The results of research projects developing productive waqf shopping block mosque of Al-Fairuz Pekalongan is feasible. In the aspect of marketing, business managers haveestablished a marketing strategy and marketing mix well. On the " nancial aspect, the ARR value indicates the number of 59%, greater than the minimum accounting rate of return of 7.30%. Payback Period calculation produces a value of 2 years, 6 months, 29 days, less than the economic life of the project. Project NPV is positive value of Rp 209,224,199.00. IRR of 20%, greater than the rate of return of deposits mudaraba Islamic banks are used in the calculation (7.30%). Modularization of Ship Engine Room Using Design Structure Matrix (DSM) Based on the Genetic Algorithm

Recently, the shipbuilding industry has been able to develop new production methods. These new methods promote design automation in order to produce ships more efficiently. The various production concepts, like block division, modularization and building ships with a standard design are possible solutions for improve production. Engine room design, including the piping system, is a complex process; therefore, modularization of its design is an effective strategy to minimize the complexity of the system. In addition, modularization plays an important role. This process requires a considerable number of man hours. This paper presents a new approach for engine room design based on the modularization concept. The characteristics of the proposed method are as follows: • Attention was paid to all piping systems of ship engine room. The cost and weight of the piping system were considered. • To define an effective module, a design structure matrix was adopted. • In the modularization using DSM, the Genetic algorithm is used to obtain modules by considering some constraints like number of pipe connections and pipe cost. This study discusses the details of the above mentioned methods. In addition, simulation test of design optimization of a several piping systems were carried out to illustrate the design optimization procedure in detail and to verify the effectiveness of the proposed methodology

Komunikasi lintas agama masyarakat perkotaan dalam Moderasi Beragama : Studi Etnografi di Kampung Toleransi Kelurahan Paledang Kecamatan Lengkong Kota Bandung

Kota Bandung merupakan kota yang padat penduduknya dengan keragaman multikultur di dalamnya, seiring perkembangan waktu, dideklarasikanlah tahun 2017 sebuah miniatur keberagaman antar umat beragama yaitu Kampung Toleransi. Kampung ini terletak di RW 02 Gang Ruhana Kelurahan Paledang Kecamatan Lengkong Kota Bandung. Peneliti memfokuskan pada bentuk, ragam, dimensi interaksi serra tindakan sosial dari komunikasi lintas agama dalam perspektif moderasi beragama. Untuk memahami hal tersebut memuat fokus penelitian mengenai tindakan sosial dari komunikasi lintas agama di Kampung Toleransi Kelurahan Paledang Kecamatan Lengkong Kota Bandung, peran pemuka agama yang terdapat di Kampung Toleransi Paledang Kecamatan Lengkong Kota Bandung dalam moderasi beragama, peran aktif masyarakat perkotaan di Kampung Toleransi Paledang Kecamatan Lengkong Kota Bandung dalam moderasi beragama. Relevansi dalam memahami karakteristik masyarakat perkotaan yang dinamis diperlukan beberapa pendekatan yang komprehensif dalam memahami pertukaran interaksi simbolik yang diwujudkan dalam sebuah tindakan sosial.Penelitian ini mendasarkan pada pemahaman teori tindakan sosial Max Webber dan interkasionisme simboliknya George Herbert Mead. Penelitian kualitatif pendekatan metode penelitian studi etnografi dalam mendeskripsikan hasil temuan disesuikan dengan karakteristik fokus penelitan yang terjadi di lokasi penelitian. Dilakukannya pengumpulan data melalui serangkaian observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan berdasarkan fokus penelitian maka ditemukannya konsep kerukunan antar umat beragama bagi masyarakat perkotaan. Menghasilkan gagasan umum dari adanya masyarakat yang harmonis diimplementasikan dalam moderasi beragama di lingkungan Kampung Tolerasnsi RW 02 Kelurahan Paledang Kecamatan Lengkong Kota Bandung

Communication of da’wah diversity in digital screens on the Leonardo’s Youtube channel

Background: This study examines the content of Leonardo’s YouTube channel titled “Journey of Religion: Habib Ja’far,” which focuses on presenting Islamic perspectives on diversity in Indonesia. The Islamic message is effectively conveyed through innovative means. Purpose: The objective of this study was to conduct an analysis of the messages pertaining to religious moderation as given by Habib Ja’far in the video. Methods: The study employed a qualitative methodology to conduct the research. The data were gathered through the application of Pierre Levy’s media theory, utilizing observation and analysis of literature and documentation. Results: The findings of this study indicate that social communication pertaining to religious tolerance is characterized by the integration of individuals through the utilization of new media platforms, such as the internet. Additionally, it was observed that Habib Ja’far’s delivery of religious messages is easily comprehensible. Furthermore, the central themes of his da’wah revolve around the concepts of the heart and love. Lastly, the contents of his da’wah can be categorized into distinct groups. Conclusion: The cultivation of religious tolerance can be facilitated by genuine and uncomplicated social encounters, bolstered by the utilization of contemporary communication platforms. Implications: The findings of this study suggest that the concept of religious moderation can be effectively communicated to younger generations through virtual platforms

Pengaruh Partisipasi Anggaran terhadap Kinerja Manajerial melalui Kemampuan Interpersonal Pemimpin Berbasis Syariah (Studi Kasus pada Bmt di Kota Pekalongan)

This research examines the effect of budget participation on managerial performance by using regression analysis. The research also reviews contingency theory to view the fit between budget participation, leaderhip style of Islamic and managerial performance using residual approach. The application of residual analysis is used to examine the interaction of fit between budget participation and Islamic leadership style an its impact on managerial performance. The application of this approach is expected to encourage the potency of “fit: and informative omdel forming in the contingency theory of management accounting in the future.Based on respon 38 manager of BMT in Pekalongan, the results of research shows that budgetary participation has no direct effect on managerial performance. As well as the leadership style of Islamic (sharia-based leader interpersonal skills) does not affect the relationship between budgetary participation and managerial performance

Peningkatan Kemandirian Belajar Matematika Melalui Strategi Discovery Learning Pada Siswa Kelas VII Semester Genap SMP Negeri 1 Sambi Tahun 2014/2015

The aim of research is to describe the increase in the independence of graders learn math VIIG SMP Negeri 1 Sambi after learning by discovery learning strategy. Qualitative research class action. Methods of data collection observation, field notes, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques with methods groove through three stages, data reduction, data presentation, and inference. Validity of data with triangulation of methods and sources. Results showed improvement of students' mathematics learning independence views of: 1) students who have a sense of responsibility from the initial conditions (32.35%), in the first cycle (50.00%) and the second cycle (70.59%), students which does not depend on others from the initial conditions (29.41%), in the first cycle (52.94%) and the second cycle (73.53%), 3) students have a great curiosity from the initial conditions (17 , 65%), in the first cycle (29.41%) and the second cycle (47.06%), 4) students who have the confidence of the initial conditions (8.82%), in the first cycle (20.59 %) and the second cycle (50.00%). It can be concluded that learning with application discovery learning strategies can improve mathematics learning independence. Social Policy in the Implementation of Concurrent Government Affairs in the Nias Archipelago Area, Indonesia

The implementation of social policies for Concurrent Government Affairs in the Nias Archipelago Area, Sumatera Utara Province, is still experiencing inequality, especially from the aspect of budget allocation. This article aims to analyze these problems, using a qualitative descriptive method, data sourced from the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia (2022). We use data analysis techniques through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that (1) out of 33 regencies/cities in Sumatera Utara Province, 5 regencies/cities in the Nias Archipelago Area, namely Nias Regency, Nias Selatan Regency, Nias Utara Regency, Nias Barat Regency, and Gunungsitoli City experienced significant imbalances in budget extreme allocations with 28 non-island (mainland) regions and below the provincial average. The lack of social policies will have a significant effect on the implementation of Optional Concurrent Government Affairs in the archipelago; and (2) Conceptually, it is important to pay attention to the principles of accountability, efficiency, externality, and national strategic interests in treating archipelagic areas through increased transfer funds – including the General Allocation Fund (DAU) and the Special Allocation Fund (DAK) - as specifically regulated in Law Number 23 of 2014 concerning Local Government. It is hoped that the novelty of this research can become material for evaluating policies of the central and provincial governments.
