This study aimed to u determine the potency of Aceh Arabica coffee In rejuvenation of aging skin in rat. This study was conducted in vivousing completely randomized design (RAL), which consisted of 4 treatment groups as follows: premenopausal rats as negative control (KON),premenopausal rats with administration of distilled water as placebo (PLS), premenopausal rats with administration of ethinylestradiol 9x10-3mg/day/200 g BW (EST), and premenopausal rats with coffee extract administration of 300 mg/day/200 g BW (KOP). Each treatment groupconsisted of 5 rats. The parameters observed were skin collagen, water content/skin hydration, and skin ribonucleic acid (RNA) level. The datawere analyzed using analysis of variance (ANOVA) and Duncan test using SAS 9.13 software. The result showed the average skin collagen andRNA levels were higher in premenopausal rats with administration of coffee extract and ethinylestradiol (P0.05) than control rats. On the otherhand, average of water level in premenopausal rats with coffee extract and ethinylestradiol administration were the same as control rats. It can beconcluded that administration of Aceh Arabica coffee extract can repair skin quality, which is indicated by the increase of collagen and RNAlevel on aging skin in rat

The extraction of information from multi-sources of web is an essential yet complicated step for data analysis in multiple domains. In this paper, we present a data extraction model based on visual segmentation, DOM tree and JSON approach which is known as Wrapper Extraction of Image using DOM and JSON (WEIDJ) for extracting semi-structured data from biodiversity web. The large number of information from multiple sources of web which is image’s information will be extracted using three different approach; Document Object Model (DOM), Wrapper image using Hybrid DOM and JSON (WHDJ) and Wrapper Extraction of Image using DOM and JSON (WEIDJ). Experiments were conducted on several biodiversity website. The experiment results show that WEIDJ approach promising results with respect to time analysis values. WEIDJ wrapper has successfully extracted greater than 100 images of data from the multi-source web biodiversity of over 15 different websites

In the era of industrial digitalization, people are increasingly investing in solutions that allow their process for data collection, data analysis and performance improvement. In this paper, advancing web scale knowledge extraction and alignment by integrating few sources by exploring different methods of aggregation and attention is considered in order focusing on image information. The main aim of data extraction with regards to semi-structured data is to retrieve beneficial information from the web. The data from web also known as deep web is retrievable but it requires request through form submission because it cannot be performed by any search engines. As the HTML documents start to grow larger, it has been found that the process of data extraction has been plagued with lengthy processing time. In this research work, we propose an improved model namely wrapper extraction of image using document object model (DOM) and JavaScript object notation data (JSON) (WEIDJ) in response to the promising results of mining in a higher volume of image from a various type of format. To observe the efficiency of WEIDJ, we compare the performance of data extraction by different level of page extraction with VIBS, MDR, DEPTA and VIDE. It has yielded the best results in Precision with 100, Recall with 97.93103 and F-measure with 98.9547

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of the leaf ethanol extract of (Moringa oleifera L.) on increasing the content of liver glycogen grains in hyperglycemic rats. The research was conducted at the Pathology and Pharmacology Laboratory, Department of Veterinary Clinic, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Universitas Syiah Kuala. The method used is an experimental method with a completely randomized design consisting of five treatments and five treatmenttests. Treatment A = Negative control (given with distilled water and physiological NaCl), B = Positive control (75 mg/kg BW of alloxan and incubated for 21 days), C (75 mg/kg BW of alloxan and 150 mg/kg BW of Moringa oleifera leaf ethanol extract for 21 days), D (75 mg/kg of alloxan and 300 mg/kg of Moringa oleifera leaf ethanol extract for 21 days), and E (75 mg/kg of alloxan and 450 mg/kg of Moringa oleifera leaf ethanol extract for 21 days). The parameters observed werethree factors: blood sugar levels, glycogen levels, and histological images of the liver depicting the condition of either a healthy or diseased liver. The results of statistical analysis showed that there was a significant effect, namely that the administration of Moringa oleifera leaf extract at a dose of 450 mg/kg BW was able to reduce blood glucose levels, increase liver glycogen content, and repair liver cell damage in hyperglycemic rats (P<0.01).Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian ekstrak daun kelor (Moringa oleifera) terhadap peningkatan kandungan butir glikogen hati pada tikus  hiperglikemik.
