Pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran role playing terhadap aktifitas guru dan hasil belajar dalam mata pelajaran pendidikan IPS di sekolah dasar

Belajar dengan menggunakan role playing meningkatkan kesadaran akan adanya hubungan antara yang diperankan dengan masalah kehidupan masyarakat yang sebenarnya. Secara empirik, pernyataan ini memang sulit diamati karena hanya bersifat ungkapan secara verbal dari responden siswa. Bagaimana bentuk kesadaran itu, tidak mudah diketahui oleh penulis maupun oleh guru kelas sebagai mitra peneliti. Namun demikian, dari pernyataan itu penulis dapat menangkap kesan bahwa,tindakan pembelajaran dengan model role playing ternyata dapat memenuhi salah satu asumsi penggunaannya, yaitu sebagai model yang dirancang untuk mengembangkan empati siswa terhadap orang lain dan mengorganisasikan isu-isu sosial. Lebih jauh, pernyataan siswa tersebut mengisyaratkan pula bahwa model pembelajaran role playing memiliki signifikansi dengan tujuan-tujuan pembelajaran yang berdomain afektual. Hal ini sejalan dengan watak khas Pendidikan IPS di SD khususnya yang berkaitan dengan nilai dan sikap yang memungkinkan anak berpartisipasi dalam kelompoknya, baik kelompok utama dalam keluarga dan sekolah maupun kelompok sosial yang lebih luas

Upaya peningkatan aktivitas siswa dalam pembelajaran PKN dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif jigsaw

Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan menuntut siswa menunjukkan sikap yang baik, kreatif, dan bertanggungjawab. Tapi kenyataan di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa tujuan pembelajaran PKn belum tercapai sebagaimana yang diharapkan. Seringkali guru menemukan siswa tidak berani mengemukakan pendapat maupun bertanya. Dalam bekerja kelompok banyak dari anggota kelompok yang hanya mencantumkan nama saja tanpa ikut berpartisipasi dalam kelompok. Tanggungjawab siswa rendah, baik terhadap dirinya sendiri (individu) maupun terhadap kelompok. Penelitian ini dilakukan di kelas VII B, semester 2, tahun pelajaran 2007/2008 di SD N 008 Malinau Kota. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan aktivitas siswa dalam pembelajaran PKn. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang terdiri dari dua siklus dan setiap siklus terdiri dari dua kali pertemuan. Penggunaan konsep siswa dalam upaya meningkatkan pembelajaran IPS di SDN 008 Malinau Kota

Penelitian tindakan kelas ini bertujuan meningkatkan pembelajaran IPS di SD N 008 Malinau kota dengan menggunakan konsep siswa, terutama mengembangkan siswa dalam memahami diri sendiri melalui pembelajaran IPS sehingga dapat digunakan oleh siswa dalam kehidupan seharihari. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan memberikan pertanyaan yang akan dijawab oleh siswa berdasarkan konsep atau pengetahuan yang mereka miliki. Pembelajaran Pendidikan IPS berdasarkan penggunaan konsep siswa memiliki berbagai potensi kebermaknaan baik berkenaan dengan aspek pengetahuan, keterampilan, sikap dan nilai yang hendak dikembangkan di dalam Pendidikan IPS. Penggunaan konsep siswa juga sangat potensial di dalam mendekatkan, mengakrabkan, atau mengintimkan pengalaman belajar di kelas dengan pengalaman belajar keseharian siswa yang terakumulasikan di dalam konsep siswa, sehingga siswa dapat membangun sendiri pengertian-pengertiannya berdasarkan makna-makna yang mereka cerap dari pengalaman belajarnya di kelas/sekolah

Analysis Of Wave Height To Ship Motion With Displacement Of 7,597 Tons By Finite Element Method

Seakeeping is the ship's ability to stay afloat on the waves. The ship's maneuverability is greatly influenced by external factors related to the state of the sea and the waters in which the ship sails. Calculating seakeeping with various variations of depth, current, and wave height is needed for ship safety when sailing in the calculation of seakeeping using linear strip theory to calculate the response of heaving and pitching movements while roll damping theory for rolling movements. In this study, the ship's motion is calculated using the Finite element method software Hydrodynamic Diffraction and Hydrodynamic Time Response. For variations in wave height and water depth, referring to the conditions of Indonesian waters, from the reference, variations in wave height of 3 m, and 5 m (based on sea state WMO). In contrast, the current variation uses a current with a speed of 10 knots and a current depth of 10 T, 15 T, and 20 T. Based on the data obtained in data processing, it can be seen that the high value of the wave frequency obtained at 90 and 270 degrees wave direction is relatively high. AbstractThis study examines the role of religious courts in the construction of Islamic inheritance law. Its urgency is to open the dimensions of birth and the growth of inheritance law in the development period of religious courts. In addition, it opens up concrete reasons for the existence of the inheritance law bill that has yet to reach a climax. The methodology in this study is a narrative literature study, with a historical approach by observing juridical aspects in the growth of inheritance law.The findings in this study show that Islamic law existed since the era of the sultanate and was used as an applied law in society, including inheritance law that has been embedded in Islamic law. The authority of the religious judiciary in the field of inheritance became disoriented when the colonialists entered the colonies by applying the receptiveness theory as outlined in the form of the Staatsblad. The climax of the authority of the religious courts is the unification of the judiciary (one roof system) and its independence as the executor of judicial power. The challenge for religious courts in the field of inheritance is the unavailability of material law and the inheritance law bill which creates uncertainty.Keywords: Dynamics; Inheritance law; Religious Courts

Financial Service Technology in Indonesia: Between Free Market Regime and Consumer Protection

The free market era provided uninterrupted traffic in goods and services throughout the world, and was initially formed to offer benefits. Although there were still protests in technical problems and rising disputes that led a sue to legal institutions, countries agreed to maintain the free market. As a counterpart, the free market cannot ignore consumer’s protection as a standard of service. The liability development between consumer and producer relationship arranged from caveat emptor, to caveat vendor and finally to strict liability in the consumer protection system, implies disclosure of information on products and services. This research faces the legal theory of a free market regime with the theory of consumer’s protection law. This research proceeds to discuss two main issues. The first issue is an essential of Financial Technology or Fin-tech of services. The second issues is the influence of Fin-tech on the free market and consumer protection. Research uses a normative legal research method and the data obtained are secondary data from literary sources such as literature, articles and internet sites. Results of the analysis shows; first, the free market regime is both an opportunity as well as a challenge, therefore it is still worth to maintain. The consumer protection’s regime is the balance point of the free market’s regime. Theoretically, consumer’s protection must be used as a tool to protect the consumer’s interests. Moreover, it could manage the behaviour of service providers. Secondly, the role of the Financial Services Authority is a key to ensuring that balance is still on maintained. Studi Komparatif: Budaya Keselamatan Pasien Oleh Profesional Pemberi Asuhan (PPA) Di Kamar Operasi Antara Rumah Sakit Pemerintah Dan Rumah Sakit Swasta Di Kota Jambi Tahun 2019

ABSTRAK Budaya keselamatan di rumah sakit swasta di Kota Jambi belum cukup baik dibandingkan dengan rumah sakit pemerintah seperti yang dilihat dari jumlah insiden keselamatan yang dilaporkan dari tim KPRS. Tujuan penelitian untuk menentukan perbedaan budaya keselamatan rumah sakit pemerintah dan rumah sakit swasta di Kota Jambi. Desain penelitian Deskriptif Komparatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan safety attitude questionnaire (SAQ) dengan jumlah sampel 126 orang. Analisa data secara univariat dan bivariat menggunakan uji t-test. Hasil penelitian: domain iklim kerja tim, iklim keselamatan, kepuasan kerja, dan pengakuan stress di rumah sakit pemerintah mendapat skor rerata lebih tinggi daripada rumah sakit swasta, sedangkan pada domain persepsi terhadap manajemen dan kondisi kerja rumah sakit pemerintah mendapat skor rerata lebih rendah. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa budaya keselamatan di kamar operasi rumah sakit pemerintah lebih tinggi daripada rumah sakit swasta (p=0,009). Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlu mengembangkan kebijakan terhadap upaya evaluasi penerapan budaya keselamatan pasien di kedua rumah sakit.
