Cílem bakalářské práce je stanovení ceny stavby z investorské pozice tak, aby bylo dosaženo co největší efektivnosti pro investora. Teoretická část se zabývá fázemi životního cyklu, tvorbou ceny stavby a smluvními dokumenty. Praktická část se věnuje aplikaci teorie na případové studii. Konkrétně se zkoumá výnosnost prodeje stavby oproti dlouhodobému pronájmu.The aim of the thesis is to determine the price of construction investment position, so as to achieve the greatest possible effectiveness for the investor. The theoretical part deals with the life cycle phases, creating price structures and contractual documents. The practical part deals with the application of theory to a case study. Specifically, it examines the lucrative sale of buildings over long-term lease.

Full texts in the Czech geographical bibliography database

Open access to the documents is one of the basic requirements of databases users. Czech Geographical Bibliography On-line provides access to 185,000 bibliographical records of Bohemical geographic and cartographic documents and to more than 30,000 full texts and objects. The access is provided through a connection from the permanent storage, the Digital University Repository or a URL address of the bibliographical record. The works in public domain can directly become accessible or it is necessary to conclude licence agreement with authors, their heirs or with the editors of periodicals. Full texts of 14 titles of professional periodicals, university thesis, employees´ monographs or anthologies and on-line publications are available. Digitised maps have been connected to the database since 2012. 5,500 of them are accessible from the database since the beginning of 2014. The database is an important source both for professionals and general public interested in geography and cartography

Transformation of the force - deflection diagram under a three-point-bending into the stress - crack opening relationship

V příspěvku je popsán analytický přechod z diagramu závislosti průhybu vzorku z betonu s příměsí polypropylenových vláken na velikosti zatěžovací síly na vztah mezi napětím a rozevřením trhliny v tahu za ohybu. Transformace je založena na kinematickém popisu chování testovaného vzorku. Napětí je aproximováno kombinací exponenciálních funkcí doplněnou o člen vystihující prokluz vláken přemosťujících trhlinu.In this paper, an analytical form of the transformation from the force – deflection diagram obtained under a three-point bending into the stress – crack opening relationship of concrete with polypropylene fibers is outlined. The transformation is based on the description of the kinematic behavior of the test sample. The stress is approximated by a combination of exponential functions supplemented with a term capturing the slip of fibers bridging the crack

Cartographic cultural heritage

Disertace je zaměřena na kartografické kulturní dědictví. Zkoumá postupy a stav jeho zpracování i způsoby a nástroje pro zpřístupnění v paměťových institucích. Byly vytčeny dva hlavní cíle práce. Nejprve zpracovat teoretický model online zpřístupnění kartografického kulturního dědictví a ověřit jej na vzorku mapových sbírek. Dále na základě teoretického modelu vytvořit online nástroj pro zlepšení služeb mapových sbírek. K dosažení cíle byly použity kvalitativní výzkumné metody. Konkrétně se jednalo o dotazníkové šetření českých a zahraničních mapových sbírek a také o případové studie českých projektů zaměřených na zpracování a zpřístupnění kartografických památek. K naplnění cílů práce byly podle knihovnického referenčního modelu IFLA navrženy dílčí modely uživatelských úloh, jejichž cílem bylo najít, určit, vybrat, získat a prozkoumat dílo. Na jejich základě byla doporučena kritéria pro hodnocení uživatelských úloh. K ověření funkčnosti modelu došlo testováním 20 digitalizovaných mapových sbírek. Byl vytvořen webový nástroj Databáze digitalizovaných mapových sbírek pro zlepšení služeb mapových sbírek.Disertace je zaměřena na kartografické kulturní dědictví. Cataloging cartographic documents with RDA. The article discusses new RDA (Resource description and access) cataloguing rules, which are based on the FRBR and FRAD conceptual model. The basic entities (work, expression, manifestation and item), as well as their attributes and relationships are described, and RDA structure and substantial changes from existing AACR2 rules explained. New terminology, new cataloguing models, and specifically “the rule of three” are included, no abbreviations, annotations of numbers and errors, and use of square brackets. New MARC 21 fields are explained: the 264 field for publisher data and the 3XX field for content, media and carrier types. The paper addresses the application of these changes in cartographic documents, especially in the 255 field for mathematical data elements, containing a sub-field for scale, cartographic projections and coordinates, and in the physical description field, including record samples. The essential role in the RDA development and training of cataloguers for cartographic documents is carried out by an expert group called Magirt (ALA). The rules offer freedom of application for cataloguers and cataloguing agencies; therefore, their interpretation is required, taking into account national cataloguing conventions. The instructions have already been translated into the major world languages

1 ABSTRAKT Předkládaná disertační práce se věnuje vybraným tématům bytové výstavby v šedesátých letech - experimentálním domům a panelovým sídlištím - a zkoumá je ve čtyřech samostatných vrstvách: politické, ideologické, architektonické a sociální. Práce je strukturovaná do těchto čtyř hlavních kapitol, které tvoří čtyři pomyslné pilíře k pochopení dějin bytové výstavby a jejich kontextu. Výchozí hypotézou disertační práce bylo, že zrod panelových sídlišť na konci padesátých let a jejich ideu i formu v následující dekádě ovlivňovala odlišná a zároveň vzájemně propojená východiska čtyř jmenovaných rovin. Pohled státního socialismu a jeho ideologie vycházel ze situace, kdy v celém socialistickém bloku přestala být architektura nástrojem stalinistické politické reprezentace v duchu socialistického realismu a stala se důležitým prostředkem sociální reformy na propagované cestě ke komunismu. V socio-ekonomické rovině se tento názor promítl do předpokladu, že díky dostupnému a kvalitnímu hromadnému bydlení, komplexně vybaveným sídlištím, dosáhne společnost vyšší životní úrovně a celkově se modernizuje. Bydlení na panelových sídlištích se ve výsledku mělo stát výlohou socialistického způsobu života a prostředkem k morálně vyššímu typu konzumní společnosti. V atmosféře socialistického utopismu pak měla nová 2...The presented dissertation concerns selected topics on flat construction in the 60's - experiments and prefabricated housing estates - and examines them closely in four different layers - political, ideological, architectonic and social. The work is structured into four main chapters, which constitute four pillars to uncover the history of flat construction and its context. The initial hypothesis of the dissertation was that the birth of panel housing estates at the end of the 50's, as well as its form and content in the upcoming decade, was influenced by the different starting points of the four mentioned layers. The viewpoint of state socialism and its ideology stemmed from the situation, when architecture in the whole socialistic block seized to be the instrument of Stalinist political representation in the spirit of the socialist realism and it became an important instrument of social reform on the promoted path to communism. This opinion, projected on an economic level, lead to an assumption that an affordable and high-quality collective housing makes the society effectively economically modernized. The living in these housing estates was intended to become the "display window" of the socialist lifestyle as well as the means of a morally higher type of consumer society. Valuation of Immovable Cultural Monuments

Oceňování nemovitých kulturních památek je v současné době, kdy dochází k renovacím kulturních památek, aktuálním tématem. Svým individuálním charakterem, vycházejícím z podstaty kulturních památek, nelze jednoduše sestavit uniformní postup ocenění pro všechny kulturní památky. Tato práce má za cíl vytvořit základní přehled pojmů a definicí, které jsou s problematikou kulturních památek spjaty, dále definovat postup prohlášení objektu za kulturní památku a zaměřit se i na postupy oceňování s důrazem na kontribuční metodu.Valuation of immovable cultural monuments is the current topic when cultural heritage is being restored. With its individual character based on the nature of cultural monuments, it is not easy to put forward a uniform award procedure for all cultural monuments. This work aims to create a basic overview of concepts and definitions dealing with issues related to cultural monument, to define the procedure of proclaiming the object as a cultural monument and to focus on valuation procedures with an emphasis on the contribution method.
