Poznámky k modelování regionů

V článku se popisuje regionální model založený na input-output přístupu, tak jak je běžné v současné literatuře, formuluje se obecnější model a studují se metody vhodné při regionálním modelování. Formulovaný model může být nápomocen při bilancování plánování rozvoje regionů, i když dynamizace modelu není explicitně uvažována. V krátkém článku nelze postihnout spektrum aspektů, které se dotýkají dané problematiky. Zaměřil jsem se jenom na vybrané aspekty

Motors for automotive wipers

Tato práce se zabývá inovací stejnosměrných elektromotorů s permanentními magnety používaných v automobilové technice k pohonu stěračového mechanismu s cílem snížení objemu a hmotnosti aktivních materiálů. Možností inovace je především použití magnetů z magneticky vzácných zemin, jako jsou Neodymové nebo Samarium-kobaltové. Další možností je zmenšení rotorové části a nížení počtu závitů (zde jde především o to, jaké jsou požadavky na výkon). Výsledkem je inovovaný motorek, kde byl snížen objem permanentních magnetů o 65% a celkový objem motorku o 23% při zachování rotorové části. Také se mírně zvedl výkon díky Neodymový permanentním magnetům.This thesis deals with the innovation of DC motors with permanent magnets used in automotive technology to drive wiper mechanism to reduce the volume and weight of the active materials. Potential innovations is mainly using magnets of the magnetic rare earths, such as Neodym or samarium-cobalt. Another option is to reduce the rotor to decreases the number of threads (here, it's all about, what are the requirements for performance). The result is an innovative motor, wherein the volume of the permanent magnets is reduced by 65% and total volume of the motor by 23% while maintaining the rotor parts. Also slightly raised performance with Neodymium permanent magnets.

Irreversible thermodynamics of creep in crystalline solids

We develop an irreversible thermodynamics framework for the description of creep deformation in crystalline solids by mechanisms that involve vacancy diffusion and lattice site generation and annihilation. The material undergoing the creep deformation is treated as a non-hydrostatically stressed multi-component solid medium with non-conserved lattice sites and inhomogeneities handled by employing gradient thermodynamics. Phase fields describe microstructure evolution which gives rise to redistribution of vacancy sinks and sources in the material during the creep process. We derive a general expression for the entropy production rate and use it to identify of the relevant fluxes and driving forces and to formulate phenomenological relations among them taking into account symmetry properties of the material. As a simple application, we analyze a one-dimensional model of a bicrystal in which the grain boundary acts as a sink and source of vacancies. The kinetic equations of the model describe a creep deformation process accompanied by grain boundary migration and relative rigid translations of the grains. They also demonstrate the effect of grain boundary migration induced by a vacancy concentration gradient across the boundary

Rapid transformation in a dual identity Defense University

We discuss and examine strategies used to achieve rapid transformation when there are specialized identities within an organization. In this case study we use a grounded theory approach, conducting interviews with individuals representing the various subgroups in the organization two years after a reform initiative was undertaken. Transcripts were thematically analyzed. The findings contributed to the development of a model to depict the effects of a specialized management identity that employs a deletion strategy using coercion to effect rapid transformation. Recommendations are presented for specialized identity change management strategies.Approved for public release; distribution is unlimited

Production of parts by DMLS technology and their comparison with other conventional technologies in terms of economic performance

Tato diplomová práce pojednává o technologii založené na postupném tavení velmi jemných vrstev kovového prášku pomocí laserového paprsku. Jsou zde vysvětleny a popsány základní pojmy týkající se technologie Rapid Prototyping, její rozdělení a využití v praxi. Součástí práce je i výroba několika prototypových dílů metodou Direct Metal Laser Sintering včetně ekonomického porovnání jejich výroby s jinými konvenčními technologiemi.This diploma thesis presents a technology based on the gradual smelting of fine layers of metal powder by using a laser beam. It explains and describes basic terminology related to the Rapid Prototyping technology, its division and practical usage. A part of the thesis is also the fabrication of several prototype parts by Direct Metal Laser Sintering including the economical comparison of their fabrication with other conventional technologies.

Bakalářská práce si klade za cíl navrhnout nový model pro prodej automobilů na internetu. Pro názornost se model vztahuje pouze na český trh, ale je možné jej aplikovat i na jiný trh či dokonce odlišnou komoditu. Tento návrh modelu vychází z analýzy současného stavu prodeje automobilů, která je také součástí této práce, jak ve virtuálním, tak i v reálném prostředí. Pro zpracování jsou využity teoretické poznatky z elektronického podnikání a metodika pro zpracování analýz okolního prostředí.This bachelor thesis aims to propose a new model for selling cars on the Internet. To illustrate the model is only expressed on the Czech market, but it can be applied to a different market or even a different commodity. The proposed model is based on an analysis of the current state of car sales, which is also part of this work, both virtual and in real environments. Tato práce je zaměřena na podnikatelský záměr, který se zaměří na nákup služebních vozů ve vybrané společnosti. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do tří hlavních částí, přičemž první se zabývá teoretickými poznatky z oblasti podniku a financování daného záměru. Tyto poznatky jsou následně využity v analýze současného stavu u konkrétní společnosti. Třetí část se věnuje vlastním návrhům řešení.This writing is focused on business plan, which focused on purchase service cars of the selected company. The thesis (dissertation) is divided into three main parts. The first is focusing on theoretical knowledge of about company and finance plan.
