In addition, there are still illegal parking and illegal parking attendants. This study aims to determine how to implementation of the policy of retribution collection services by the public street parking Semarang also to know the driving factors and obstacles in the implementation of the polivy. The method use in this research is descriptive qualitative method. In this study the author used four appropriateness of the policy of Riant Nugroho to determine the effectiveness of policy implementation and implementation of Edwards III theory to determine the factors that effect the implementation of the policy. The results showed that the fact service retribution policy on public road flexible edge in the field so as to make the policy is weak and has not been able to overcome the problem of parking in the city of Semarang. The ammount of red tape involved and the limited resources especially supporting facilities for parking attendants become an obstacle to the implementation of policies in the edge of the parking service retribution public roads

    PT. Sumber Makmur Papua Jaya merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang penjualan dan jasa servis sepeda motor dan mobil merk suzuki. Adapun sistem pendaftaran antrian servis kendaraan bermotor dalam pencatatannya masih dilakukan secara manual dan konvensional yaitu pelanggan datang langsung ke dealer untuk antri daftar servis kendaraan bermotor, sehingga mengakibatkan antrian yang panjang dan memakan waktu yang lama. Penelitian ini bertujuan membangun sistem yang dapat membantu dalam mempermudah proses antrian pendaftaran servis kendaraan bermotor. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah metode studii literatur, wawancara dan observasi. Perancangan sistem menggunakan Microsoft visio, Data Flow Diagram (DFD) dan flowchart. Bahasa pemograman mengunakan hypertext preprocessor (PHP) dan Hyper Text Markup Language (HTML). Tools dan editor yang digunakan MySQL, adobe dreamweaver CS6 dan XAMPP. Pengujian sistem menggunakan metode black box, kuesioner dan User Acceptance Test  (UAT). Hasil dari pengujian menggunakan black box, User Acceptance Test (UAT) dan kuesioner didapat dari penyebaran kuesioner ke 20 responden. Bahwa sistem informasi ini mampu mengatasi masalah dalam proses antrian servis kendaraan dengan tingkat kepuasan 94% sangat menarik dari sisi Pelanggan,  92% sangat mudah dari sisi admin dan karyawan, maka diusulkan Sistem Informasi Pendaftaran Servis Sepeda Motor Dan Mobil Suzuki Berbasis Web Pada Dealer PT. Sumber Makmur Papua Jaya

    Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh temuan di kelas XI IPS 2 SMA Pasundan 2 Bandung yang menunjukkan rendahnya kemampuan siswa dalam mengolah informasi. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, maka peneliti menerapkan penggunaan gadget untuk meningkatkan kemampuan mengolah informasi siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan mengolah informasi siswa dalam pembelajaran sejarah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Hasil penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan dari siklus pertama, kedua, sampai siklus ketiga menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang cukup signifikan. Pada siklus pertama kemampuan mengolah informasi siswa masih rendah. Dikarenakan siswa masih kurang mengoptimalkan penggunaan gadgetnya dalam mencari informasi, siswa menggunakan sumber yang tidak dapat dipercaya, serta belum dapat menginterpretasikan informasi dengan bahasa sendiri. Pada siklus kedua, terjadi perubahan yang cukup baik pada ketiga indikator tersebut. Untuk siklus ketiga, siswa sudah mengoptimalkan penggunaan gadgetnya untuk mencari informasi dan tidak terpaku dengan satu sumber saja, menggunakan sumber informasi yang dapat dipercaya, dapat menginterpretasi informasi menggunakan bahasa sendiri, dan dapat menyajikan informasi ke dalam media info grafis secara singkat, padat, dan mudah dimengerti. Dengan adanya penelitian ini diharapkan pihak-pihak yang terkait dapat mengembangkan dan memperbaiki proses pembelajaran sejarah melalui penggunaan gadget. Kata Kunci: penelitian tindakan kelas, kemampuan mengolah informasi, penggunaan gadget This research is based on findings from class XI IPS in SMA Pasundan 2 Bandung, which shows a low level of student skills in processing information. To resolve the issue, researchers are implementing the use of gadgets to enhance student skills in processing information. The goal of this research is to enhance student skills in processing information during history lessons. This research uses Action Research methodology. The results of the research from the first cycle, second cycle, and third cycle show a significant increase. In the first cycle, the students' ability to process information was still low. This was due to the students' lack of optimizing their use of gadgets in searching for information, using unreliable sources, and not being able to interpret information in their own language. In the second cycle, a significant improvement occurred in all three indicators. In the third cycle, the students fully utilized their gadgets to search for information and did not rely on a single source of information. They used credible sources of information, interpreted the information in their own language, and presented the information in a concise, dense, and easily understandable manner using infospace media. With the results of this research, it is hoped that relevant parties can develop and improve the learning process of history through the use of gadgets.     Analisa Faktor terhadap Kejadian Anemia Ibu Hamil Trimester III di Puskesmas Sangiang Kota Tangerang Tahun 2022

    Background: Anemia of pregnancy in pregnant women is characterized by Hb levels lower than 11 g%. Anemia of pregnancy is often a "potential danger to mother and child." Anemia conditions increase the risk of sepsis, bleeding and even death in the mother, prematurity, perinatal death, and low birth weight. From some of the literature it is stated that the factors for the occurrence of anemia in pregnant women consist of the mother's age, parity, level of knowledge, and behavior or adherence to consuming iron/Fe tablets.Objective: To identify and analyze the factors that are related or dominantly influence the incidence of anemia in third trimester pregnant women at the Sangiang Community Health Center, Tangerang City in 2022.Methods: This research includes analytic observational design with case control population data and samples using secondary medical record data from October-November 2022. The subjects of this study were 36 third trimester pregnant women as samples and were taken using a purposive random sampling technique. Analysis of univariate bivariate and multivariate data using the frequency distribution, bivariate with chi-square test followed by a regression test for multivariate analysis.Result: The results showed that the characteristics of third trimester pregnant women were more in pregnant women with age not at risk (63.9%), parity not at risk (55.6%), high school/vocational school education level (33.3%), working (55.6%). The factor that is significantly related to anemia in pregnant women is the behavior of third trimester pregnant women in consuming Fe tablets (p-value: 0.005; OR: 0.600). Factors that were not related to anemia were mother's knowledge (p-value: 0.613 OR 1.875), parity (p-value: 0.191 OR 1.760), mother's age (p-value: 0.301, OR 1.800).Conclusions: The risk factors that jointly influence the incidence of anemia in third trimester pregnant women are mother's knowledge, parity, and age of mother. The factors that have the greatest influence on the incidence of anemia are compliance/behavior of pregnant women in consuming Fe tablets, then knowledge of the mother, parity, and age of the mothe

    Dukungan Psikososial terhadap Anak Penderita Retardasi Mental di SLB Widya Bhakti Semarang

    Mitra merupakan siswa-siswi SLB Widya Bhakti Semarang yang mempunyai keterbatasan intelektual dan adaptasi. Untuk membantu mengurangi keterbatasan mitra diberikan dukungan psikososial. Kegiatan ini bertujuan menganalisis data demografi dan respons mitra terhadap dukungan psikososial. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini menggunakan metode kemitraan dengan sifat pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif sederhana, dilakukan pemberian dukungan psikososial berupa edukasi remidiasi kognitif, permainan sederhana, nyayian hiburan dan lagu perjuangan sebagai penyemangat. Hasilnya didapatkan mitra sebanyak 42 orang (100 %) data demografi  berdasarkan jenis kelamin terbanyak laki-laki  27 anak (64,3 %), umur terbanyak 11-13 tahun 23 anak (54,8 %) agama mitra terbanyak Islam 39 anak (92,8 %), alamat terbanyak Semarang 36 anak (85,6 %), kelas mitra terbanyak 1-2 ada  15 anak  (35,7 %), pekerjaan orang tua terbanyak adalah swasta 31 anak (73,8 %). Setelah dilakukan program kemitraan masyarakat dengan pendekatan psikososial terdapat respons mitra yang bervariasi. Terbanyak mitra menyatakan: menyenangkan 42 anak (100 %), bermanfaat 42 anak (100 %), diperlukaan 37anak (88,1 %), kegiatan ini baik 42 anak (100 %), menyukai 38 anak (90,5 %). Our partners in this activity were SLB Widya Bhakti Semarang students who have intellectual and adaptation limitations. To help reduce the limitations of partners, psychosocial support was provided. This activity aimed to analyze demographic data and partners' responses to psychosocial support. The method of implementing this activity used a partnership method with a simple qualitative and quantitative approach, providing psychosocial support in the form of cognitive remediation education, simple games, entertainment songs and struggle songs as encouragement. The results obtained partners as many as 42 people (100%), the most demographic data based on gender were 27 boys (64.3%), the most age 11-13 years 23 children (54.8%) the most partner religion was Islam 39 children (92.8%), most address Semarang 36 children (85.6%), most partner class 1-2 there were 15 children (35.7%), most parents work was private 31 children (73.8%). After the community partnership program was carried out with a psychosocial approach, there were various responses from partners. Most partners stated: it was fun for 42 children (100%), useful for 42 children (100%), needed for 37 children (88.1%), this activity was good for 42 children (100%), liked 38 children (90.5%).

    Hubungan Antara Model Pengasuhan ABC’s dengan Micro Badge Balanced Use of Technology pada Pembelajaran Daring di Masa Pandemi

    Online learning methods can indeed be an alternative solution to the pandemic situation, but that doesn't mean it's without risks. Cyber ​​risks can vary widely, ranging from cyberbullying, victimization, game addiction, privacy concerns, harmful content, and also eye health problems. These risks can cause serious problems, especially for children aged 5 to 12 years. One of the guidelines for the parental involvement model to assist the healthy use of information technology is ABC's. ABC is an acronym for Age-Appropriate Access, Balance, and Content Restricted. In the ABC's model, specific recommendations and examples are given on how to set boundaries so that the use of technology remains healthy and useful. On the other hand, the Digital Quotient (DQ) Institute provides a micro-certification system called the DQ Micro-Badge (DQ MB) which is listed in the IEEE 3527.1-2020 standard. DQ MB is used to assist in the assessment of a person's digital skills according to the Global Standards. This study measures the relationship between ABC's parenting method and the achievement of DQ MB Balanced Use of Technology. Respondents used are parents who have children aged kindergarten - elementary school in the city of Surabaya. From 379 respondents' data, it was analyzed and obtained the fact that parenting using ABC's approach is proven to affect the level of digital intelligence based on the DQ MB BalancedMetode pembelajaran daring memang bisa menjadi solusi alternatif dari situasi pandemi, namun bukan berarti tanpa risiko yang mengintai. Risiko cyber bisa sangat bervariasi, mulai dari cyberbullying, victimization, kecanduan game, masalah privasi, konten berbahaya, hingga gangguan kesehatan mata. Risiko-risiko tersebut dapat menyebabkan hal serius, khususnya bagi bagi anak usia 5 hingga 12 tahun. Salah satu panduan untuk model keterlibatan orang tua untuk mendampingi pemakaian teknologi informasi yang sehat adalah ABC’s. ABC merupakan akronim dari Age-Appropriate Access, Balance, dan Content Restricted. Dalam model ABC's diberikan rekomendasi dan contoh spesifik bagaimana memberikan batasan agar penggunaan teknologi tetap sehat dan bermanfaat. Di sisi lain, Digital Quotient (DQ) Institute memberikan sistem sertifikasi mikro yang disebut dengan DQ Micro-Badge (DQ MB) yang tercatat dalam standar IEEE 3527.1-2020. DQ MB digunakan untuk membantu penilaian keterampilan digital seseorang sesuai dengan Standar Global.   Penelitian ini melakukan pengukuran terhadap hubungan antara metode pengasuhan model ABC's dengan pencapaian DQ MB Balanced Use of Technology.     Intervensi psikososial bagi mahasiswa terminasi PPSK Fakultas Kedokteran UNISSULA Semarang

    AbstrakMahasiswa program terminasi Fakultas Kedokteran UNISSULA adalah mahasiswa yang masa studinya tinggal satu semester, untuk membantu mahasiswa agar dapat menyelesaikan studinya dengan baik, maka penting dilakukan Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) intervensi psikososial sehingga mahasiswa yang terkena ketentuan terminasi dapat meneriman kenyataan yang ada dan merasa optimis. Artikel dibuat untuk mengetahui data demografi mahasiswa dan kondisi psikososial mahasiswa dalam menerima ketentuan terminasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan mengumpulkan mahasiswa terminasi hasil yudisium periode genap tahun akademik 2017 selanjutnya diberikan PKM intervensipsikosial, ceramah motivasi belajar, tujuan hidup manusia, role model oleh mahasiswa lain yang telah berhasil studinya, rencana kedepan dan komitmen bersama, selanjutnya diberikan post tes untuk mgetahui hasil intervensi psikososial yang telah diberikan. Hasil dari studi ini adalah bahwa terdapat lima belas (15) mahasiswa terminasi yang mengikuti PKM  intervensi psikososial, jenis kelamin terbanyak adalah laki-laki ada 9 mahasiswa (60 %), alamat terbanyak di Jawa Tengah ada 10 mahasiswa (66,7 %), tempat tinggal terbanyak rumah sendiri ada 8 mahasiswa (53,3 %), keinginan masuk Fakultas Kedokteran terbanyak adalah keinginan sendiri ada 7 mahasiswa (46,7 %), menyukai Fakultas Kedokteran ada 14 mahasiswa (93,3 %), tahun masuk ke Fakultas Kedokteran terbanyak tahun 2009 ada 11 mahasiswa (73,3 %). Setelah dilakukan PKM  intervensi psikososial didapatkan mahasiswa sangat membutuhkan akan adanya intervensi, intervensi psikososial sangat membantu memahami permasalahan mahasiswa, intervensi psikososial sangat membantu membawa perubahan pikiran dan perasan lebih baik, intervensi psikososial sangat bermanfaat dan sangat membantu menyelesaikan permasalahan mahasiswa. Mengetahui kondisi mahasiswa dalam menerima ketentuan terminasi, memberikan solusi, dukungan emosional dan pemahaman bahwa di balik permasalahan pasti ada hikmahnya. Kata kunci: intervensi psikososial; mahasiswa terminasi; FK UNISSULA.  AbstractUNISSULA Faculty of Medicine termination program students are students who have only one semester of study period, to help students to be able to complete their studies well, it is important to do a Community Service Program (PKM) for psychosocial interventions so that students affected by termination provisions can accept the existing reality and feel optimistic . The article was made to find out student demographic data and student psychosocial conditions in accepting termination provisions. The method used is to collect students termination results of the 2017 academic year even period later given PKM social psychological intervention, learning motivation lectures, human life goals, role models by other students who have successfully studied, future plans and joint commitment, then given a post-test to find out the results of psychosocial interventions that have been given. The results of this study are that there were fifteen (15) termination students who took the PKM psychosocial intervention, the most gender was 9 male students (60%), the highest address in Central Java there were 10 students (66.7%), most of their own homes have 8 students (53.3%), the most desires to enter the Faculty of Medicine are 7 students (46.7%) of their own desires, like the Faculty of Medicine there are 14 students (93.3%), the year of entering the Faculty In 2009 there were 11 students (73.3%). After PKM psychosocial intervention was found, students really needed an intervention, psychosocial intervention really helped to understand students' problems, psychosocial intervention really helped bring a change of mind and feel better, psychosocial intervention was very useful and really helped solve student problems.     PENGARUH KUALITAS LAYANAN DAN HARGA TERHADAP KEPUASAN PELANGGAN JASA TRANSPORTASI OJEK ONLINE (STUDI PADA KONSUMEN GOJEK DI TASIKMALAYA)

    In the times that are increasingly moving forward, there are many inventions, tools, and facilities that can be implemented by a company in marketing or attracting consumer interest. In this case, humans are required to always keep up with the changing conditions that continue to develop so that there is a change in consumer behavior to become completely digital, one of which is using online transportation and inter-culinary services. Service quality and price are two things that significantly affect customer satisfaction so that the company can attract customers to use the services that have been provided. The aim of the study was to identify the effect of service quality and price on customer satisfaction with GOJEK online motorcycle taxi transportation services. This research method uses a quantitative approach with descriptive analysis. The sampling technique used a nonprobability sampling technique with an accidental sampling approach with 34 respondents using a Likert scale. Research respondents are Gojek application users who live in Tasikmalaya. This research instrument has met the criteria of validity and reliability. Data processing uses SPSS software version 26 and uses multiple linear regression for data analysis. This study uses the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis method. Based on the research results, it is known that the service quality variable (X1) has a partially significant effect on the dependent variable, namely customer satisfaction (Y). The price variable (X2) has a partially significant effect on the dependent variable, namely customer satisfaction (Y) and the price variable (X2) has a more dominant influence.Keywords: price; service quality; customer satisfaction.Perkembangan zaman yang semakin bergerak maju, banyak penemuan, sarana maupun fasilitas yang bisa diimplementasikan oleh sebuah perusahaan dalam marketing atau menarik minat konsumen. Dalam hal ini, manusia dituntut untuk selalu mengikuti keadaan dengan perubahan yang terus berkembang sehingga adanya perubahan perilaku konsumen menjadi serba digital, salah satunya yaitu menggunakan layanan transportasi dan antar kuliner online. Kualitas layanan dan harga adalah dua hal yang sangat menghipnotis kepuasan pelanggan, supaya pihak perusahaan bisa menarik pelanggan untuk memakai jasa yang telah disediakan. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh kualitas layanan dan harga terhadap kepuasan pelanggan jasa transportasi ojek online GOJEK. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis deskriptif. Teknik pengambilan sampel memakai teknik nonprobability sampling dengan pendekatan accidental sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 34 orang dengan menggunakan skala likert. Responden penelitian adalah pengguna aplikasi Gojek yang berdomisili di Tasikmalaya. Instrumen penelitian ini sudah memenuhi kriteria validitas dan reliabilitas. Pengolahan data memakai software SPSS versi 26 serta menggunakan regresi linear berganda untuk analisis data. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa variabel kualitas layanan (X1) memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan secara parsial terhadap variabel terikat yaitu kepuasan pelanggan (Y). Variabel harga (X2) memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan secara parsial terhadap variabel terikat yaitu kepuasan pelanggan (Y) dan variabel harga (X2) mempunyai pengaruh yang lebih dominan.Kata kunci: harga; kualitas layanan; kepuasan pelanggan

    The Relationship between Hospital Administration and Quality of Services: Meta-Analysis

    Background: Quality of service (QoS) is important because enterprises need to provide stable services for employees and customers to use. Maintaining hospital administration is the most important thing to consider in hospital service indicators. This study aimed to analyzed the strength of the relationship between hospital administration with quality of services.Subjects and Method: This study is a meta-analysis with PICO, population: patients. Intervention: good hospital administration. Comparison: poor hospital administration. Outcome: quality of services. The articles used in this study were obtained from three databases, namely Google Scholar, Pubmed, and Science Direct. Keywords to search for articles are “Hospital Administration” OR “Good Administration” OR “Hospital Services” AND “Quality of Services” OR “Services” AND “Multivariate”. Articles included are full-text English from 2009 to 2021. Articles were selected using a PRISMA flow diagram. Articles were analyzed using the Review Manager 5.3 application.Results: A total of 8 cross-sectional study articles from Asia, Europe, Africa, and North America were reviewed in the meta-analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, hospital management or good hospital administration has the possibility to increase the quality of service in hospital by 2.61 times compared to poor hospital administration (aOR= 2.61; 95% CI= 1.44 to 4.72; p= 0.002) and the results were statistically significant.
