PENILAIAN KEPUASAN PELANGGAN DENGAN APLIKASI SURVEI PADA PDAM KOTA BENGKULU

Customer satisfaction is a major reason in the service or goods business. The company will get a big profit if the customer is satisfied with the ideal service provided. The purpose of this study was to find the level of satisfaction of the PDAM's performance on customer service by making an online satisfaction survey application. The research method used is system requirements analysis, designing system requirements, coding translating the system with a programming language, implementing the system and maintaining any changes to the system. The results of the study show that the satisfaction survey application can make it easier for customers to send complaints about the service quality of PDAM Kota Bengkulu. With the PDAM polling application, it is faster to take action according to complaints from customers

STRENGTHENING LOCAL CULTURE AWARENESS IN TEACHING WRITING; A CASE STUDY AT MUHAMMADIYAH UNIVERSITY OF PAREPARE

AbstractLocal culture content approach in education has long been discussed and there are still some arguments on its position in education. Regardless its issues, as a teacher I believed that local culture has significant position in education. Therefore, in my teaching, I always attach culture value in it as a shape of my awareness toward it. This study based on a personal experience in teaching writing for beginner students at English department of Muhammadiyah University of Parepare. The study explores the interference of local culture knowledge in affecting students’ idea forming in class of writing. The participant of the study was the 2nd semester students; class A and B in 2012/2013. The study design applied was case study. It revealed in the study that the use of local culture based material in writing can ease students in mapping their writing ideas as well as reinforcing their awareness toward their local culture. Students enjoyed writing as the material given is familiar to them while at the same time they can strengthen their local culture awareness. Also reinforcing local culture knowledge in teaching English can help widen student’s knowledge on writing.AbstrakPenguatan Budaya Lokal dalam Pengajaran Writing; Suatu Studi Kasus di Universitas Muhammadiyah Parepare. Pendekatan konten budaya lokal dalam pendidikan lama telah dibahas dan masih ada beberapa argumen pada posisi dalam pendidikan. Terlepas dari isu-isu yang, sebagai guru, saya percaya bahwa budaya lokal memiliki posisi penting di bidang pendidikan. Oleh karena itu, dalam mengajar saya, saya selalu melampirkan nilai budaya di dalamnya sebagai bentuk kesadaran saya ke arah itu. Studi ini didasarkan pada pengalaman pribadi dalam mengajar menulis untuk pemula siswa di Departemen bahasa Inggris dari Universitas Muhammadiyah kota Pare. Studi mengeksplorasi gangguan pengetahuan budaya lokal dalam mempengaruhi siswa ide membentuk di kelas menulis. Peserta studi adalah mahasiswa semester 2; kelas A dan B di 2012/2013. Desain studi yang diterapkan pada studi kasus. Itu mengungkapkan dalam studi bahwa penggunaan bahan budaya lokal dalam menulis dapat memudahkan siswa dalam pemetaan ide-ide menulis mereka serta memperkuat kesadaran mereka terhadap budaya lokal mereka. Siswa menikmati menulis sebagai materi yang diberikan akrab bagi mereka sementara pada saat yang sama mereka dapat memperkuat kesadaran budaya lokal mereka. Juga memperkuat pengetahuan budaya lokal dalam mengajar bahasa Inggris dapat membantu memperluas pengetahuan siswa menulis.

Implementasi Pengendalian Robot Mobil Pencari Target Dan Penghindar Rintangan

Robots are useful to help humans in performing jobs that require high precision, substantial labor, repetitive and dirty work, and high-risk or dangerous jobs. Those are the high-risk human jobs that a robot can do. Wheeled robots have the ability to go to the targeted position. Proportional control is used to control the movement of robots. In addition, the robot will also be equipped with PI control method to adjust the actual wheel speed of the robot. The block diagram of the obstacle-driven avoider robot consists of push button, rotary encoder, ultrasonic sensor, Atmega, IC L298D, DC Motor and Light. The results of the obstacle-driven avoider robot, wheeled robots have the ability to run in accordance with the desired black line. Proportional control is used to control the movement of robots. In addition, the robot will also be equipped with ultrasonic sensors to set the robot in avoiding obstacles. Based on the results of testing and analysis that have done, it is suggested that there is tool that can be provided to develop a more sophisticated technology like adding sensors or more features

Pengembangan Aplikasi Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru Berbabasis Zonasi

Sistem zonasi yang diterapkan Kemdikbud dalam proses Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru (PPDB) di sekolah bertujuan untuk pemerataan hak memperoleh pendidikan bagi anak-anak usia sekolah. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah membangun aplikasi Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru pada SMP Negeri 6 Kota Bengkulu Berbasis Zonasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode wawancara, study pustaka, analisis, perancangan sistem, uji coba, dan implementasi.  Sistem yang disajikan berupa input data zonasi, nilai calon siswa baru, data nilai ujian nasional, sedangkan untuk menu proses merupakan menu proses penentuan penilaian calon siswa baru. Untuk output yang dihasilkan adalah laporan pendaftaran siswa baru dan laporan siswa baru yang diterima Kata Kunci: Aplikasi, Peserta Didik, Basis Zonasi

ANALISIS KETERAMPILAN METAKOGNISI SISWA DENGAN PENERAPAN MODEL PROBLEM BASED LEARNING (PBL) PADA KONSEP SISTEM REPRODUKSI MANUSIA DI SMA NEGERI 2 BANDA ACEH

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keterampilan metakognisi siswa dengan penerapan model Problem based Learning (PBL) pada materi sistem reproduksi manusia.Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMA Negeri 2 Banda Aceh dengan desain penelitian pre-test and posttestcontrol group design. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI semesterganjil pada Tahun Ajaran 2016/2017, dan sampel siswa kelas XI-1 dan XI-3. Instrumen untukmengukur keterampilan metakognisi menggunakan Metacognitive Inventory Junior dan dianalisissecara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan keterampilan metakognisisiswa yang signifikan (P>0,05) dengan nilai thit = 3,95 > ttab =2,018. Simpulan penelitian modelPBL berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan metakognisi siswa. Kemampuan metakognitif siswa padalevel OK dan Development.Kata kunci: PBL, keterampilan metakognisi, sistem reproduks

Sistem informasi ini ditujukan agar PO. Waspada lebih dikenal oleh masyarakat dan akhirnya dapat meningkatkan jumlah penumpang yang menggunakan jasa PO. Waspada Bengkulu.Web Sistem Informasi PO. Waspada Bengkulu dikembangkan menggunakan web editor Adobe Dreamweaver dengan web promgramming PHP dan database server MySQL. Desain web berupa header, banner dan komponen web lainnya diedit menggunakan program aplikasi pengolah gambar Adobe Photoshop. Proses pengolahan data dan informasi menggunakan sintaks SQL dan keamanan data admin menggunakan Session.Hasil penelitian dan pengujian menunjukan bahwa Web Sistem Informasi pada PO. Waspada Bengkulu dapat menampilkan informasi dengan baik dan bersifat user friendly baik untuk pengguna maupun admin. Informasi dapat diupdate sesuai dengan kebutuhan melalui menu admin tanpa harus mengubah script program web

Society basically consists of various cultural backgrounds, these differences tend to be prone to conflict. This requires efforts to minimize the emergence of these conflicts by maintaining relationships in the community through communication, thereby strengthening social interaction in society and will later become a forum for forming harmony. Dusun Curup Village is an area inhabited by one of two different cultures, where each group is able to maintain harmony in daily life. The two cultures are the original ethnic group, namely the Rejang Tribe and the immigrant ethnic group, namely the Batak tribe. The theoretical basis in this study is accommodation communication theory and uses communication patterns consisting of primary, secondary, linear and circular. This research was conducted using descriptive research methods using a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques in this study used two ways, namely primary data collection techniques with interview and observation techniques while secondary data collection techniques with supporting documents and literature, in addition to Miles and Huberman data analysis techniques and data validity tests, namely triangulation.The results of the study explain that in the community of the two different ethnicities, forming a circular communication pattern in communicating, the formation of this pattern is seen from the majority of daily activities which are more dominant in circular, the interaction that takes place is Dusun/bese coul language. This can be seen based on the approach using specific convergence, divergence, and maintenance, in addition to that, the real forms of harmony that exist are (1) Social aspects, which are formed from social order that is carried out in collaboration, one of which is negligent and sluggish. (2) The cultural aspect, which is manifested through an attitude of openness through mixed marriages so that each ethnic group can mingle and understand each other

APLIKASI GAME FIRST PERSONAL SHOOTER (FPS) BERBASIS ANDROID

Abstract:First Person Shooter (FPS) this game is usually a shooting game where the appearance is seen from the player’s eyes. Where each zombie object appears automatically then the user will try to shoot at the zombie object, so if the a zombie object is shot will increase the score value. Unity3d is an IDE display for free java/androiddevelopment. Meanwhile,according to safaat (2013:6) unity3d contains an IDE game engine used to make android coding. Unity3d is a supporting application for android development that is free. At the level of the game starts  with an easy level by getting points and adventure, then the level will automatically go up. An alternative game to be able to provide games that are able to hone the brains ability in logic/mathematics and can implement the First Personal Shooter (FPS) game with an Android-based united3d game engine. It is hoped that the development of this application can be a reference not that the geofencing algorithm is not only be applied to map-based applications so that the geofencing algorithm can be applied to similar applications as information technology developments
