CIENCIA ergo sum es la revista científica multidisciplinaria de prospectiva de la Universidad Autónoma del Estado de México (UAEM); su periodicidad es cuatrimestral y en este 2012 cumple diecinueve años de aparecer puntual e ininterrumpidamente, respondiendo a los más estrictos requerimientos de las revistas académicas internacionales. SISTEM INFORMASI MANAJEMEN HUBUNGAN PELANGGAN PADA SALON MUSLIMAH DAN SPA DESI KHADIJAH PALEMBANG

Salon Muslimah dan SPA Desi Khadijah Palembang merupakan tempat kecantikan perawatan tubuh yang di khususkan untuk perempuan. SPA sendiri merupakan suatu rangkaian perawatan yang terdiri dari terapi pijat seluruh badan, lulur/body scrub, masker, pemutih, mandi susu dan aromatherapy. Permasalahan yang terdapat pada Salon Muslimah dan SPA Desi Khadijah adalah pelanggan terlalu lama menunggu layanan jasa perawatan dikarenakan belum adanya informasi status terapis sehingga terdapat keluhan pelanggan, tidak ada pengklasifikasian dalam pencatatan data regular dan data member, dan pelanggan tidak dapat memilih terapis yang diinginkan. Tujuan skripsi ini adalah untuk membangun dan membuat sistem informasi manajemen hubungan pelanggan pada Salon Muslimah dan SPA Desi Khadijah Palembang. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penulisan laporan ini adalah metode Rational Unified Process (RUP) yang memiliki 4 fase yang di dalamnya terdiri dari beberapa tahapan. Diharapkan hasil implementasi dari sistem ini adalah dapat mempermudah salon dalam menyampaikan informasi kepada pelanggan sehingga dapat meningkatkan suatu hubungan yang baik dengan pelanggan dan mengurangi kemungkinan pelanggan berpindah ke salon lai

Uniform semiglobal practical asymptotic stability for non-autonomous cascaded systems and applications

It is due to the modularity of the analysis that results for cascaded systems have proved their utility in numerous control applications as well as in the development of general control techniques based on ``adding integrators''. Nevertheless, the standing assumptions in most of the present literature on cascaded systems is that, when decoupled, the subsystems constituting the cascade are uniformly globally asymptotically stable (UGAS). Hence existing results fail in the more general case when the subsystems are uniformly semiglobally practically asymptotically stable (USPAS). This situation is often encountered in control practice, e.g., in control of physical systems with external perturbations, measurement noise, unmodelled dynamics, etc. This paper generalizes previous results for cascades by establishing that, under a uniform boundedness condition, the cascade of two USPAS systems remains USPAS. An analogous result can be derived for USAS systems in cascade. Furthermore, we show the utility of our results in the PID control of mechanical systems considering the dynamics of the DC motors.Comment: 16 pages. The Australian philosopher Philip Gerrans ambitiously tries to provide a general theory about the formation of delusions that should enclose neuronal, cognitive and phenomenological levels of description. His theory is defined as narrative and it is grounded on the so called “default thoughts”, that consist in simulations, autobiographical narrative fragments produced by the Default Mode Network (DMN). The DMN is a powerful simulation system that evolved to allow humans to simulate and imagine experiences in the absence of an eliciting stimulus. Such imaginative/simulative process is precariously disciplined by the Self’s demands of narrative coherence. Linear robust output−feedback control for permanent−magnet synchronous motors with unknown load

International audienceWe solve the problem of set-point (respectively, tracking) control of a permanent-magnet synchronous motor via linear time-invariant (respectively, time varying) control. Our control approach is based on the physical properties of the machine: inherent stability and robustness to external disturbances. Our analysis is carried out under mild conditions, using cascaded systems theory. For all cases: constant operating point, trajectory tracking, and with known and unknown load, we show uniform global asymptotic stability of the closed-loop system with a linear controller that uses only velocity measurements. Furthermore, we explore natural extensions of our results to improve robustness with respect to external disturbances and parametric uncertainties

Derechos Humanos y Fundamentales

Il termine “diritti umani” risulta generico ed ambiguo non essendo ancora oggi del tutto chiaro cosa si intenda per uomo: uomo in quanto uomo oppure, nella accezione rousseauiana, di uomo in quanto appartenente ad un territorio e, perciò, cittadino. In contrapposizione alle due tesi mi sembra superfluo evidenziare che anche se molto spesso le due “condizioni” di uomo e cittadino coincidono, ne emerge una terza, codificata in relazione all’emergere del fenomeno comunitario che, accanto alla definizione di cittadino e non cittadino, ovvero straniero, individua il c.d. tertium genus costituito dal cittadino comunitario. A mio giudizio, in contrapposizione alle tre tesi mi piacerebbe definire la titolarità dei diritti umani non in riferimento all’appartenenza o meno ad un determinato territorio, bensì semplicemente in riferimento al genus ovvero l’appartenenza al genere che legittima l’immanenza dei diritti alla stessa natura umana. Non bisogna dimenticare, infatti che la tutela dei diritti fondamentali è certamente imprescindibile da una educazione alla cittadinanza che sia scollata dall’identità nazionale che viene impartita in una ristretta ottica di educazione civica nazionale. Occorre, pertanto, condividere un nuovo modo culturale di identificazione della persona, non nella dimensione individualistica ma universale, nell’ottica di considerare la dignità umana quale valore fondante per un ordine mondiale più equo. Da qui la necessità di un nuovo approccio culturale atto ad estendere spazialmente il senso di appartenenza dalla ristrettezza di un territorio ai confini planetari e che sia in grado di ridefinire teorie e strategia nel campo dell’intercultura e dell’educazione alla cittadinanza per individuare nuovi orizzonti che consentano di raggiungere una pace sociale duratura e senza ripensamenti di sorta.El término “derechos humanos” resulta genérico y ambiguo no estando a día de hoy del todo claro que se entiende por humano: humano referido al ser humano o bien, en la acepción rousseauniana, humano en cuanto vinculado a un territorio y, por ello, ciudadano. En contraposición a las dos tesis me parece supefluo subryayar que incluso aunque muy frecuentemente las dos “condiciones” de ser humano y ciudadano coinciden, surge una tercera, codificada en relación al surgimiento del fenómeno de la Unión Europea que, junto a la definición de ciudadano y no ciudadano, es decir extranjero, crea el denominado tertium genus consistente en el ciudadano comunitario. A mi juicio, en contraposición a las tres tesis me gustaría definir la titularidad de los derechos humanos no en relación con la vinculación o no a un determinado territorio, sino simplemente en relación al genus, es decir, la pertenencia al género que legitima la inmanencia de los derechos a la propia naturaleza humana. No debemos olvidar que para la tutela de los derechos fundamentales resulta absolutamente imprescindible una educación para la ciudadanía que se separe de la identidad nacional que se viene impartiendo desde una óptica muy restringida como educación cívica nacional. Es necesario, por tanto, compartir una nueva visión cultural de identificación de la persona, no en su dimensión individual sino universal, desde el punto de vista de considerar la dignidad humana como el valor fundamental para lograr un orden mundial más justo. De ahí la necesidad de una nueva aproximación cultural dirigida a extender espacialmente el sentido de vinculación desde las restricciones de un territorio a los confines planetarios, que sea capaz de redefinir tanto teoría como estrategia en el campo de la interculturalidad y de la educación ciudadana y que abra nuevos horizontes y permita tender hacia la consecución de una paz social duradera y sin riesgos de involución
