    Banyak perilaku khas dalam selang usia anak sekolah dasar. Diantaranya yang sering menarik perhatian para ahli psikologi, kesehatan, gizi maupun komunikasi periklanan adalah dalam hal perilakunya untuk memenuhi keinginannya. Pemahaman perilaku ini mendesak untuk diketahui sehubungan dengan adanya kecederungan sifat konsumtif anak-anak di areal pedesaan seperti di Kecamatan Pringsewu ini terhadap produk-produk industri utamanya chips snack. Bagi khalayak pedesaan ataupun sub urban sifat konsumtif ini menjadi masalah umum mengingat rata-rata tingkat pendapatan perkapitannya yang relatif rendah. Untuk itu maka perlu dilakukan penelitian ini dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui korelasi antara besarnya uang jajan (Y1) dan jumlah konsumsi produk chips snack (Y2) terhadap: (1) kesukaan terhadap iklan televisi (X1), (2) preferensi terhadap iklan produk ini (X2), (3) keinginan membeli produk ini (X3), dan (4) sikap terhadap iklan produk ini secara agregat (X1 X2 X3). Penelitian ini dilakukan di Ibu Kota Kecamatan Pringsewu Kabupaten Tanggamus pada bulan Januari-Pebruiari 2002. Penarikan contoh dilakukan secara stratifikasi. Dipilih secara sengaja 3 SD yang di pusat kota Kecamatan Pringsewu. Dari setiap SD tersebut masing-masing dipilih kelas 4, 5, dan 6. Dari tiap kelas itu dipilih secara acak 5 anak yang di rumahnya mempunyai TV untuk diwawancari dengan 20 pernyataan dengan 3 katagori pilihan: setuju, tidak setuju, dan tidak tahu. Jawaban setuju diberi skor 1, tidak setuju –1, dan tidak tahu 0. Analisis korelasi yang digunakan adalah korelasi kanonik (canonical correlation analyses) dengan Progam SAS Versi 6.2. Simpulan yang diperoleh adalah bahwa: (1) kesukaan terhadap siaran iklan (X1) tidak berhubungan secara nyata dengan besarnya uang jajan (Y1) dan kebiasaan mengkonsumsi produk chips snack (Y2), dengan R-adj. = 0.240963 dan Pr>F =0.843600, (2) preferensi terhadap iklan produk chips snack (X2) berhubungan secara nyata dengan besarnya uang jajan maupun (Y1) dan kebiasaan mengkonsumsi produk chips snack (Y2), dengan R-adj. = 0.723501 dan Pr>F =0.0065 atau F = 0.061400 atau 6%, dan (4) sikap terhadap iklan televisi produk chips snack (X1,X2,X3) secara agregat berhubungan sangat nyata dengan besarnya uang jajan maupun (Y1) dan kebiasaan mengkonsumsi produk chips snack (Y2), dengan R-adj. =0.955529 dan Pr>F = 0.0000

    Implementation of Convolutional Neural Networks for Batik Image Dataset

    One method of image recognition that can be used is a convolutional neural network (CNN). However, the training model of CNN is not an easy thing; it takes tuning parameters that take a long time in the training process. This research will do Batik pattern recognition by using CNN. From the experiment that we conducted, the result shows that the feature extraction, selection, and reduction give the accuracy more significant than raw image dataset. The feature selection and reduction also can improve the execution time. Parameters value that gave best accuracy are: epoch = 200, batch_size = 20, optimizer = adam, learning_rate = 0.01, network weight initialization = lecun_uniform, neuron activation function = linear

    Pemanfaatan internet untuk mencari informasi kini semakin mudah diakses kapanpun dan dimanapun bagi siapa saja terutama kalangan mahasiswa. Salah satu ciri utama kampus yang maju adalah tersedianya informasi yang muncul dalam berbagai media misalnya gambar. Maka skripsi dengan judul “Aplikasi Sistem Virtual Tour Berbasis E-Panorama 360 Derajat Untuk Pengenalan Kampus Mercu Buana” ini berfungsi sebagai media informasi kampus yang ditampilkan dalam bentuk gambar panorama 360 derajat tanpa batas sudut pandang. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metodologi Waterfall yang merupakan metode paling sesuai dengan menekankan 5 tahap pengambangan. Kebutuhan pembuatan virtual tour ini adalah perangkat keras berupa kamera dan laptop serta perangkat lunak berupa photoshop, panoweaver, xampp dan code editor. Website virtual tour ini menampilkan 4 scene dari berbagai titik dan lokasi yang dapat diakses melalui situs resmi dan peta Kampus Mercu Buana. Untuk Pembuatan Sistem Virtual Tour ini menghasilkan Output Website dan Aplikasi Untuk Android. AbstractUtilization of the internet to find information is now more easily accessible anytime and anywhere for anyone, especially among students. One of the main characteristics of an advanced campus is the availability of information that appears in various media such as images. Then the thesis titled "Application of Virtual Tour System Based on 360-Degree E-Panorama for Introduction to the Mercu Buana Campus" serves as the campus information media that is displayed in the form of 360-degree panoramic images without a limited viewing angle. The research method used in this study is the Waterfall methodology which is the most suitable method by emphasizing the 5 stages of floating.     Development of System Dynamic Models for Improving E-Governments Performance Local Governments in Lampung Province

    Abstract:  The development of communication and information technology requires the adaptation of all elements of society, including Government of Indonesia. Referring to the various dynamics of e-government problems, it is deemed necessary to develop dynamic system model to improve the e-government performance of local governments, especially in Lampung Province. The research is aimed at developing a model that can be simulated for improving e-Government performance by measuring the qualitative contribution of each component, both the ICT component and the social component that will be produced in this study, which can be useful for every local government in Lampung Province in accelerating and developing e -government. The research’s model is done using VENSIM application for modeling and simulating complex systems in a variety of variables to improve the local government performance. This research finds that there are five main variables that constructed the improvement of e-government of local government performance: (1) e-government policies, HR, infrastructure, and management; (2) service, (3) performance, (4) community/user, and (5) quality of community life.     KOMUNIKASI SECARA TERBUKA, PENGHARGAAN PIMPINAN DAN PARTISIPASI PEGAWAI: PENERAPAN HUMAN RELATIONS DALAM KAITANNYA DENGAN KINERJA PEGAWAI

    Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Kantor Dinas Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Lampung Selatan mulai Nopember sampai Desember 2002 dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui korelasi kanonik antara : (1) Penerapan human relations terhadap semangat kerja dan kinerja pegawai dan (2) lebih lanjut untuk mengetahui korelasi antara 3 sub variabel dari human relations: (a) komunikasi secara terbuka, (b) penghargaan pimpinan dan (c) partisipasi pegawai dalam kegiatan terhadap 3 subvariabel kinerja pegawai yaitu: (i) disiplin kerja, (ii) sikap kerja sama dan (iii) produktivitas dari pegawai. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuisener kepada 43 staf kantor dinas ini. Setiap sub variabel dituangkan kedalam 3 pertanyaan dengan 3 pilihan jawaban yang berskala ordinal. Skoring data dilakukan dengan cara: jawaban yang sangat sesuai dengan harapan diberi skor 3, sesuai dengan harapan 2, dan tidak sesuai dengan harapan diberi skor 1. Analisis korelasi yang digunakan adalah analisis korelasi kanonik (canonical correlation analysis) dengan menggunakan piranti lunak SAS (Statistical Analysis System) Program Version 6.12 dengan menggunakan uji likelihood ratio pada taraf nyata = 0,05 dan 0,10. Kesimpulan yang dapat dibuat dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) ada hubungan nyata antara human relations dengan kinerja pegawai dan lebih lanjut (2) ada hubungan nyata antara sub variabel dari human relations yaitu komunikasi secara terbuka, penghargaan pimpinan dan partisipasi pegawai dalam kegiatan lembaga terhadap disiplin kerja, tetapi tidak nyata terhdap sikap kerjasama pegawai, dan hanya pehgargaan pimpinan yang mempunyai korelasi nyata terhadap produktivitas pegawai.     PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS OF CLOUDLINUX-BASED WEB SERVER AT THE EMBASSY OF THE KINGDOM OF MOROCCO IN JAKARTA

    The rapid development of Information Technology (IT) has made a high availability web server a necessity. CloudLinux is a CentOS-based operating system specifically for the needs of servers with good high availability. This study will implement and analyze a CloudLinux-based web server for the Embassy of the Kingdom of Morocco in Jakarta to replace the current CentOS-based web server that does not meet high availability standards. The research methodology used in this study is the PPDIOO Life-cycle from Cisco. Designing a network according to the customer's needs requires identifying several elements in it, including the goals and constraints faced by the organization. Cisco creates a network life-cycle that can help these problems into six phases: Prepare, Plan, Design, Implement, Operate, and Optimize (PPDIOO). This study aims to determine how well the uptime, response time, and load impact are on the CloudLinux-based web server. The uptime test results on the CloudLinux-based web server have a value of an average of 99.971%. Testing the response time on the CloudLinux-based web server has an average value of 684.75ms (milliseconds). The results of the load impact test on the CloudLinux-based web server using ten virtual users (10VU) has a total value of 7595 requests, load impact using fifteen virtual users (15VU) has a total value of 11315 requests, and finally, load impact using twenty-five virtual users (25VU) has a total value of 18631 requests

    Determining the Number of Batik Motif Object based on Hierarchical Symmetry Detection Approach

    In certain conditions, symmetry can be used to describe objects in the batik motif efficiently. Symmetry can be defined based on three linear transformations of dimension n in Euclidian space in the form of translation and rotation. This concept is useful for detecting objects and recognising batik motifs. In this study, we conducted a study of the symmetry effect to determine the number of batik motif objects in an image using symmetry algorithm through a hierarchical approach. The process focuses on determining the intersection line of the batik motif object. Furthermore, by utilising intersection line information for bilateral and rotational symmetry, the number of objects carried out recursively is determined. The results obtained are numbers of batik motif objects through symmetry detection. This information will be used as a reference for batik motif detection. Based on the experimental results, there are some errors caused by the axis of the symmetry line that is not appropriate due to the characteristics of batik motifs. The problem is solved by adding several rules to detect symmetry line and to determine the number of objects. The additional rules increase the average accuracy of the number of object detection from 66.21% to 86.19% (19.99% increase)

    The purpose of this research is to increase knowledge and understanding as well as digital literacy of the Darussa'adah Islamic Boarding School students in Bandar Lampung about the importance of access and adoption of healthy and safe internet technology. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with data collection techniques using surveys. The results of this study indicate that the mastery of the concept of global citizenship by the students still cannot be understood explicitly, so that further understanding of the students is needed. Most of the students of Darussa'adah Islamic Boarding School still do not have digital literacy skills effectively and efficiently. By doing digital literacy, it is expected to be able to better understand and be able to have cognitive, communicative abilities, have the ability in creativity, have self-confidence and have a critical attitude in consuming media so as to avoid hoax and fake news, so that information received through social media can accountable for the truth. The conclusion of this study is the need to provide a set of literacy competencies, especially digital literacy when surfing the internet, including the importance of how to access the internet in a healthy and safe manner for students and a basic understanding of ethics and culture as well as searching for the right information on the internet, so that students can face challenges as global citizenship

    Hospital quality classification based on quality indicator data during the COVID-19 pandemic

    This research aim is to propose a machine learning approach to automatically evaluate or categories hospital quality status using quality indicator data. This research was divided into six stages: data collection, pre-processing, feature engineering, data training, data testing, and evaluation. In 2020, we collected 5,542 data values for quality indicators from 658 Indonesian hospitals. However, we analyzed data from only 275 hospitals due to inadequate submission. We employed methods of machine learning such as decision tree (DT), gaussian naïve Bayes (GNB), logistic regression (LR), k-nearest neighbors (KNN), support vector machine (SVM), linear discriminant analysis (LDA) and neural network (NN) for research archive purposes. Logistic regression achieved a 70% accuracy rate, SVM a 68% accuracy rate, and neural network a 59.34% of accuracy. Moreover, K-nearest neighbors achieved a 54% of accuracy and decision tree a 41% accuracy. Gaussian-NB achieved a 32% accuracy rate. The linear discriminant analysis achieved the highest accuracy with 71%. It can be concluded that linear discriminant analysis is the algorithm suitable for hospital quality data in this research.</p
