    Tato práce se zabývá implementací kalkulačky. Tuto kalkulačku lze ovládat jak hlasem, tak běžným způsobem. Rozpoznávání řeči je realizováno pomocí knihovny BSCORE. K rozpoznávači je vytvořena rozpoznávací síť, která rozpoznává pouze potřebná slova. Po rozpoznání zadaného výrazu se rozpoznaný výraz zobrazí uživateli, aby jej mohl uživatel (zejména v případě chybného rozpoznání) upravit. Výpočet výrazu probíhá na žádost uživatele. Cílem hlasového ovládání je učinit používání kalkulačky efektivnější a přístupnější pro handicapované uživatele.This thesis describes implementation of calculator, which can be controlled by both voice and normal way. Speech recognizing is realized with BSCORE library and has recognition network restricted to words needed by calculator. When the recognition is done, recognized sentence is transformed to expression and shown to user, so it can be corrected (especially in case of erroneous recognition). Expression is evaluated on user's request. The purpose of voice control is to make usage of calculator more effective and accesible for handicapped users.

    Import 05/08/2014Práce se zabývá vlivem různých typů pracích a čisticích prostředků na respirační inhibici kalu v aktivačním procesu malých a domovních čistíren odpadních vod. Tyto ČOV jsou inhibicí značně ovlivněny, neboť u nich nedochází k dostatečnému naředění koncentrací daných látek. To má za následek narušení metabolismu mikroorganismů, snížení respirační rychlosti a produkce energie, čímž se sníží i bakteriální růst. Tím klesá schopnost oxidace organického znečištění a snižuje se účinnost čistírny odpadních vod. Měřením respirační inhibice jsme schopni zjistit, do jaké míry jsou látky přitékající v odpadní vodě toxické. Výzkum porovnával vliv tzv. ekologických a běžně používaných pracích a čisticích prostředků. Práce dále zkoumá, jaké toxické látky jsou obsaženy v různých typech domácích čisticích prostředků a jejich vliv na mikroorganismy v aktivovaném kalu. Měření probíhalo na respirometru firmy Strathox od společnosti Strathkelvin Instruments. Získaná data jsou následně vyhodnocena.The thesis evaluates the influence of different types of detergents and cleaning products on the respiratory inhibition of the sludge in the activation process of a small domestic wastewater treatment plants. These wastewater treatment plants are greatly affected by inhibition, because the sufficient dilution of concentrations of the substances does not occur. This results in distortion of the metabolism of microorganisms, reducing the respiration rate and the production of energy, thus reducing bacterial growth. This decreases the ability of the oxidation of organic pollution and reduces the efficiency of the wastewater treatment plant. By measuring respiratory inhibition, we are able to determine the extent to which the substances in the wastewater are toxic. The research evaluated the impact of so called "environmental“ and commonly used detergents and cleaning agents. The thesis also examines which toxic substances are contained in different types of household cleaners and their effect on microorganisms in activated sludge.     Assessment of mining activities with respect to the environmental protection

    This paper deals with the impact of mining on the environment. Coal mining is still among the most widespread and most intense mining activity, which disturbs the landscape around us bringing regional environmental, economic and aesthetic problems. However, for many countries in the world, including the Czech Republic, deposits of raw materials play an important role, especially for purposes of producing electricity and thermal energy. At the same time, growing emphasis laid on the environmental protection can be observed worldwide. To meet the increasing ecological demands, it is reasonable to consider the most significant aspects of mining activities from the environmental point of view, as well as to consider the possibilities of the abandoned mines utilization as possible waste dumps. Parts of this problem consist in: the monitoring, environmental impacts assessment of exploration and mining activities and waste disposal mining, which may significantly contribute to the environmental protection in the future. Several parameters that can significantly affect the usability of the waste disposal mining, such as geological structure, hydro-geological conditions, material composition and physical and mechanical properties of rocks are discussed in detail in this work. The article also includes a practical example of Environmental Impact Assessment process for the particular activity of OKD stock company, which is the only producer of hard coal (bituminous coal) in the Czech Republic.     Aspects of classification of energy sources in terms of their position in the sector of the economy

    The paper deals with the study of problems relating to classification of energy sources, in particular from the perspective of their position in covering of energy needs of country or economic sector. Classification of energy sources is currently often viewed as a set of fixed categories, but taking a closer look and making a deeper analysis can defined a number of criteria that might determine the final importance and position of resources in the context of complex connections. The composition of energy sources was analysed on a sample of nine countries, which was conceived with the intent to cover various kinds of standard and specific types of energy mixes. In the paper, several criteria for assessing the quantitative and qualitative nature of energy sources were defined. Sectoral, temporal, spatial and scale framework for the validity of the assessment were also defined. In the analysis, the attention was focused on the electricity sector and partially on the sector of transport. The results of the analysis indicate that in different conditions, the same energy source or group can be categorised in a different way, which may have a significant impact on the application of legislation in terms of the use of control, support and regulatory instruments.     The Protective Purpose of the Contract and the Liability of an Expert Towards a Third Party in Czech, Austrian, and German Private Law

    The aim of the paper is to describe the so-called protective purpose of the contract, by demonstrating the liability of experts for damage caused by an imperfect expert opinion, incorrect advice, or information. The comparative method will be used in conjunction with analyzing the Czech, Austrian, and German arrangements - their continuities and differences. Criteria for assessing whether this is a protective purpose of the contract and how these criteria vary in different legal frameworks are discussed in detail. The conceptual features of the expert as well as the assumptions of their responsibility for providing advice or information regulated in the individual jurisdictions are argued as well. The article concludes that the protective purpose of the contract is demonstrated accurately in the case of the liability of the expert for damage which has been established on the basis of a contract. These are in particular cases where an expert draws up an opinion on behalf of the parties on the basis of a contract which is, however, concluded with merely one party. In the event of a breach of the contract, the expert is also responsible for the damage caused to a party that has not concluded the contract with an expert.O

    Unconventional oil resources exploitation: a review

    Unconventional crude oil sources are geographically extensive and include the tar sands of the Province of Alberta in Canada, the heavy oil belt of the Orinoco region of Venezuela and the oil shales of the United States, Brazil, India and Malagasy. High production costs and low oil prices have hitherto inhibited the inclusion of unconventional oil resources in the world oil resource figures. In the last decade, developing production technologies, coupled with the higher market value of oil, convert large quantities of unconventional oil into an effective resource. From the aspect of quantity and technological and economic recoverability are actually the most important tar sands. Tar sands can be recovered via surface mining or in-situ collection techniques. This is an up-stream part of exploitation process. Again, this is more expensive than lifting conventional petroleum, but for example, Canada's Athabasca (Alberta) Tar Sands is one example of unconventional reserve that can be economically recoverable with the largest surface mining machinery on the waste landscape with important local but also global environmental impacts. The similar technology of up-stream process concerns oil shales. The downstream part process of solid unconventional oil is an energetically difficult process of separation and refining with important increasing of additive carbon production and increasing of final product costs. In the region of Central Europe is estimated the mean volume of 168 million barrels of technically recoverable oil and natural gas liquids situated in Ordovician and Silurian age shales in the Polish-Ukrainian Foredeep basin of Poland.Web of Science21325724

Pozornost je věnována problematice protiprávnosti – vztahu generální prevenční povinnosti a povinnostem stanoveným konkrétními právními předpisy: zákonem č. 108/2006 Sb., o sociálních službách a zákonem č. 372/2011 Sb., o zdravotních službách. Na dvou případech jsou analyzovány rovněž povinnosti těchto zařízení a jejich odpovědnost za zásah do osobnostních práv pacientů, především odpovědnost za újmu na zdraví a při usmrcení

    The present article focuses on the importance of making investment decisions and its long-term effect on the economy of companies. It presents a specific investment in the recovery of rescue equipment used for interventions in the irrespirable or deleterious environment on an example of the company HBZS, a.s. The objective is to evaluate the effectiveness of the investment project using static methods in relation to setting an optimal price level for leasing the equipment. The optimization of such setting is examined in terms of the economic lifetime of relevant tangible fixed assets.Předložený článek se zabývá důležitostí investičního rozhodování a jeho dlouhodobým dopadem pro ekonomiku firem. Na příkladě společnosti HBZS, a.s. je představena konkrétní investice do obnovy záchranářské techniky pro zásahy v nedýchatelném či zdraví škodlivém prostředí. Cílem je zhodnocení efektivnosti investičního projektu pomocí statických metod ve vazbě na nastavení optimální cenové hladiny pronájmu daných přístrojů.     Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou modální analýzy, pevnostní analýzou a topologickou optimalizací. V úvodu jsou uvedeny základní principy modální analýzy jako nástroje pro zjištění vlastních frekvencí a vlastních tvarů. Hlavním cílem práce je navrhnout tvar vibračního přípravku tak, aby byla dosažena co nejvyšší hodnota první vlastní frekvence. Vibrační přípravek musí zároveň odolat zatížení 30 G při uvažování váhy vlastní váhy testované jednotky. Pro návrh finálního tvaru vibračního přípravku byla využita metoda topologické optimalizace prvotního návrhu.The main theme of this bachelor thesis is problematic of modal analysis, static structural analysis, and topology optimization analysis. In the introduction are shown basic principles of modal analysis as a tool for solving frequency modes. The main goal of this bachelor thesis is to design vibration fixture with the highest value of first frequency. This design has to resist load value of 30G with a counting weight of the tested unit.
