    PELATIHAN PENGEMBANGAN PERANGKAT PEMBELAJARAN KURIKULUM MERDEKA TERINTEGRASI ETNOSAINS PADA GURU DI SMAN 8 TANJUNG JABUNG TIMUR

    ABSTRAKDalam konteks Kurikulum Merdeka, ditekankan pentingnya menggabungkan unsur-unsur kearifan lokal dalam proses pembelajaran, yang bertujuan untuk mendukung pencapaian profil pelajar yang sesuai dengan prinsip Pancasila. Oleh karena itu, guru diharapkan untuk mempersiapkan materi pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan Kurikulum Merdeka, yang mengintegrasikan elemen-elemen kearifan lokal. Namun, dalam praktiknya, masih terdapat temuan di lapangan, khususnya di Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Timur, di mana beberapa sekolah, seperti SMAN 8 Tanjung Jabung Timur, masih menggunakan bahan ajar yang mengacu pada kurikulum sebelumnya dan belum mengintegrasikan kearifan lokal atau aspek etnosains. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah melatih guru-guru di SMAN 8 Tanjung Jabung Timur agar dapat mengembangkan perangkat pembelajaran kurikulum merdeka yang mengintegrasikan kearifan lokal atau aspek etnosains. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah pelatihan yang terdiri dari tiga tahapan, yakni persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Kegiatan pelatihan ini diadakan pada tanggal 7 Agustus 2023 di SMAN 8 Tanjung Jabung Timur. Hasil dari pelatihan ini adalah guru-guru SMAN 8 Tanjung Jabung Timur dapat memahami dengan baik konsep dan teknik penyusunan perangkat pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan Kurikulum Merdeka, yang mengintegrasikan elemen-elemen kearifan lokal atau aspek etnosains dalam proses pembelajaran. Kata kunci: alat peraga; perangkat pembelajaran; sensor; tracker. ABSTRACTIn the context of the Independent Curriculum, the importance of combining elements of local wisdom in the learning process is emphasized, which aims to support the achievement of student profiles in accordance with the principles of Pancasila. Therefore, teachers are expected to prepare learning materials that are in accordance with the Independent Curriculum, which integrates elements of local wisdom. However, in practice, there are still findings in the field, especially in East Tanjung Jabung Regency, where several schools, such as SMAN 8 East Tanjung Jabung, still use teaching materials that refer to the previous curriculum and have not integrated local wisdom or ethnoscience aspects. The aim of this community service activity is to train teachers at SMAN 8 Tanjung Jabung Timur to be able to develop independent curriculum learning tools that integrate local wisdom or ethnoscience aspects. The method used in this activity is a workshop, which consists of three stages: preparation, implementation, and evaluation. This training activity was held on August 7, 2023, at SMAN 8 Tanjung Jabung Timur. The result of this training is that the teachers of SMAN 8 Tanjung Jabung Timur can understand well the concepts and techniques for preparing learning tools that are in accordance with the Independent Curriculum, which integrates elements of local wisdom or ethnoscience aspects in the learning process. Keywords: learning device; sensor; tracker; teaching aid

    Respon Peserta Didik Terhadap Penggunaan Buku Elektronik IPA Berbasis Model PBL (Problem Based Learning)

    Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk melihat respon peserta didik terhadap buku elektronik IPA berbasis model PBL (Problem Based Learning). Responden pada penelitian ini berjunlah 39 orang peserta didik kelas VIII SMPN 11 Muaro Jambi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peserta didik memberi respon sangat praktis terhadap buku elektronik IPA materi gerak dan gaya berbasis model PBL, dengan nilai rata-rata 3,7 untuk aspek tampilan, 3,56 untuk aspek penyajian materi, 3,64 untuk aspek kebermanfaatan

    The use of gadgets can cause addiction and have a negative impact on the health and psychological development of children. The solution to overcome this problem was through outdoor learning based on local wisdom of traditional games. This activity aims to form an agent for driving traditional games to reduce the use of gadgets for children in the District of Pelayangan. The method of implementing activities was in the form of socialization, training and assistance to prospective agents who drive traditional games. The targets of the activities were students at SDN 04 / IV and SDN 10 / IV Jambi City. The activity was carried out in  July-September 2020. The evaluation was carried out by giving questionnaires to participants to determine the success of the activity. The results of this activity indicated that students at SDN 04 / IV and SDN 10 / IV Jambi City preferred traditional games. Based on the results of the questionnaire, data on the frequency of using gadgets decreased from an average of 25 hours/week to 17 hours/week. Through traditional games, students interact more frequently with peers. This activity also increases knowledge about traditional games. This traditional game also trains students' social skills and character such as cooperation, hard work, honesty, sportsmanship, obeying rules, dexterity, accepting defeat, and responsibility

    Upaya Meningkatkan Pemahaman Konsep Siswa Menggunakan Discovery Based Learning dengan Bantuan LKS Digital Materi Fluida Dinamik Kelas XI SMAN 11 Kota Jambi

    Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya pemahaman konsep siswa yang mempengaruhi hasil belajar siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah setelah menerapkan model pembelajaran Discovery Based Learning dengan bantuan LKS digital bisa meningkatkan pemahaman konsep siswa pada materi fluida dinamik. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang terdiri dari tiga siklus yang terdiri dari empat tahap yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi/evaluasi, dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya peningkatan pemahaman konsep siswa yang ditandai dengan peningkatan aktivitas siswa serta hasil belajar siswa pada tiap siklus. Pada siklus I, rata-rata persentase aktivitas siswa adalah 34,65% dan nilai rata-rata hasil belajar 39,56 dengan jumlah siswa yang berhasil 9 siswa (23,68%). Pada siklus II rata-rata persentase aktivitas siswa meningkat menjadi 62,94% dan nilai rata-rata hasil belajar 60,12 dengan jumlah siswa yang berhasil 15 siswa (39,47%). Pada siklus III rata-rata persentase aktivitas siswa meningkat menjadi 76,97% dan nilai rata-rata hasil belajar 80,79 dengan jumlah siswa yang berhasil 28 siswa (73,68%)

    DESAIN MEDIA MENGGUNAKAN SOFTWARE PREZI DENGAN PENDEKATAN SCIENTIFIC MATERI HUKUM NEWTON TENTANG GERAK

    This study aims to develop a medium of physics learning using software prezi with the scientific approach of Newton's law material on the movement of high school class X. This research includes research and development or Research and Development using 4D (Four-D) development procedures. The subjects of the trial in this study were students of Muaro Jambi 2 State Senior High School MIPA class X totaling 26 students. The research instruments used were material and media validation questionnaires and student perception questionnaires. Data analysis techniques of students' perceptions were carried out in descriptive statistics. Product specifications are prezi-shaped software using the exe format. The prezi advantage is easy to read because it uses the Zooming User Interface (ZUI) method which can enlarge and highlight certain parts that are being discussed. The results of the expert validation stated that the design used in accordance with the material title and learning objectives was declared valid. The test results of students' perceptions were 68.6 in very good categories and reliability in 0.835 in very high categories. Subjek uji coba dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa SMA Negeri 2 Muaro Jambi kelas X MIPA yang berjumlah 26 siswa. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah angket validasi materi dan media serta angket persepsi siswa. Teknik analisis data hasil persepsi siswa dilakukan secara statistik deskriptif. Spesifikasi produk yaitu software berbentuk prezi menggunakan format exe. Keunggulan prezi yaitu mudah dibaca karena menggunakan metode Zooming User Interface (ZUI) yang dapat memperbesar dan menonjolkan bagian tertentu yang sedang dibahas. Hasil validasi ahli menyatakan desain yang digunakan sesuai judul materi dan tujuan pembelajaran sehingga dinyatakan valid. Hasil uji persepsi siswa 68,6 kategori sangat baik dan reabilitas 0,835 kategori sangat tinggi.     Based on observations in  atomic physics and nuclear learning, there are some problems see during two semester  of the course such as less using of instructional materials and instructional media  in the process of learning. In addition, content of book  used are books published in the 1990s  years and  never have been updated. The quantity of books of atomic physics and nuclear in the library is still very little. Therefore developed electronic modul (E-modul). This research used descriptif research. E-module is made using 3D software pageflip professional. E-Module has been validated by experts for media and content of  e-module. The result was perception of students on average 83.5% on core structure module and 89 % on radioactivity module with very good category

    Explorating and Reconstructing the Indegeneus Knowledge of Coffee Processing in Kerinci as a Learning Resources

    This research aims to exploring and reconstructing of indigenous knowledge of coffee processing in Kerinci into scientific knowledge. This research was qualitative using ethnoscience approach. The research was carried out at Coffee Nur Kerinci. The key informan were the owner and employees of Coffee Nur. Data collection was carried out through observation and deep interview. Qualitative data were analyzed descriptively using the Miles and Huberman models. The processing of Coffee Nur Kerinci carried out traditionally using simple tools. It consists of drying of coffee beans, roasting, cooling, pulverization, sifting, and packaging of coffee powder. Drying of coffee beans was carried out by the sun for 21 days with an average of five hours/day. The roasting process was carried out by using a roaster made of a drum that rotated on the stove. The pulverization was carried out by using a waterwheel as a driving force which was connected to eight pestles. Scientifically, the processing of Coffee Nur Kerinci can be reconstructed into scientific concepts regarding the classification of living things, heat and transfer, circular motion, collisions, and forces

    PENERAPAN MODEL CONTEXTUAL TEACHING AND LEARNING UNTUK MENINGKATKAN MOTIVASI SISWA DI KELAS VII SMPN 30 MUARO JAMBI

    This research was motivated by low of motivation to learn physics at SMPN 30 Muaro Jambi. By using the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) learning model, it is expected that students will more easily to understand and receive knowledge effectively and efficiently. So, it can increase student learning motivation, because the temperature material and its changes contain a description of the material that is conceptual and quantitative, so in presenting this material a learning model is needed to encourage student learning motivation. From the results, it can be seen that there is an increase in learning motivation experienced by students from the first cycle 59.74% to 72.18% in cycle II and 82.61% in cycle III. Thus it can be concluded that the application of the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) learning model can increase student motivation in class VII B SMPN 30 Muaro Jambi.Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh rendahnya motivasi belajar fisika siswa di SMPN 30 Muaro Jambi. Dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) diharapkan siswa akan lebih mudah memahami pembelajaran dan menerima ilmu pengetahuan secera efektif dan efisien. Sehingga, dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa, dikarenaka pada materi suhu dan perubahannya berisikan uraian materi yang bersifat konsep dan hitungan, maka dalam penyajian materi ini diperlukan model pembelajaran yang dapat mendorong motivasi belajar siswa. Dari hasil penelitian, dapat dilihat bahwa terjadi peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa dari siklus I yaitu 59,74% menjadi 72,18% pada siklus II dan 82,61% pada siklus III. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa di kelas VII B SMPN 30 Muaro Jambi
