába foglaló tanulmánykötet is árnyaltan tárgyalja az olvasással kapcsolatos problémákat és teendőket. A Nagy Attila, Imre Angéla és Köntös Nelli szerkesztésében megjelenő kötet írásai azonban nem csupán elméleti megközelítésekkel szolgálnak: az olvasási készség fejlesztésének helyi szinten történő konkrét megvalósulásairól is hírt kapunk

Dolgozói elégedettségvizsgálat tapasztalatainak felhasználása a vezetői munkában

The founders, the possessors and the leaders of an organisation have the biggest influence on its life. The basic values are determined by the leaders. Not only during the establishment but at any time when the leaders are changing, their behaviour seems to be like a model for each member of the community. Next to the formation of the values, their basic task is to reassure and consolidate them in the life of the organization. The leaders should take care mostly on how to behave and how to connect the others because their behaviours are like a mirror for the workers. We can presume two determining processes in point of the value's development presented by the leader. One of them is the basic value evolved as a result of the socialisation. The socialisation is not an enclosing process, but it is continual, so the other process is the interchange of the evolved value

Inverz szóráselméleti kutatások = Problems of inverse scattering theory

Kifejlesztettünk egy új fix-energiás inverz kvantum szórás módszert. Szórási adatok invertálására alkalmassá tettük a Cox-Thompson inverz kvantum szórás eljárást. Bose-kondenzátumok ütközéséből származó fázistolás adatokból határoztunk meg effektív Rb-Rb atomi potenciálokat. Kétkomponensű Bose-Einstein kondenzátumok stabilitását vizsgáltuk. Megbecsültük a különző specimenek közti szóráshosszak azon tartományát, amely esetében szoliton gerjesztések létrejöhetnek a kondenzátumban. Kifejelesztettünk és numerikusan teszteltünk egy csatolt Gross-Pitaevskii egyenlet megoldó programot. A kutatási munkatervben vállalt 7 publikáció és 4 konferencia előadást jelentősen túl teljestettük, amennyiben 3 disszertáció, 3 konferenciakiadvány és 25 publiáció született az egy évvel meghosszabbított, 5 éves 4 résztvevős kutatás alatt. Ezen kívül egy nemzetközi inverz kvantum szórás konferenciát is rendeztünk (www.math.bme.hu/~hirvath/iqs). | New fix-energy inverse quantum scattering method has been developed. The Cox-Thompson inverse quantum scattering procedure has been made appropriate to invert scattering data. We have determined Rb-Rb atomic scattering potential from data extracted from Bose condensate collisions. Stability of two-component Bose-Einstein condensates has been inversigated. Assessments have been given to values of interspecies scattering length at which soliton excitations are to be expected to exist inside the condensate. We have developed and numerically tested an evolution code which simulate the time evolution of a two-component Bose-Einstein condensate accoring to the Gross-Pitaevskii equation. The original undertaking has been well overcompleted in that 3 theses (1 Phd and 2 DSc), 3 conference contribution and 25 publications in journals of high international reputation have been delivered ba the 4 participants during the 5 years research. People in the XXI century live in a globalised world where the knowledge is a direct economical interest and also the basis of the strategically development. This technological and economical development reacts the expectations for the knowledge. The organization expects knowledge, competences and abilities which are not easy to reach in the formal educational environment. From the aspect of knowledge-based society the specialized knowledge, the development, the innovation and all the forms of learning are very important. The formal frame and the organizational frame influence the adults' knowledge. The organizational culture and values became knowledge through the socialization; observe the processes and after the organizational routine change to knowledge and the result of this appears in the product. Organizations have unspoken and written knowledge, which are available for the employees and should be reached by them. This knowledge infiltrates into their own unspoken knowledge. This new approach makes the authors to redefine the knowledge

Amino acid based hydrogels with enzymatically degradable cross-links

The synthesis of a chemically cross-linked polymer hydrogel consisting exclusively of amino acids is described in this paper. A natural amino acid, aspartic acid was polymerized to polysuccinimide which was cross-linked by a tetrapeptide sequence designed for proteolytic degradation, and then the corresponding poly(aspartic acid) hydrogel was obtained by alkaline hydrolysis. The hydrogel dissolved in the presence of trypsin. According to in vitro cellular assays, the degradation products of the hydrogel cross-linked with the peptide were non-cytotoxic and non-cytostatic. The sustained release of an encapsulated macromolecular model drug, FITC-dextran, was triggered by the degradation of the hydrogel induced by trypsin. These results suggest the potential application of the trypsin-responsive hydrogel for drug delivery in the small intestine

In this paper geodesics and geodesic spheres in { $widetilde{SL(2,mathbb{R})}$} geometry are considered. Exact solutions of ODE system that describes geodesics are obtained and discussed, geodesic spheres are determined and visualization of { $widetilde{SL(2,mathbb{R})}$} geometry is given as well
