IMPLEMENTASI METODE INDEX CARD MATCH DAN METODE CERAMAH BERVARIASI DALAM PEMBELAJARAN MATEMATIKA PADA SISWA KELAS IV SD MUHAMMADIYAH 2 KAUMAN SURAKARTA TAHUN AJARAN 2010/2011

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, (1) pengaruh metode pembelajaran Index Card Match dan ceramah bervariasi terhadap prestasi belajar matematika, (2) Prestasi belajar matematika siswa yang diajar menggunakan metode Index Card Match lebih baik jika dibandingkan dengan metode ceramah bervariasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua siswa kelas IV Semester 2 SD Muhammadiyah 2 Kauman Surakarta tahun ajaran 2010/2011 sebanyak 3 kelas. Sampel dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari dua kelas, yaitu kelas IVB sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas IVA sebagai kelas kontrol. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode tes dan metode dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji analisis variansi dua jalan dengan sel tak sama, yang sebelumnya dilakukan uji prasyarat analisis yang menggunakan metode lilliefors untuk uji normalitas dan metode bartlet untuk uji homogenitas. Dari hasil analisis data dengan taraf signifikasi 5% dipenuhi bahwa : (1) Ada perbedaan prestasi belajar matematika antara siswa yang diberi pembelajaran matematika dengan metode Index Card Match dan metode ceramah bervariasi, berdasarkan uji t diperoleh thitung = 2,701 > ttabel = 1,998. (2) Prestasi belajar matematika siswa yang menggunakan metode Index Card Match lebih baik jika dibandingkan dengan metode ceramah bervariasi, berdasarkan nilai rata-rata prestasi belajar matematika kelas eksperimen lebih besar dari kelas kontrol, yaitu thitung = 85,94 > ttabel = 78,79

Purpose of the study is to examine direct and indirect effect of the external factor, investment opportunity, assets growth on financial decisions that firms listed in Jakarta Stock Exchange. Structural Equation modeling use to proof direct and indirect effect, this result of the models is acceptable (fit). Amount of the sample is 195 analysis unit for before crisis and 196 analysis unit for that moment of the crisis. Before crisis, direct effect external factors to financial decision are positive significance and indirect effect pass through investment opportunity is negative significance, direct effect exceed of indirect effect. THE ANALYSIS OF POLITENESS STRATEGIES ON EFL STUDENTS’ CHATTING GROUP INTERACTIONS

This paper reported the analysis of the practice of politeness strategies used in WhatsApp group chatting interactions among EFL students. Intermediate level of English Education Program in one of private universities in West Java was employed because they are assumed to interact in WhatsApp group chatting. Furthermore, two research questions were formulated such as follows: 1) what kinds of politeness strategies do EFL students apply in WhatsApp chatting group interactions? and 2) what is the most dominant politeness strategy realized in EFL students’ chatting group interactions? This study utilized descriptive qualitative study to analyze and interpret the realization of politeness strategy used by the EFL students in WhatsApp chatting group interactions. The results revealed that the students used four politeness strategy types. They were bald on-record, positive politeness strategy, negative politeness strategy, and bald off-record. Then, the most dominant type of politeness strategy in WhatsApp chatting group interactions was positive politeness strategy (47.1%). Based on the results, it was concluded that the EFL students used the entire types of the politeness strategy in the interactions of group chatting in which positive politeness strategy were used the most frequently by the students. Keywords: Teaching speaking, Team Game Tourn

Kondisi pandemi belum berakhir, sehingga perlu dilakukan koreksi sebagai penyesuaian Rencana Bisnis yang lebih dibuat pada tahun 2020, dimana diharapkan pandemi telah berakhir dan pada tahun 2021 kondisi perekonomian berada pada kondisi new normal, kondisi ini tidak sesuai harapan pada bulan Januari 2021. DAMPAK FINANCIAL QUOTIENT DAN LIFESTYLE TERHADAP FINANCIAL BEHAVIOR DOSEN WANITA DI STIE PANCASETIA BANJARMASIN

Financial behavior is a reflection of human behavior in managing their finances, many things that can affect, including financial quotient and lifestyles. The aim of the study is to understand the impact of financial quotient and lifestyles on financial behavior of female lecturers at STIE Pancasetia Banjarmasin. Data was collected through indepthinterview with three resource persons who teach finance or e-commerce. Understanding financial does not necessarily make a person implement it comprehensively in life, especially for female workers who are relatively young, there is a tendency not to pay attention to risks and protection for their future. Today’s lifestyle is closely related to the nurture, and this can be seen from their habits in using money. Individuals with better financial quotient will better understand how to plan the utilization of their income so they will choose a lifestyle that suits them, so they will behave in accordance with these choices. EFFECT OF AUDIT STANDARD COMPLIANCE, DIGITAL AUDIT, TIME BUDGET PRESSURE ON RED FLAG AND AUDIT DELAY

The purpose of this study was to test the ability of red flags as mediation of audit delay. This research was conducted because it is to test that red flags are signs of fraud or indications of fraud that auditors must pay attention to avoid audit delay. A total of 40 questionnaires were distributed to auditors from junior to partner level, but only 37 questionnaires were returned and processed. Hypothesis testing in this study uses analysis with the SmartPLS application with the Outer Model and Inner Model Test. The results showed that red flag is a mediation showing that red flag has a significant effect on audit delay. This shows that in the presence of red flags, auditors must be more careful and take immediate action to prevent audit delay through the variables tested, namely, Audit Standards Compliance, Digital Audit, Time Budget Pressure.  Audit delay can occur due to red flags so that the auditor's decision to make a decision to provide an opinion will take a longer time
