Gestión de créditos y cobranzas, y la rentabilidad. Revisión de la Literatura

RESUMEN El presente artículo es producto de una revisión sistemática que tuvo como objetivo establecer y contrastar las metodologías y hallazgos principalmente que guarden relación con el tema de estudio gestión de créditos y cobranza, y la rentabilidad, permitiendo al lector conocer e introducirse en el estudio y análisis de las mismas. Para ello, las palabras claves que se utilizaron en la indagación y recopilación fueron “créditos”, “cobranzas” y “rentabilidad”. El resultado de tal búsqueda, fue la obtención de 112 artículos científicos, mismos que se vinieron reduciendo a 13 al pasar por los parámetros de selección dispuestos por dos fases. Sus elementos metodológicos más resaltantes fueron el diseño longitudinal, el uso de sistemas estadísticos interpuestos por razones financieras y análisis de estados financieros en el sector empresarial. La principal conclusión relaciona de forma significativa el proceso de la gestión de créditos y cobranzas, y la rentabilidad, debido a factores como el mal manejo de dicha área, sobrexposición de créditos otorgados y aumento de la cartera de morosidad. Salud visual y percepción social de malabaristas de la ciudad de Bogotá, Colombia

Introduction: Juggling is an artistic practice that includes various historical, social, cultural and economic dynamics, and nowadays it conceives new approaches regarding the artist's health. Objective: To understand the state of visual health and the social perception of juggling in the city of Bogotá. Materials and methods: A mixed study combining qualitative methodology of phenomenological type a quantitative descriptive methodology in a group of 15 jugglers of the city of Bogota, who worked at the traffic lights in the localities of Teusaquillo, Suba and Engativá, through three stages: planning; field work which includes field diary, interview and visual and ocular screening tests; and advertising campaign. Results: 100% of the participants referred to eye reddening and feeling of grit that is associated with the working hours, manipulation tools and exposure to the work environment. There are normally in the perception of depth (20" of arc) and the perception of color in the totality of participants. Conclusions: Visual and ocular health is not very important for the participating jugglers; however, they have symptoms of ocular discomfort. The juggler is perceived as a social actor that contributes to the growth of the city no matter that the common people consider this practice as unhealthy. Inbound marketing y posicionamiento digital de la empresa Motoxpress S.A.C., Lima Metropolitana 2020

Este estudio tiene como objetivo describir la relación entre el Inbound Marketing y posicionamiento digital, Lima Metropolitana 2020. El método de la investigación es de enfoque cuantitativo, el nivel es correlacional de diseño no experimental de corte transversal. La muestra que se obtuvo fue finita de 238 clientes de la empresa Motoxpress mediante la fórmula probabilística para la población. Se realizó la técnica de la encuesta y el cuestionario que estuvo compuesta por 29 preguntas donde 16 preguntas fueron en base a la primera variables y 13 para la segunda variable respectivamente. el medio por el cual se desarrolló el cuestionario fue en google forms, la cual se envió un link a los clientes de la empresa motoxpress donde se obtuvo la recolección de datos obteniendo un alfa de Cronbach de 0.883, donde se obtuvo una confiabilidad estadística alta, y una validación de contenido de 93% en ambas variables que fue representado por el juicio de expertos con un alto grado de validación. Se concluye que, si existe relación entre la variable Inbound marketing y posicionamiento digital, ya que se encontró un nivel de significancia de 0, 000 < 0,05. Por lo tanto, el coeficiente de correlación Rho Spearman fue de 0.748, quiere decir que ambas variables tienen una relación positiva considerable

Providing mental health first aid in the workplace: a Delphi consensus study

BACKGROUND: Mental health problems are common in the workplace, but workers affected by such problems are not always well supported by managers and co-workers. Guidelines exist for the public on how to provide mental health first aid, but not specifically on how to tailor one\u27s approach if the person of concern is a co-worker or employee. A Delphi consensus study was carried out to develop guidelines on additional considerations required when offering mental health first aid in a workplace context. METHODS: A systematic search of websites, books and journal articles was conducted to develop a questionnaire with 246 items containing actions that someone may use to offer mental health first aid to a co-worker or employee. Three panels of experts from English-speaking countries were recruited (23 consumers, 26 managers and 38 workplace mental health professionals), who independently rated the items over three rounds for inclusion in the guidelines. RESULTS: The retention rate of the expert panellists across the three rounds was 61.7&nbsp;%. Of the 246 items, 201 items were agreed to be important or very important by at least 80&nbsp;% of panellists. These 201 endorsed items included actions on how to approach and offer support to a co-worker, and additional considerations where the person assisting is a supervisor or manager, or is assisting in crisis situations such as acute distress. CONCLUSIONS: The guidelines outline strategies for a worker to use when they are concerned about the mental health of a co-worker or employee. They will be used to inform future tailoring of Mental Health First Aid training when it is delivered in workplace settings and could influence organisational policies and procedures

La imagen y la narrativa como herramientas para el abordaje psicosocial en escenarios de violencia. Departamento Arauca, Cesar y Boyacá.El presente trabajo hace parte de la formación académica de los estudiantes de psicología como requisito de opción de grado de la Universidad Nacional Abierta y A distancia. El cual tiene como propósito en la adquisición de conocimientos, teóricos prácticos en escenarios de violencia. Fundamentada en el constructivismo social en este trabajo se recopila técnicas como la imagen y el enfoque narrativo en la psicología, el cual ha logrado un trayecto reflexivo significativo en los abordajes terapéuticos y psicosociales. En efecto, la primera actividad que se realiza es la de apropiarnos a la teoría, es decir, a desarrollos conceptuales, desde una perspectiva aplicada, un ejercicio de análisis de relatos de violencia y esperanza en Colombia, dichos relatos dibujan marcas y escenarios de violencia que han ocurrido en nuestro país, esto nos permite visualizar un escenario de reflexión para el abordaje de subjetividades que están dentro del contexto de violencia. A partir de entonces se inició un ejercicio de análisis del discurso resaltando los esfuerzos personales, familiares, colectivos y comunitarios con el objetivo de romper ciclos de violencia e injusticia teniendo en cuenta las preguntas orientadoras de la guía. Para finalizar se resalta la importancia que tiene la praxis del psicólogo como agente transformador de cambio, buscando la deconstrucción en las victimas creando nuevas formas de pensar mostrándoles una visión del mundo que les ayude a reconstruir su proyecto de vida.The present work is part of the academic training of psychology students as a requirement of degree option of the National Open University and Distance. This has as purpose in the acquisition of knowledge, practical theorists in scenarios of violence. Based on social constructivism in this work, techniques such as the image and the narrative approach in psychology are gathered, which has achieved a significant reflexive trajectory in therapeutic and psychosocial approaches. In effect, the first activity that takes place is to appropriate the theory, that is to say, to conceptual developments, from an applied perspective, an exercise of analysis of stories of violence and hope in Colombia, these stories draw marks and scenarios of violence that have occurred in our country, this allows us to visualize a reflection scenario for the approach of subjectivities that are within the context of violence. From then on, an exercise in discourse analysis was initiated; highlighting personal, family, collective and community efforts with the aim of breaking cycles of violence and injustice, taking into account the guiding questions of the guide. Finally, the importance of the praxis of the psychologist as a transformative agent of change is highlighted, seeking the deconstruction of the victims by creating new ways of thinking, showing them a vision of the world that will help them to reconstruct their life project

Sentinel-1 data to support monitoring deforestation in tropical humid forests

In recent years, methodologies for deforestation detection that use satellite data have been developed, primarily using optical data, which cannot detect deforestation in the presence of clouds. In this paper, we discuss a methodology developed to detect deforestation using Sentinel-1 data and that aims to complement typical early warning system based on optical satellite images such as one the Peruvian Government employs. The methodology was applied in three pilot areas in the tropical humid forest of Peru. Sentinel-1 data were acquired in Interferometric Wide Swath (IW) mode and VH polarization. We use a Gamma-Map filter to reduce the speckle noise, and the average of 3 chrono-sequentially continuous images to reduce the multi-temporal variation of the forest backscattering. This produced 6 time series for each pilot area. For the detection of deforestation, we used an algorithm based on the difference and ratio between the images before and after deforestation. The accuracy assessment revealed a user’s accuracy greater than 95%. We also made a multitemporal comparison between our results and the early warning tropical forest loss alerts that use only Landsat data, which showed that until the end of the study period 33.26% of the deforestation we detected was not detected by the early warning alerts that use Landsat data

Este artículo expone el desarrollo de la actividad final del Diplomado de Profundización en Linux la cual se realizó utilizando el sistema operativo Linux Zentyal Server, el cual será es la base para disponer de los servicios de Infraestructura IT donde se realizaron configuraciones de DHCP, DNS, Proxy, Cortafuegos, File Server y Print Server y VPN. La consciencia por la mejora en la elección de los alimentos a consumir, ha tomado más fuerza con el pasar de los años. En el Perú el 80% de las personas de clase media tienden a tomar en cuenta la información alimentaria antes de comprar un producto; y están dispuestos a pagar más por dicha elección (Gestión, 2019). Esta tendencia no excluye a la pastelería, que es un rubro bastante solicitado para ocasiones especiales. Sin embargo, en el mercado limeño actual, las opciones de pastelerías saludables son bajas; pues la mayoría de establecimientos trabajan con ingredientes compuestos de azúcares, grasa y otros. Adicional a ello, es frecuente tener inconvenientes en el tiempo de entrega de las tortas. Por ello, se crea Peqachu ofrecerá tortas elaboradas a base de granos andinos, edulcorantes y variedad de frutas, y dicha preparación tendrá la orientación de un nutricionista. Cabe resaltar, la pastelería será virtual, se atenderá a través de los canales digitales como Facebook y una página web. Así mismo, los pedidos serán entregados a los clientes mediante el servicio de delivery. Finalmente se demuestra que el negocio es rentable con altas posibilidades de crecimiento, al tener como valor agregado el uso de los granos andinos como insumo principal en la elaboración de tortas. De acuerdo al análisis financiero, se demuestra que el proyecto es viable y rentable para su muestra en marcha.The awareness for the improvement in the choice of food to consume, has gained more strength over the years. This trend does not exclude pastry, which is a very popular item for special occasions. However, in today's Lima market, healthy bakery options are low; since most establishments work with ingredients composed of sugars, fat and others. Additionally, it is common to have problems in the delivery time of the cakes. For this reason, Peqachu is created will offer cakes made from Andean grains, sweeteners and a variety of fruits, and said preparation will have the guidance of a nutritionist. It should be noted, the pastry shop will be virtual, it will be served through digital channels such as Facebook and a website. Likewise, orders will be delivered to customers through the delivery service.
