    A study on peat mining impact on fish diversity was conducted at Perawang, Bengkalis Regency,Province of Riau between 1996 and 1997.The purpose of study is to discover the diversity and potential of fishes in relation with water quality due to peat mining activities.The results recorded 17 species belonging to 14 genus and 10 families in mining areas, while in the protected areas (with 3 Watersheds) recorded 4 species in Bukit Batu, 21 species in Siak Kecil and 17 species in Kampar.Cyprinidae is dominant family in mining areas, while Belontiidae in protected areas.The water quality ranges are DO between 0.49 and 4.60 ppm, CO2 between 2.31 and 26.36 ppm, pH between 3.80 and 4.80 and turbidity 1.40 and 4.20. The results recorded fecundity between 87 -161 eggs, fertility 45-84. This fish is a predator and carnivorous. Water quality is suitable for fish life as well as their reproduction. Conservation action is urgently important

    PENGARUH HYBRID LEARNING DALAM MATA PELAJARAN SEJARAH TERHADAP CAPAIAN BERPIKIR KRITIS SISWA DI SMAN 1 LAMONGAN

    Based on field studies conducted at SMAN 1 Lamongan, it was found that most of the class XI students were still unable to interpret various information and could not distinguish between relevant and irrelevant sources so that they still did not meet the critical thinking achievement. Therefore, a treatment is needed to stimulate the achievement of students' critical thinking in history subjects by applying a Hybrid Learning model which can be said to be accentuated by the emancipatory learning model which is one of the learning models that is able to stimulate critical thinking skills. This study discusses whether there is an influence and how big the contribution of the implementation of Hybrid Learning in history subjects to the achievement of critical thinking of students at SMAN 1 Lamongan. This study aims to explain the effect and calculate the effect of the application of Hybrid Learning in history subjects on the critical thinking achievement of students at SMAN 1 Lamongan. This study uses a quantitative approach to the experimental method of one-shot case study design which is analyzed by simple linear regression by taking basic competencies 3.1 compulsory history for grade 11. The experiment was carried out for five meetings including online and offline learning. The instruments used were questionnaire sheets, observation sheets, and sheets for the post-test. After the experiment was carried out, the data analysis of the instrument used was carried out so that the results of the regression equation Y=60,057+0,279X. The relationship of the Hybrid Learning variable (X) to the critical thinking variable (Y), is known by testing the product moment correlation, testing the two-party hypothesis, and comparing R arithmetic 0.501 > R table product moment 0.329. The result is the influence between the two variables. The value of Rcount is positive (+) and is in the acceptance area of Ha, so that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. From the test results, it is known that the correlation coefficient value of 0.501 is in the MEDIUM category, with a significance of 0.002 <0.05, which means that the data has a significant effect. The influence of the variable X on Y is seen from the R Square in the Summary table, which is 0.251. After processing the post-test results, it can be seen that six of the eight indicators have GOOD achievements. Meanwhile, indicators that still do not meet the expectations of critical thinking achievement are assessing the credibility of a source and making deductions. Thus, it can be concluded that the application of the Hybrid Learning model in history subjects has a positive influence in the MEDIUM category so that it can be said that the positive influence of the application of Hybrid Learning on students' critical thinking achievement at SMAN 1 Lamongan is 25%.Keyword: Hybrid Learning, Critical Thinkin

    Materi Animalia di kelas X semester 2 lebih tepat dan sesuai diajarkan menggunakan model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing yang berpola dengan sintak pembelajaran yang lebih mengaktifkan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran dengan memberikan kesempatan berpikir, bekerjasama, berdiskusi untuk bersama-sama memecahkan masalah dengan mengeluarkan ide-ide atau pengalaman mereka terkait konsep Animalia yang banyak terdapat masalah-masalah menarik untuk dibahas sehingga dampak dari pembelajaran akan lebih bermakna bagi siswa dan memotivasi siswa untuk lebih meningkatkan kerjasama dan hasil belajar.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) untuk melihat kemampuan kerjasama siswa dalam pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model inkuiri terbimbing pada materi Animalia kelas X di SMA Negeri 2 Banama Tingang, (2) untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada materi Animalia kelas X SMA Negeri 2 Banama Tingang. Penelitian dengan rancangan eksperimen semu (quasi experiment) yang melibatkan 22 orang siswa kelas X MIA-1 dan 22 orang siswa kelas X MIA-2 SMA Negeri 2 Banama Tingang. Sampel diperoleh dengan total sampling yang ditetapkan sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi kemampuan kerjasama siswa dan soal test hasil belajar berbentuk pilihan ganda berjumlah 25 soal. Data hasil belajar siswa kemudian dianalisis secara kuantitatif menggunakan uji-t. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini, yaitu rata-rata nilai kerjasama siswa kelas eksperimen X MIA-2 adalah 75,28% dan Nilai kerjasama siswa kelas kontrol X MIA-1 adalah 55,96%; rata-rata nilai pretest kedua kelompok sampel adalah 42,00 (kelas X MIA-1) dan 42,36 (kelas X MIA-2); rata-rata nilai posttest kedua kelompok sampel adalah 68,36 (X MIA-1) dan 77,45 (X MIA-2). Berdasarkan analisis statistik uji t diperoleh dengan taraf signifikansi 5% berarti dapat disimpulkan bahwa adanya pengaruh yang signifikan dari penerapan model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing pada materi Animalia terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 2 Banama Tingang

    Batik Parang merupakan salah satu keanekaragaman motif batik yang memiliki pola hias bergaris miring dan berjajar. Parang termasuk jenis batik geometris yang dibentuk dari 2 unsur yaitu parang dan mlinjon. Kemiringan pada Parang membentuk pola dengan sudut 45 derajat. Penelitian ini bertujuan membentuk sistem desain batik parang secara interaktif dengan memanfaatkan ornamen motif yang disimpan dalam database. Gen parang dan mlinjon yang tersimpan dihasilkan dari pola yang dibentuk menggunakan kurva Bezier. Pembentukan variasi kurva Bezier diperoleh dari penempatan sejumlah titik-titik kontrol. Penyimpanan setiap gen parang dan mlinjon berupa titik-titik kontrol dari kurva. Aplikasi ini mengambil gen motif dari database yang kemudian disusun secara bervariatif dengan mengatur arah kemiringan dan jarak motif yang berjajar. Pengakuan hak cipta kepada Pencipta sebagai hak moral (moral right), dianut oleh Indonesia dan Perancis.     The Effects of T-2 Toxin on Preimplantion Embryos and Fetuses of Swiss Webster Mice

    T-2 toxin is a toxic and teratogenic mycotoxin produced by Fusarium tricintum which may contaminate cereal, seed, and food. The aim of this research is to find out the effects of T-2 Toxin on preimplantion embryos and fetuses of Swiss Webster mice. Pregnant female of Swiss Webster mice on 0 or 2 day of gestation was injected intraperitoneally with T-2 toxin at doses 0.05 or 0.10 mg/kg body weight (bw) and the dam was observed at 3.5 and 18 days of gestation. At 0 day of gestation, embryos were arrested at one to eight cell and uncompacted morulae stages (P < 0.01) compared to control, in both 0.05 and 0.10 mg/kg bw doses. The cell numbers of late blastocyst at all treated groups were decreased significantly compared to control. At 2 day of gestation, most of embryos were arrested on compacted morulae stage at dose 0.10 mg/kg bw (P < 0.01), the late blastocyst and its cell number were dose-dependently decreased. The live fetuses decreased significantly at all dose of T-2 toxin. No external malformation occurred in the fetuses. Results showed that T-2 toxin given at preimplantation stages inhibited development of preimplantation embryos as indicated by decreased number of live fetuses. Therefore, it was grouped as embryotoxic agent but those dosages did not cause malformation of the external appearance of Swiss Webster mice fetuses.
