    Penggunaan kecerdasan buatan telah dilakukan di berbagai bidang, salah satunya pada dunia permainan video komersial. Namun, kecerdasan buatan yang kebanyakan digunakan masih berupa kecerdasan buatan yang statis, antara terlalu sulit atau terlalu mudah. Hal ini dapat berakibat menurunnya minat pemain untuk memainkan permainan tersebut, sehingga berimbas pada menurunnya daya jual permainan tersebut di pasar. Pada tugas akhir ini, penulis akan merancang dan membangun sebuah permainan strategi berbasis giliran (turn-based strategy) di mana sebuah kecerdasan buatan adaptif dengan implementasi fungsi evaluasi, yaitu fungsi yang dapat menghitung dan mengevaluasi setiap gerakan pemain terhadap keadaan permainan saat itu, digunakan untuk memainkan permainan ini. Kecerdasan buatan ini juga dapat diubah tingkat kesulitannya. Dari hasil pengujian, kecerdasan buatan yang dibangun mampu bermain melawan pemain manusia dan kecerdasan buatan lain sesuai dengan tingkat kesulitannya. ====================================================================================================== The application of artificial intelligence had been used in various field, one of those fied was commercial video games.     ABSTRAK Pertanggungan merupakan tanggungjawab pihak perusahaan terhadap konsumennya apabila terjadi wanprestasi (ingkar janji). Ganti rugi yang diberikan oleh JNE yaitu dengan harga maksimal 10 kali biaya kirim, kecuali dengan menggunakan asuransi maka akan diganti sepenuhnya. Dapat dikatakan ganti rugi yang diberikan oleh JNE hanya sebagian. Tujuan pada penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah bentuk tanggungjawab yang diberikan PT. JNE cabang Malang telah sesuai menurut konsep Dhoman dalam hukum Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian yuridis empiris, atau dengan kata lain penelitian lapangan yang mengkaji ketentuan hukum yang berlaku serta apa yang terjadi dalam kenyataannya dilingkungan masyarakat. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan penulis adalah pendekatan yuridis sosiologis dan menggunakan metode pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa pertanggungan yang diberikan JNE apabila tidak menggunakan asuransi yaitu maksimal 10 kali biaya kirim. Dapat dikatakan ganti rugi yang diberikan oleh JNE hanya sebagian. Jika ditinjau dari konsep dhoman dalam hukum Islam pemberian ganti rugi harusnya dilakukan secara penuh disesuaikan dengan jenis barang yang rusak atau hilang Apabila jenisnya tergolong al-misliyat, maka ganti ruginya dengan barang yang sama (al-misli). Jika barang yang rusak tergolong al-qimiyat, maka nilai ganti rugi disesuaikan dengan nilai jualnya di pasar (qimah). It can be said that the compensation provided by JNE is only partially. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the form of responsibility given by PT. JNE Malang branch is in accordance with the Dhoman concept in Islamic law. This research uses a type of empirical juridical research, or in other words, field research that examines the applicable legal provisions and what happens in reality in the community. The research approach used by the author is a sociological juridical approach and uses data collection methods by observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study found that the coverage provided by JNE if not using insurance was a maximum of 10 times the shipping cost. It can be said that the compensation provided by JNE is only partially. If viewed from the concept of dhoman in Islamic law, compensation should be made in full according to the type of damaged or lost goods. If the type is classified as al-misliyat, then the compensation is with the same item (al-misli). If the damaged goods are classified as al-qimiyat, the compensation value is adjusted to the selling value in the market (qimah). مستخلص البحث تغطية هو مسؤولية الشركة تجاه عملائها في حالة التقصير (الإخلال بالوعد). المسؤولية الممنوحة من قبل الشركة في شكل تعويض. التعويض مقدم من شركة شحن فرع مالانج أي ، بحد أقصى ١٠ أضعاف تكلفة الشحن ، باستثناء استخدام التأمين ، سيتم استبداله بالكامل. يمكن القول أن التعويض المقدم من قبل شركة شحن فرع مالانج جزئياً فقط. الغرض من هذه الدراسة هو تحديد ما إذا كان شكل المسؤولية المعطاة أم شركة شحن فرع مالانج وفقا لمفهوم دومان في الشريعة الإسلامية. يستخدم هذا البحث نوعًا من البحث القانوني التجريبي ، أو بعبارة أخرى ، البحث الميداني الذي يدرس الأحكام القانونية المعمول بها وما يحدث في الواقع في المجتمع. نهج البحث الذي يستخدمه المؤلف هو نهج اجتماعي قانوني ويستخدم طرق جمع البيانات عن طريق الملاحظة والمقابلات والتوثيق. ووجدت نتائج الدراسة أن التغطية التي تقدمها JNE في حالة عدم استخدام التأمين كانت بحد أقصى ١٠ أضعاف تكلفة الشحن. يمكن القول أن التعويض الذي قدمته JNE جزئي فقط. إذا نظرنا إلى مفهوم الدومان في الشريعة الإسلامية ، فيجب أن يتم التعويض بالكامل حسب نوع البضاعة التالفة أو المفقودة ، وإذا كان النوع مصنفًا على أنه المسليات ، فيكون التعويض على نفس البند (المسلي). إذا كانت البضائع التالفة مصنفة على أنها قيميات ، يتم تعديل قيمة التعويض حسب قيمة البيع في السوق (قمه)

    PENGEMBANGAN MODUL PEMBELAJARAN MATA KULIAH TEKNIK MERANCANG DENGAN SUB BAHASAN MENGAPLIKASIKAN HASIL PERHITUNGAN RANCANGAN GAMBAR

    This research is motivated by the theories discussed in the reference books used in engineering design courses, none of which relate directly to real cases that occur in the field. In addition, the reference used only focuses on calculations, no one has discussed directly the method in applying the calculation results of the drawing design. Starting from these problems, the researcher wishes to develop a design engineering course learning module that discusses the method of applying the calculation results of the drawing design. The learning media development model used is a 4-D development model (four D model) which consists of 4 stages, namely: (1) Define; (2) Design; (3) Develop; and (4) Disseminate. The research subjects were undergraduate students of Mechanical Engineering Education, State University of Surabaya who took the Engineering Design course. The research instruments used were expert validation sheets, student responses, pretest and post-test. The result of this research is the successful development of a Designing Engineering learning module with the sub-discussion of Applying Drawing Design Calculation Results using a very feasible 4-D development model. Student response to the developed module has a very good response. Student learning outcomes also improve after using this module. There are several weaknesses of the developed module.Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh teori-teori yang dibahas dalam buku referensi yang digunakan pada mata kuliah teknik merancang belum ada yang mengaitkan langsung dengan kasus nyata yang terjadi di lapangan. Selain itu, referensi yang digunakan hanya berfokus pada perhitungan saja, belum ada yang membahas secara langsung mengenai metode dalam mengaplikasikan hasil perhitungan rancangan gambar. Berawal dari permasalahan tersebut, peneliti berkeinginan mengembangkan modul pembelajaran mata kuliah teknik merancang yang membahas mengenai metode mengaplikasikan hasil perhitungan rancangan gambar. Model pengembangan media pembelajaran yang digunakan adalah model pengembangan 4-D (four D model) yang terdiri dari 4 tahapan yaitu: (1) Define; (2) Design; (3) Develop; dan (4) Disseminate. Subjek penelitian mahasiswa S1 Pendidikan Teknik Mesin Universitas Negeri Surabaya yang mengikuti mata kuliah Teknik Merancang. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah lembar validasi ahli, respon mahasiswa, pretest dan post-test. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah berhasil dikembangkannya modul pembelajaran mata kuliah Teknik Merancang dengan sub bahasan Mengaplikasikan Hasil Perhitungan Rancangan Gambar menggunakan model pengembangan 4-D yang sangat layak.     Impact of Feature Selection Methods on Machine Learning-based for Detecting DDoS Attacks : Literature Review

    Cybersecurity attacks are becoming increasingly sophisticated and increasing with the development of technology so that they present threats to both the private and public sectors, especially Denial of Service (DoS) attacks and their variants which are often known as Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS). One way to minimize this attack is by using traditional mitigation solutions such as human-assisted network traffic analysis techniques but experiencing some limitations and performance problems. To overcome these limitations, Machine Learning (ML) has become one of the main techniques to enrich, complement and enhance the traditional security experience. The way ML works are based on the process of data collection, training and output. ML is influenced by several factors, one of which is feature engineering. In this study, we focus on the literature review of several recent studies which show that the feature selection process greatly impacts the level of accuracy of this ML. Datasets such as KDD, UNSW-NB15 and others also affect the level of accuracy of ML. Based on this literature review, this study can observe several feature engineering strategies with relevant impacts that can be chosen to improve ML solutions on DDoS attacks

    Dalam Agama Islam tidak dijelaskan secara detail mengenai batas minimal seseorang diperbolehkan melangsungkan pernikahan, yang menjadi dasar adalah seseorang yang hendak menikah tersebut sudah dianggap mampu untuk melangsungkan pernikahan. Tetapi di Indonesia berkaitan dengan batas minimal usia perkawinan diatur dalam Undang-Undang No 1 Tahun 1974 yang didalamnya juga terdapat batasan minimal usia pernikahan. Dalam Undang-Undang tersebut dijelaskan bahwa usia minimal untuk melangsungkan pernikahan yaitu pada usia 21 tahun, hal ini dilakukan dengan alasan bahwa pada usia tersebut seseorang telah dianggap matang secara fisik maupun mental sehingga siap untuk melangsungkan pernikahan. Pokok masalah yang diangkat dalam skripsi ini adalah bagaimana dasar pertimbangan hakim dalam memutus perkara dispensasi nikah tersebut, apakah pertimbangan hakim pada perkara dispensasi nikah pada Pengadilan Agama Semarang sudah sesuai dengan Undang-Undang yang berlaku dan sesuai dengan Hukum Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode wawancara dan studi literatur. Wawancara dilakukan kepada hakim Pengadilan Agama Semarang selaku pihak yang memberikan dispensasi nikah agar mengetahui alasan diberikannya dispensasi nikah kepada pasangan yang belum cukup usia dan telah hamil sebelum menikah. Adapun studi literatur dilakukan dengan cara membaca buku-buku referensi yang membahas tentang pernikahan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dasar pertimbangan hakim dalam memberikan dispensasi nikah adalah berpegang pada Pasal 7 UU No. 1 Tahun 1974 ayat 2, Pasal 49 UU No. 7 Tahun 1989, QS. Penelitian ini menggunakan Pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode ini disebut sebagai metode positivistik karena berlandaskan pada filsafat positivisme. Metode ini sebagai metode ilmiahlscientific karena telah memenuhi kaidah-kaidah ilmiah yaitu konkritiempiris, obyektif, terukur, rasional, dan sistematis.     Flipped classroom in history learning to improve students’ critical thinking

    The flipped classroom is very helpful for students to understand learning material, but it is still very minimally used, especially in history learning. This study analyzed the effect of the flipped classroom model in history learning to improve students' critical thinking. This study employed a quasi-experimental non-equivalent control group design, by dividing into two class groups, namely experimental and control. The sample was 121 students who were selected through cluster random sampling technique. The data collection was through observation, interviews, and instruments in the form of critical thinking tests. Data analysis used an independent sample t-test and N-gain score test to analyze the effect of a flipped classroom in history learning to improve critical thinking. The results showed that the flipped classroom in history learning had a significant effect on improving students' critical thinking skills as evidenced by the independent sample t-test test with a significance value of 0.000<0.05, and the N-gain score test which was included in the moderate criteria. So, the flipped classroom model in history learning is very suitable to be used and implemented. Hence, learning objectives are achieved so that history learning can run well and optimally

    Monitoring Biochemical Oxygen Demand (BOD) Changes During a Massive Fish Kill Using Multitemporal Landsat-8 Satellite Images in Maninjau Lake, Indonesia

    Maninjau Lake is one of Indonesia's lakes for hydroelectric power plants, tourism, and fish farming activities. Some activities around the lake cause pollution, leading to massive fish kill. Therefore, it is necessary to monitor water quality regularly. One of the critical water quality parameters is biochemical oxygen demand (BOD). This study aimed to analyze BOD changes using a remote sensing approach during massive fish kills in Maninjau Lake, Indonesia. Multi-temporal Landsat-8 satellite images are processed to estimate the BOD level based on Wang Algorithm. After that, the estimated BOD value is validated using in situ data measurement. The results of the average BOD concentration that occurred in Lake Maninjau was 1.85 mg/L and showed that R2 was 0.8334, and the standard error was 0.076 between the estimated BOD and in situ data. Furthermore, the average concentration of BOD obtained on 23rd August 2017, 13th December 2017, 30th January 2018, 19th March 2018, and 7th July 2018 are 4.96 mg/L, 4.82 mg/L, 5.31 mg/L, 6.94 mg/L, and 6.60 mg/L, respectively. Increased BOD concentration in January 2018 indicates moderate pollution in the waters. BOD concentration increases after the massive fish kill due to the decaying fish across the lake
