KOMODITAS UNGGULAN KLUSTER AGROINDUSTRI PERKEBUNAN DI PROVINSI SUMATERA SELATAN
The government in an effort to increase global competitiveness makes a plan through the RPJPN document (2005-2025) which implies a gradual transformation to develop a competitive economy in accordance with regional competencies and excellence. Thus, the challenges faced are efforts to increase competitiveness through the development and implementation of innovation systems (innovation driven economy). The national innovation system (SINAS) consists of the support of a number of regional innovation systems (SIDa) so that industrial clusters are formed based on the thematic superior regions. South Sumatra Province in the process of determining the plantation industry cluster based on regional superior commodities is based on the results of deliberations by the regional government without the support of an educational approach undertaken in the determination of the thematic superior. The determination of this industrial cluster can be used as a direction for regional development that can facilitate regional innovation actors in taking strategic policy steps in advancing the region. So this research aims to determine the regional superior commodities and products that are carried out with the academic draft approach to have acceptable and operational characteristics. In this study the determination of regional superior commodities and products is carried out with a scientific approach using the LQ, Integration DEMATEL and ANP methods. The results of this study are coffee (4.54), rubber (4.49) and oil palm (4.45) priority commodity-based priority products that have a good industrial value chain to be developed by innovation actors in formulating policies and programs for support the regional superior products in order to have national and global competitiveness
Perspektif Pemangku Kepentingan di Kabupaten Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir Tentang Pengelolaan Sampah Rumah Tangga
Novriadhy et al, 2019. Stakeholder Perspective in Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir District Concerning Household Waste Management. pp. 347-353. Households are the biggest waste producers. Therefore, household waste management must be done carefully and efficiently - especially for the New Autonomous Region - so as not to consume all resources that needed for development. This research was carried out in PALI District with the aim to identify the needs in waste management based on cross-sectoral stakeholder perspectives. Research informants came from local government units, nongovernment organizations, waste management practitioners, and small business groups. Data collected through FGD, observation and literature search. The data is processed with a qualitative approach and interpreted by the input-process-output method. The results showed three key factors needed for waste management i.e. the existence of the compost market, the availability of environmental cadres, and an environmental management working group that could synergize programs/activities from various stakeholders whereas the supporting factors were the funding method, regulatory enforcement, and adequate facilities-infrastructure. The research concluded that there is a need to change community behavior and work culture

Penentuan Dan Pengembangan Komoditas Unggulan Kluster Agroindustri Sub-Sektor Perkebunan Dalam Penguatan Sistem Inovasi Daerah Di Provinsi Sumatera Selatan Dengan Pendekatan Analytical Hierarchy Process (Ahp) Dan Analisa Swot
berupa : pengelolaan berkelanjutan, peningkatan produktivitas nasional melalui
penguasaan, penyebaran, penerapan, dan penciptaan (inovasi) IPTEK sesuai kompetensi
dan keunggulan daerah. Dengan demikian, tantangan yang dihadapi adalah upaya
meningkatkan daya saing melalui pengembangan dan pengimplementasian sistem inovasi
(innovation driven economy). Sistem inovasi nasional (SINAS) terdiri dari dukungan dari
beberapa sistem inovasi daerah (SIDa) sehingga terbentuk kluster-kluster industri
berdasarkan tematik unggulan daerah.
maupun global

Government in an effort to increase global competitiveness make a plan through
RPJPN document (2005-2025) which implies a gradual transformation to develop a
competitive economy through such basic principles: sustainable management, increase
national productivity through the acquisition, deployment, implementation, and creation
(innovation) science and technology according to its competence and excellence area.
Thus, the challenge is an effort to improve competitiveness through the development and
implementation of the system of innovation (innovation driven economy). National
innovation system (SINAS) consists of the support of some of the regional innovation
system (SIDA) to form industrial clusters based on thematic areas featured. South
Sumatra Province in the establishment of industrial clusters based commodities in the
regions is based on the results of the deliberations of local government without the
support of educational approaches undertaken in determining the thematic featured. The
development of industrial clusters can be used as a landing area that can facilitate the
development of regional innovation actors in taking steps in advancing the strategic
policy areas. Thus this study aims to determine the commodity and superior product made
with an academic approach to the draft in order to have acceptable properties and
operations. In this study the determination of commodity and superior product made by a
scientific approach using AHP and SWOT method. Results from this study is the flagship
product of coffee (4,54), rubber (4,49) and palm oil (4,45) commodities based priority
areas that have good industrial value chain to be developed by the actors of innovation in
formulating policies and programs to support the regional superior products that are
competitive nationally and globally
Food behaviours of italian consumers at risk of poverty
Purpose
– At a European level, Italy experiences one of the highest percentages of population at risk of poverty (AROP). However, studies on this consumer segment are scarce. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the food behaviours of Italian female consumers, distinguishing similarities and differences due to age and level of income.
Design/methodology/approach
– The investigation adopted an inductive approach in order to analyse and confirm the determinants of food behaviours. Data were collected through four focus groups. Data elaboration included content analyses with term frequency – inverse document frequency index and multidimensional scaling technique.
Findings
– The food behaviours of Italian female consumers are based on a common set of semantic categories and theoretical dimensions that are coherent with those applied by previous studies. The age of consumers impacts the relevance attributed to the categories and income contributes to the explanation of the conceptual relations among the categories that determine food behaviours. The approach to food of younger and mature consumers AROP is strongly driven by constraints such as price and time. The study did not confirm a link between a poor health attitude and low socio-economic status.
Research limitations/implications
– The outcomes achieved can be strengthened by quantitative analyses to characterise the relations occurring among the factors and dimensions that influence the food behaviours of consumers AROP.
Originality/value
– The study increases knowledge about Italian female consumers and provides an initial contribution to the analysis of the food behaviour of the population AROP
Stunting Convergence Management Framework through System Integration Based on Regional Service Governance
The acceleration of stunting reduction in Indonesia is one of the priority agendas in the health sector, its implementation being through various regional and tiered approaches. This paper aims to manage management using an integrated system framework approach at the regional level and to support the acceleration of stunting reduction nationally. It takes a quantitative description approach that uses secondary data sourced from the Directorate General of Regional Development, Ministry of Home Affairs, the Republic of Indonesia in 2019–2021. The locus of papers is in five provinces, North Kalimantan, South Kalimantan, Central Kalimantan, West Kalimantan, and East Kalimantan, Indonesia. The data collection and processing consisted of twenty stunting convergence coverage referring to regulations in Indonesia. The analysis used is an integrated framework based on five dimensions. Management based on an integrated framework in a regional-based system for stunting convergence can be a solution to accelerating stunting reduction. This paper provides an option to accelerate the handling of stunting through the Integration of Service Governance-Based Systems in Districts/Cities, considering the achievements in the last three years that have not been maximally carried out in every district/city in five provinces in Kalimantan, Indonesia. This study explains that the local government needs to socialize and disseminate the commitment to stunting reduction results to reaffirm commitment and encourage all parties to actively contribute to integrated stunting reduction efforts. This paper has limitations in the implementation of dimensions that can develop in a context that is correlated with several perspectives, such as regional planning, budgetary capacity, and regional capacity
