    Application of Authentic Assessment in Various Learning Methods in Improving Student's Morals Through Religious Subjects

    This research was conducted in the background of morality condition of students in the first batch of Counseling Class B-1 Masters Semester FKIP UMSU, which less reflect the morals of mahmudah especially in learning in the School Year 2015-1016. In addition, assessment of learning outcomes during this tends to use cognitive tests alone, whereas authentic assessment can improve the existing assessment system. The purpose of this study is to improve students' morals in Prodi Counseling Class B-1 Morning Semester I FKIP UMSU TA. 2015-1016. This research is a classroom action research, conducted in three cycles, with research procedures: 1) Planning, 2) Implementation, 3) Observation, and 4) Reflection. Data collection techniques used to collect data on Student Morals is to apply the authentic assessment, Observation, Public Interview, and Portfolio, by applying it to the method of learning varies .. data analysis technique is descriptive interpretative. The results obtained from this study, in the last cycle of student morality reached 95.53% (with the category Very Good). The conclusion of this research is that the application of authentic assessment on various learning method can improve morality of first semester students Prodi BK 1B-Pagi FKIP UMSU TA. 2015-2016 in learning.     IMPROVING THE ABILITY TO READ THE QURAN THROUGH THE TAHSIN PROGRAM BASED ON THE TALAQQI METHOD

    Abstrak: Tujuan kegiatan Program Kemitraan Masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemahiran dan kefasihan membaca al-Quran serta kelancaran tahfizh al-Quran Siswa Sekolah Kader Angkatan Muda Muhammadiyah Ranting Pematang Cengal Pantai Cermin, Kabupaten Langkat. Program PKM ini dilaksanakan selama 3 bulan, (12 kali pertemuan), dengan durasi 3 jam per-minggu. Kerangka pelaksanaannya; 1) peserta dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok. 2) masing-masing kelompok terdiri dari 8 orang, diajar oleh empat orang guru, yang setiap pekan mengajar secara bergantian. Setiap tutor bertanggung jawab terhadap kelompok yang diajarnya dari awal pelaksanaan sampai evaluasi, 3) Tim menyediakan video pembelajaran tahsin yang diunggah di YouTube, dan modul tahsin sederhana. Metode yang digunakan dalam mengajarkan tahsin adalah metode talaqqi. Pelaksanaan Program Tahsin ini dilaksanakan dalam tiga tahap; persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Apabila pada Mid evaluasi tujuannya belum tercapai, maka pelaksanaan akan diulang (dari tahap persiapan). Akan tetapi, jika tujuan telah tercapai, maka dilanjutkan ke tahap menyusun laporan. Evaluasi terhadap pelaksanaan program tahsin ini diawali dengan pre-tes dan diakhiri dengan post-test, menggunakan teknik tulisan dan lisan. Hasil evaluasi yang diperoleh peserta yang terdiri dari 16 orang menunjukkan bahwa, nilai post-tes tertulis rata-rata sebesar 60.9. Sedangkan nilai Lisan (praktik) di akhir kegiatan rata-rata peserta mendapatkan skor 75.31.Abstract: The purpose of this Community Partnership Program (PKM) activity is to improve the proficiency and fluency in reading the Koran and the fluency of tahfizh al-Quran students of the Muhammadiyah Youth Cadre School Branch Pematang Cengal Pantai Cermin, Langkat Regency. This PKM program is carried out for 3 months, (12 meetings), with a duration of 3 hours per week. Implementation framework; 1) participants were divided into 2 groups. 2) each group consists of 8 people, taught by four teachers, who teach alternately every week. Each tutor is responsible for the group he teaches from the beginning of implementation to evaluation, 3) The team provides tahsin learning videos uploaded on YouTube and simple tahsin modules. The method used in teaching tahsin is the talaqqi method. The implementation of the Tahsin Program is carried out in three stages; preparation, implementation, and evaluation. If in the Mid evaluation the goal has not been achieved, then the implementation will be repeated (from the preparation stage). However, if the objectives have been achieved, then proceed to the stage of compiling a report. Evaluation of the implementation of the tahsin program begins with a pre-test and ends with a post-test, using written and oral techniques. The evaluation results obtained by the 16 participants showed that the average written post-test score was 60.9. While the Oral score (practice) at the end of the activity, the average score of the participants was 75.31

    More than 70% humans had ever experience Low Back Pain (LBP) at the age of 35 – 55 years old. Some risk factors with LBP incidents is at the age over 35 years old, smoker, 5- 10 years work time, work position, overweight ans musculoskeletal disorder sufferer family history, Body Mass Index (BMI), height, exercise routine, and work time. The purpose of this research is to defind personal factors (age, IMT, work time, work periode, smoking habit, exercise routine) and work factors (work load, work posture) with the incidents of Low Back Pain with loading and unloading worker (TKBM) at Belawan harbor. This research type is case control design with retrospektif characteristic. Population in this research was 460 people with sample taken systematically random sampling that was 64 people. the data analysis in univariat and bivariat manner. The research result showing at the age distributing (p=0.021 ; OR = 0.29), IMT (p = 0.613 ; OR = 0.312), work time (p = 0.019 ; OR = 0.247), Work periode (p = 1.000 ; OR = 1.552), smoking (p = 1.000 ; OR = 0.724), exercise (p = 0.021; OR = 0.259), work load (p = 0.042 ; OR = 0.304) , work posture (p = 0.039 ; OR = 0.294). It is suggested to TKBM to exercising or warming up before doing physical activity/work.     Abstrak: Tujuan pelaksanaan Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan membuat dan menggunakan Media Evaluasi Pembelajaran berbasis online kepada para guru SD di KKG Wilayah VII Kecamatan Sunggal. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah metode direct (langsung), yaitu tim secara langsung memberikan pelatihan kepada para peserta, dan peserta masing-masing dengan perangkat laptopnya melakukan langkah-langkah pembuatan media evalusi pembelajaran online yang diajarkan oleh pemateri/pelatih. Hasil yang dicapai dari program ini adalah 75% dari peserta mampu membuat media evaluasi pembelajaran online yang dilatihkan kepada mereka, dan dapat menerapkannya dalam melaksanakan evaluasi pembelajaran yang mereka lakukan di sekolah masing-masing.Abstract: The purpose of the implementation of the Community Partnership Program (CPM) is to provide knowledge and skills of elementary school teachers in the KKG Region VII of the Sunggal District, in creating and using online-based Learning Evaluation Media.     The effect of REACT strategy assisted by GeoGebra software on students' mathematical representation ability

    This study was conducted to determine the effect of REACT strategy assisted by GeoGebra software on students' mathematical representation ability. This study was quasi-experimental with a quantitative approach. The design used in this study was The Nonequivalent Posttest Only Control Group Design. Four posttest questions were given to 25 students of Class VIII A and 25 students of Class VIII B at SMP Negeri Arun Lhokseumawe (public middle school). The data obtained from the posttest results were analyzed by data normality test and data homogeneity test, then hypotheses were tested using a t-test to see the effect of REACT strategy assisted by GeoGebra software on students' mathematical representation ability. The results of the data analysis of the posttest score tested using the t-test, the sig value was obtained. (2-tailed) of 0.000 > 0.05. This showed that there was a significant effect of using the REACT strategy assisted by GeoGebra software on students' mathematical representation ability

    THE CONTRIBUTION OF THE AUTOMATED SHORT ESSAY SCORING (ASES) ASSESSMENT MODEL IN THE FORMATION OF STUDENTS’ AKHLAKUL KARIMAH

    The decline in morals as a result of the development of the times and technology which is so rapid has an impact on changes in the morals of students. In higher education, students often commit plagiarism and copy the answers of their peers in taking exams. This condition certainly affects the Akhlakul Karimah of students, especially in their academic integrity. Basically, the formation of student morals can be corrected early on and controlled permanently through assessment activities carried out in learning activities. Permanent control can be carried out through the Automated Short Essay Scoring (ASES) assessment model. The ASES assessment model is an assessment model by automatically scoring essays by making assessments based on the similarity of students' answers so they cannot plagiarize and copy other people's answers. Given the importance of the ASES study model for the formation of the Akhlakul Karimah of students,  the purpose of this study is to determine the contribution of the Automated Short Essay Scoring (ASES) assessment model in the formation of Akhlakul Karimah students in the Business Ethics in Islam course. This research is a Class Action Research  (CAR) used model John Elliot and is carried out in 3 cycles, where each cycle consists of  stages, namely: planning, action, observating, and reflection. The research instruments used in this study were lecturer and student observation sheets and student test sheets. The results showed that Automated Short Essay Scoring contributed to the formation of Akhlakul Karimah students in the Business Ethics in Islam course which can be seen from the average grades of cycles 1, 2 and 3 of 68.15, 77.85, and 83.90.Keywords: Assessment Model, Automated Short Essay Scoring (ASES), Akhlakul Karima

    Ekonomi adalah ilmu yang pada dasarnya mempelajari tentang upaya maupun masyarakat dalam rangka melakukan pilihan pengunaan sumberdaya yang terbatas guna memenuhi kebutuhan (yang pada dasarnya bersifat tidak terbatas) akan barang dan jasa. Namun besarnya tuntutan biaya hidup menyebabkan keluarga Buruh Tani yang sehari-hari bekerja sebagai buruh tidak dapat mengikuti kegiatan Sosial Keagamaan yang biasa dilakukan setiap seminggu sekali di Desa Simangambat dikarenakana faktor ekonomi. Masyarakat yang bekerja sebagai Buruh Tani harus bekerja setiap harinya dengan penghasilan yang sangat sedikit. Dalam penelitian ini membahas tentang Pengaruh Ekonomi Keluarga Buruh Tani Terhadap Kegiatan Sosial Keagamaan di Desa Simangambat .Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu ingin mengetahui seberapa besar Pengaruh Ekonomi Keluarga Buruh Tani Terhadap Kegiatan Sosial Keagamaan di Desa Simangambat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis data correlations coefficient product moment menggunakan alat bantu program SPSS 20.0. Teknik penumpulan data dengan observasi, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat yang sumber ekonominya berasal dari bekerja sebagai buruh tani yang berjumlah 33 orang . Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan pendapat Arikunto yaitu jika populasi lebih dari 100 maka diambil sampel 10-15%, 20-25% atau lebih. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh dengan nilai koefisien ® sebesar 0,613 atau (61,3%) yang berarti ada hubungan yang kuat antara variable berada pada interval 0,60-0,799 dengan hipotesa Ha diterima ho ditolak. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa setiap kegiatan Sosial Keagamaan yang dilakukan di Desa Simangambat terdapat iyuran-iyuran tertentu, maka dalam hal inilah yang menyebabkan keluarga Buruh Tani tidak mampu untuk membayarnya dan pada akhirnya mereka tidak mengikuti kegiatan Sosial Keagamaan di Desa tersebut.     This study aims to determine the ability to write procedural texts using the Discovery Learning method for the tenth grade students of Eria Medan Private Vocational School for the academic year 2021-2022. The population of class X students of the Eria Private Vocational School in Medan is 38 students consisting of two classes and for the research sample, one class is taken with 21 students.The method used in this research is the discovery learning method. The design of this research is to use classroom action research which consists of two cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, implementing actions, observing and reflecting. The subjects of this study were students of class X AKL at SMK Swasta Eria Medan which consisted of 21 students. This research was carried out in two stages, namely the first cycle and the second cycle in the form of the results of the procedure text writing skills in the form of a questionnaire. with the target of completeness the average value obtained is with a value of 75. From cycle I to cycle II the increase from the data proves that using the discovery learning method can improve the results of writing procedure texts for students. From the results of the overall data, it was found that 16 students were able to write procedural texts by getting a score of 75 and above from 21 students and 5 students who were unable to write procedure texts with a score of 70 and below.
