LIMITES E OPORTUNIDADES PARA OS AGRICULTORES FAMILIARES INTEGRANTES DE EMPREENDIMENTOS ECONÔMICOS SOLIDÁRIOS NO ASSENTAMENTO ANTÔNIO CONSELHEIRO EM TANGARÁ DA SERRA – MT

Esta pesquisa identificou os limites e oportunidades para os agricultores familiares integrantes dos Empreendimentos situados no campo da Economia Solidária (EES), a partir do estudo das ações incubadoras realizadas no Assentamento Antônio Conselheiro, Tangará da Serra/MT. Inicialmente foram realizadas visitas aos agricultores envolvidos nos empreendimentos, no sentido de melhor conhecer o processo de incubação ali realizado. A seguir, foram desenvolvidos esforços para tentar compreender as dificuldades e oportunidades percebidas pelos integrantes dos empreendimentos, o significado particular da economia solidária e da incubação. Entre as oportunidades apontadas destacam-se: a geração de trabalho e renda, a conquista de mercado para seus produtos e a maior qualificação profissional. Quanto às limitações, o grupo estudado respondeu ter dificuldades na produção, pouco tempo para se dedicar ao empreendimento, e que a renda gerada pelo EES não é suficiente para suprir as necessidades básicas das famílias envolvidas. Os resultados deste projeto de pesquisa possibilitaram o desenvolvimento e aperfeiçoamento dos métodos e técnicas de incubação dos EES de Tangará da Serra - MT, gerando um maior e melhor conhecimento da realidade em um empreendimento econômico solidário.------------------------------------------This research identified the limits and opportunities for the integral family farmers of the located Enterprises in the field of the Solidary Economy (EES), starting from the study of the actions incubators accomplished in the establishment Antônio Conselheiro, Tangará da Serra/MT. Initially visits were accomplished the farmers involved in the enterprises, in the best sense to know the incubation process there accomplished. To proceed, efforts were developed to try to understand the difficulties and opportunities noticed by the members of the enterprises, the meaning peculiar of the solidary economy and of the incubation. Enter the pointed opportunities stand out: the work generation and income, the market conquest for their products and the largest professional qualification. As for the limitations, did the studied group answer to have difficulties in the production, little time to dedicate to the enterprise and what done the income generate by EES it is not enough to supply the basic needs of the involved families. The results of this research project made possible the development and improvement of the methods and techniques of incubation of EES of Tangara da Serra - MT. AÇÃO EXTENSIONISTA DA EMPAER FRENTE À NOVA PNATER: UMA ANÁLISE A PARTIR DO ASSENTAMENTO GUAPIRAMA, CAMPO NOVO DO PARECIS - MT

O modelo de agricultura ainda praticado continua a causar impactos negativos como a perda de solo, erosão genética, contaminação do solo e da água entre muitos outros efeitos. Considerando-se esse cenário e assim buscar minimizar estes processos, foi criada a Política Nacional de Assistência Técnica e Extensão Rural – PNATER, que orienta uma extensão rural baseada nos princípios epistemológico da agroecologia. Entre as mudanças, está à exigência de um novo perfil de extensionista, uso de metodologias participativas, minimização de utilização de recursos externos à propriedade, e a produção de vegetais e animais com a mínima degradação dos recursos naturais. O presente trabalho tem por objetivo analisar se essas mudanças estão sendo efetivamente empregadas pela Empresa Mato-grossense de Pesquisa, Assistência e Extensão Rural - EMPAER-MT. Utilizou-se como recorte para essa análise a atuação da EMPAER no Assentamento Guapirama, município de Campo Novo do Parecis, MT. A metodologia empregada foi a observação sistemática e não participante, entrevistas com produtores e técnicos. O resultado dessa análise denotou que a unidade da EMPAER-MT não está atuando conforme orienta a PNATER, em função de uma série de fatores que dificultam a ação extensionista rumo a uma transição agroecológica dos sistemas produtivos no Assentamento Guapirama.---------------------------------------------The agriculture model practiced nowadays is causing negative impacts such as losed of soil, genetic erosion, soil and water contamination and several other effects. Taking care that fact and thus seek to minimize these processes, was created the National Policy Technical Assistance and Rural Extension - PNATER, for to manage a rural extension based on the agroecology principles. Among the changes is the requirement for a new extensionist profile, use of participatory methodologies a decrease in the use of, external resources to the ownership, and plants and animal production with a minimal degradation of natural resources. This study aims to examine whether these changes are being effectively used by the searching Mato-grossense, Assistance and Rural extension company - EMPAER-MT. It was used as a cut for the actions of this analysis EMPAER in Assentamento Guapirama, municipality of Campo Novo do Parecis, MT. The methodology used was the systematic observation and not participating, interviews with producers and technicians. Amelanotic Anorectal Malignant Melanoma: Case Report with Immunohistochemical Study and Literature Review

Epithelioid cell tumors presenting in the gastrointestinal tract are uncommon, but when they arise, arriving at a correct diagnosis is important. We report a case of anal malignant melanoma in an 82-year-old man who microscopically showed an epithelioid malignant tumor simulating a gastrointestinal stromal tumor. C-kit stain and Melan-A were diffusely and strongly positive, while HMB-45 was focally positive. This case illustrates the potential pitfall of relying on a single antibody or inadequate panel of immunohistochemical stains to confirm the diagnosis. We recommend to apply an adequate immunohistochemical panel which includes S-100 protein, HMB-45 and Melan-A in order to make an accurate diagnosis, and discuss the differential diagnosis and surgical treatment modalities

En este Trabajo Fin de Grado se describen las distintas épocas y fases que ha sufrido el comercio electrónico, hasta llegar a nuestros días. Explica las diferentes tácticas a las que han recurrido las empresas para adaptarse a los nuevos tiempos de la era de internet, y cómo estas han afectado al mercado. Muestra las cifras de los negocios que se consigue a través del ecommerce y cómo la situación político-económico influye en ellas, además muestra un marco futuro en el que se deduce cómo pueden llegar a evolucionar, tanto las empresas, como las tendencias de los consumidores.Periods and phases that the ecommerce has undergone up to the present time are explained in this final degree. Estudio del trastorno del estrés postraumático en profesionales de Enfermería en urgencias y emergencias

El Trastorno de Estrés Postraumático es una patología mental muy presente hoy en día en nuestra población. Toda persona que experimente un suceso traumático es susceptible de padecer este trastorno. El objetivo de este trabajo es estudiar el Trastorno de Estrés Postraumático y sus síntomas en profesionales de Enfermería en los Servicios de Urgencias y Emergencias. Se realizó un análisis estadístico cuantitativo, descriptivo y transversal. La medición se llevó a cabo mediante la adaptación de una encuesta validada, la “Escala de Trauma de Davidson”. Se halló una prevalencia de estrés laboral del 79%. Los síntomas estudiados se presentan con una frecuencia de alguna vez durante la semana. No existe correlación entre los síntomas, sino que aparecen independientemente. Como conclusión, gran parte de la plantilla de Enfermería de los Servicios de Urgencias y Emergencias sufre estrés laboral, presentando síntomas al menos una vez por semana. La aparición de los distintos síntomas es independiente, no existiendo un patrón de correlación entre ellos, cada persona experimenta un conjunto de síntomas distinto. De acuerdo a lo anterior, se advierte la necesidad de adoptar medidas para solucionar el problema.Grado en Enfermerí

Final Report of the First Refractory Germ Cell Tumor Treated with Sunitinib Malate

Patients with advanced germ cell tumors can be cured with cisplatin-based chemotherapy, but the outcome remains unsatisfactory for patients with relapsed disease, including those patients with refractory disease after bone marrow transplantation. Targeted therapies have changed the standard of care for many advanced solid tumors. We have identified, in the literature, potential targets for the treatment of refractory germ cell tumors, and applied to a patient with a refractory disease. We chose sunitinib for this purpose. To our knowledge, this is the first case to be treated with sunitinib, and we have found a promising activity

Chromosome banding patterns and localization of 5S and 45S rDNA sites in three shrub-tree species of Erythrina L. (Leguminosae: Papilionoideae) from Brazil

 Erythrina consists of 112 leguminous trees and shrubs, distributed throughout the tropical regions. Species of Erythrina are of great biological interest because they are pollinated by hummingbirds, which promote a high pollen flow and high chance of homogenization of recombinant forms. The karyotypes of E. speciosa, E. falcata and E. mulungu were cytogenetically analyzed in order to establish relationships among these three species of contrasting strategies. The chromosome count showed 2n = 42, with small chromosomes, prophasic condensation of the proximal type and non-reticulate to semi-reticulate nuclei with evident chromocenters. Chromosome banding showed AT-rich heterochromatic blocks in the pericentromeric region of most chromosomes and GC-rich regions in the terminal region of the largest pairs. In situ hybridization with 45S rDNA probes exhibited ten terminal signals in E. falcata and E. speciosa and eight in E. mulungu, while the 5S rDNA probe showed only two signals, also terminals in three species. The results show quite conserved karyotypes, with small variations in the size and number of 45S rDNA sites, which can be considered the only elements of karyotype differentiation, independent of plant size and strategies.Erythrina consists of 112 species distributed throughout the tropical and temperate regions. The Main Clinical Indicators of Sarcopenia in Patients with Chronic Respiratory Disease: Skeletal Muscle Dysfunction Approach

Patients with chronic respiratory diseases (CRDs) have a disorder in muscle structure and function, but their function increases with physical progress and decreases the risk of general, and muscular weakness are more likely to develop sarcopenia. We randomly selected patients (N = 38) with mean age of 72 ± 1.0 years old men and women elderly with chronic respiratory diseases such as asthma, COPD, bronchiectasis and obesity with dyspnea score ≥ 2 in MRC index. All patients after receiving research information and signing informed consent have gone through performing clinical assessments. They performed femur bone mineral density (FBMD) and ultrasound on the rectus femoris muscle mid-tight cross-sectional area (RFMTCSA) in the quadriceps muscle. The significant changes in BMI were seen in all patients, pre-rehabilitation, BMI = 30 ± 1.06 kg/m2 and post-rehabilitation, BMI = 29 ± 1.00 kg/m2. In Pearson’s correlation of r = 0.607 between T-score and Z-score in FBMD and RFMTCSA in pre-rehabilitation, there is a little bit significant correlation between the variables than in the Pearson’s correlation of r = 0.910 in post-rehabilitation, P < 0.00. Comparing femur bone and rectus femoris muscle parameters as indicators for diagnosis of sarcopenia in chronic respiratory patients, we observed that in rectus femoris muscle, ultrasound is the most effective foot muscle detector
