Abstract

People in the XXI century live in a globalised world where the knowledge is a direct economical interest and also the basis of the strategically development. This technological and economical development reacts the expectations for the knowledge. The organization expects knowledge, competences and abilities which are not easy to reach in the formal educational environment. From the aspect of knowledge-based society the specialized knowledge, the development, the innovation and all the forms of learning are very important. The formal frame and the organizational frame influence the adults' knowledge. The organizational culture and values became knowledge through the socialization; observe the processes and after the organizational routine change to knowledge and the result of this appears in the product. Organizations have unspoken and written knowledge, which are available for the employees and should be reached by them. This knowledge infiltrates into their own unspoken knowledge.
