    Dewasa ini para konsumen sangat teliti dan selektif dalam menggunakan atau membelanjakan uangnya untuk mendapatkan barang yang dibutuhkan. Hal ini bisa terjadi karena semakin banyaknya barang yang sejenis sehingga para pengusaha saling berlomba untuk menjaga loyalitas konsumen terhadap produknya. Salah satu kiat untuk menjaga loyalitas konsumen tersebut, perusahaan dapat menjaga kualitas produksinya. Perusahaan harus selalu dapat menghasilkan produk dalam batas-batas dalam batas-batas standar yang telah ditentukan oleh perusahaan, oleh karena itu perlu diadakannya pengawasan kualitas yang baik. Masalah pokok dalam skripsi ini adalah apakah pengawasan kualitas produk pada kain batik dapat meminimalkan produk rusak di PT. Danar Hadi Surakarta. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut di atas, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah pengawasan kualitas produk pada kain batik dapat meminimalkan produk rusak di PT. Danar Hadi Surakarta. Teknik analisa yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan analisa control chart, analisa total biaya atas kualitas, dan analisa produk rusak yang menanggung biaya paling ekonomis. Dari hasil analisis dapat diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa pengawasan kualitas di PT. Danar Hadi Surakarta telah dilaksanakan dengan baik

    Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dari penelitian tentang kegiatan praktikum di salah satu laboratorium praktek Program Studi Pendidikan Tata Boga yaitu Laboratorium Katering dan Diet terkait kelengkapan alat persiapan, alat pengolahan dan alat penyajian. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pendapat mahasiswa tentang Laboratorium Katering dan Diet sebagai sarana pembelajaran praktek mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Tata Boga terkait alat persiapan, alat pengolahan dan alat penyajian. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan instrumen angket. Populasi penelitian yaitu mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Tata Boga Angkatan 2013 berjumlah 44 mahasiswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu total sampling, dengan jumlah 44 responden. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dijelaskan bahwa mahasiswa menyatakan alat persiapan kurang memadai, mahasiswa menyatakan alat pengolahan memadai dan mahasiswa menyatakan alat penyajian memadai. Saran peneliti agar pihak terkait dapat melengkapi kekurangan peralatan di Laboratorium Katering dan Diet agar kegiatan praktikum dapat berjalan lebih efektif dan efisien. ----------This research is based from research on lab activities in one laboratory practice of Catering Education Program, that is Catering and Dietary Laboratory related to the completeness of preparation tools, processing tools and presentation tools. The aim in this study was to determine the student opinion about the Catering and Dietary Laboratory as a means of practicum learning of Catering Education Program student related to preparation tools, processing tools and presentation tools. This research uses descriptive method with questionnaires. The study population is students of the year 2013 in Catering Education Program as many as 44 students. The sampling technique used is total sampling, which are 44 respondents. Based on the results of the study, explained that the students declared inadequate preparation tools, adequate processing tool and also students expressed adequate presentation tools. The researchers suggest that the relevant parties can complete the lack of equipments in the Catering and Dietary Laboratory so that practicum learning will operate more effectively and efficientl

    Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan pemanfaatan pembelajaran daring Google Classroom di SMA Negeri 1 Gondang Tulungagung. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara, observasi, angket dan dokumentasi. Adapun yang menjadi responden penelitian adalah siswa dan guru SMA Negeri 1 Gondang Tulung Agung yaitu dengan komposisi 4 guru dan 30 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan pembelajaran daring Google Classroom dapat dilaksanakan dengan baik, dimana berdasarkan data yang diperoleh dapat dijelaskan pelaksanaan berada pada kategori baik, yaitu rata-rata minimal 66,7% menyatakan setuju bahwa pembelajaran daring Google Classroom dapat dilaksanakan, dan berdasarkan hasil pengamatan terhadap akativitas guru dan siswa dijelaskan guru dan siswa telah melaksanakan seluruh aktivitas sesuai diindikator. Dan pemanfaatan pembelajaran daring Google Classroom dapat dinyatakan efektif dimana ada peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dari semester I ke semester II

    The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the use of LCD media in motivating student learning. Researcher data collection techniques used several techniques namely observation, questionnaire and interview. The steps to present data are; (1) data reduction, summarizing the data obtained so as to provide a clearer picture, (2) Presentation of data, researchers display data in the form of narrative texts supported by questionnaire results that have been tested in the field, (3) Verification, drawing conclusions and verification with the goal can answer the problem formulation. The results of the study, each student has a desire to study hard, but many factors affect students so as to be lazy to learn, this is the task of teachers and parents to be able to motivate. The factors supporting and inhibiting the use of LCD projectors are as follows (1) supporting factors: educators who have expertise from conducting training, awareness of the masters of Education, a conducive and clean learning place, complete facilities and infrastructure. (2) inhibiting factors: there are still educators who have not been able to operate technology so they cannot use LCD media, mash lack of training for teaching staff related to the presentation of interesting material, it is still difficult for educators to use new methods.     Learning Management System sebagai Cloud Storage dalam Pembelajaran berbasis Digital pada Jenjang Pendidikan Tinggi

    The purpose of this research is to analyze the acceptance of the Learning Management System as the Cloud Storage for students in digital-based learning at Universitas Kristen Satya Wacana. The research is conducted using a descriptive quantitative research design. The data is acquired from 250 students of Universitas Kristen Satya Wacana who participate in the online lesson using the Cloud Storage in the Learning Management System. The technique of data collection is by using a closed questionnaire through random sampling. The acceptance of Cloud Storage usage is measured using Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The result of the research shows a high outcome. During online lessons, the students use Cloud Storage in LMS which is integrated with the data storage feature in form of lesson materials, assignment files, teacher-students discussion forums, presence lists, meeting links, etc. Cloud Storage usage in LMS provides convenience, and benefit gain so that it can increase class performance which is effective and efficient, convenient, and fun, and it will trigger the interest in actual use of digital platforms

    Development in Indonesia so far has achieved planning approach. Based on Law No. 17 Year 2003 on State FinanceRegional Budget that contained in the budget based on the RKPD, and the mandate of Law Number 25 Year 2004 onNational Development Planning System, states that the planning process should be through participatory musrenbang.The planning process in Gunung Kidul Regency musrenbang promote participatory, although it has been difficult torealize the consistency, and the problems in the development gaps between regions. This thesis examines theconsistency of the results musrenbang on RKPD, until the budget to determine the success of the planning andbudgeting areas of physical infrastructure in the 2013-2015 fiscal year Gunung Kidul Regency, Yogyakarta SpecialProvince and the factors that affect consistency. This research was conducted at 3 SKPD that administer physical andinfrastructure fields. Research using qualitative approach with case study method in which the collection of data,information, through interviews and direct observation in the field related to the planning begin planning meetings,RKPD, until the budget. Observations researchers carried out by conducting direct observation to the field in obtainingdata relevant to the problems of researchers, while the sampling technique used is the technique of non-probabilitysampling with purposive sampling and analysis techniques used triangulation to test the validity of the data by utilizingresearchers with data sources either through the primary data key. The level of consistency during the three years of2013, 2014, 2015 on the physical plane and infrastructure SKPD DPU showed no increase in the year 2013 by 77%, in2014 by 82%, and 96% in 2015. The level of consistency in the SKPD Dishubkominfo 2013 to 2015 is getting better isevidenced in 2013 by 83%, in 2014 by 88%, and in 2015 amounted to 94%. The level of consistency in the SKPDKapedal from 2013 to 2015 have shown improved in 2013 by 88%, in 2014 by 88%, in 2015 by 100%.Perencananaan consistency with the regional development budgets in areas that span the 'hierarchy RKPD, KUA andGunung Kidul district budget of the year 2013-2015 in the field of physical and infrastructure DPU SKPD, Dishubkominfo,and Kapedal for three years tend to rise. Factors that influence the consistency is understanding between SKPD, TAPD;their central policy; the results of the evaluation budgets by the governor; and terwadahinya basic thoughts ofParliament to the program of activities on education

    Information and communication technology is used in all areas of human life, including in a company. Utilization of technology aims to improve employee performance. In addition, employee performance is believed to be related to their ability to carry out interpersonal communication activities. The main purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of the use of information technology and interpersonal communication skills on employee performance . This analysis is used to test the relationship between independent variables namely the use of information technology (X1), interpersonal communication skills (X2) with the dependent variable namely employee performance (Y). Likert scale as the assessment scale used. The number of samples used was 58 respondents with saturated sampling techniques. This research method uses multiple regression analysis. Data obtained by distributing questionnaires. Based on the results of this study indicate that the variable use of information technology and interpersonal communication skills have a positive  effect on employee performance

    Initiating Superior Madrasah Through Madrasah Curriculum Planning in the Era of Society 5.0

    Islamic educational institutions have new challenges in facing the era of society 5.0. Islamic educational institutions must deliver graduates who are capable of mastering technological developments while upholding good morals as the core values of madrasas. This study aims to find out how madrasas are able to become superior madrasas through madrasah curriculum planning in the era of society 5.0 in order to build the khaira ummah generation. This type of research is literature study using a descriptive approach. Research data collection was carried out using documentation techniques, namely by collecting data sources from various literature in the form of books, journals, proceedings, and valid scientific papers. Data analysis used qualitative analysis in the form of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of the analysis show that becoming a superior madrasah in the era of society 5.0 is carried out by emphasizing the quality of curriculum planning which includes objectives, content, and learning methods to be used. It is hoped that this research can be an illustration for madrasas in determining the content and learning methods of the curriculum so that they are able to produce graduates who are competent in intellect and polite in behavior
