Based on the analysis, theoretical way-out and the investor requests, the result is complete documentation and analysis of the realisation costs.

The Impacts of Brexit on European Equity Markets

The aim of this paper is to give a comprehensive description of the risk dependence and interdependence between selected European stock markets and Brexit equity in the period spanning from January, 7, 2000 to February, 3, 2017. We have studied behavior of extreme quantiles using quantile regression approach. This approach is robust because it is based on the use of various measures of central tendency and dispersion statistics for a detailed analysis of the relationship between variables. We have found evidence of significant interdependence /independence between financial markets and Brexit uncertainty. The analysis of upper and lower quantiles allows us to observe that the interdependence is positive asymmetric and higher for bear markets compared to bull or normal market conditions in the period before the Brexit vote. Moreover, we have analyzed the influence of the Brexit vote on selected markets. We have found that one or two or three days after voting the dependence structure was changed mainly in normal market conditions for French and Turkish markets, while Polish and Spanish markets were not significantly influenced

Determination of lead and zinc in great tits blood

CZ Monitorování koncentrace těžkých prvků v organismech ptáků, žijících v blízkosti člověkem osídlených oblastí, se již prokázalo jako vhodná metoda pro sledování kontaminace životního prostředí člověka, jehož zdraví může být přítomností těchto prvků ovlivněno. Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá stanovením vybraných těžkých kovů (olovo, zinek) ve vzorcích sušené krve sýkor koňader (Parus major) technikou hmotnostní spektrometrie v kombinaci s indukčně vázaným plazmatem. Vzorky sušené krve byly zváženy, převedeny do roztoku kyseliny dusičné a peroxidu vodíku a mikrovlnně rozloženy. Byla připravena kalibrační řada standardů pro stanovované prvky a byly stanoveny základní analytické charakteristiky měření. Interference vlivem matričního roztoku byla sledována měřením certifikovaného referenčního materiálu plné krve, podle které byla určena výtěžnost stanovení prvků, jako poměr směrnice závislosti koncentrace standardního přídavku prvku k referenčnímu materiálu a směrnice vodné kalibrace.EN Determination of heavy metals in urban living passerine birds organism has been considered as suitable method for monitoring pollution of human enviroment which these elements can cause. This study deals with determination of zinc and lead in dried great tits blood samples using inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry technique. Dried blood samples were weighed, solubilized in nitric acid and hydrogen peroxide and microwavelly digested. Calibration standards for determined elements were prepared and basic analytical characteristics of the measurement were determined. THE SIGNIFICANCE OF AIR TEMPERATURE OSCILLATIONS IN THE LAST DECADE IN SPLIT - CROATIA

This paper deals with preliminary results of wider on-going scientific research about climate changes in Split Dalmatian County. Complete data base consisted of daily air temperature from January the 1st 1948 to December the 31st 2008 is taken into account but due to the nature of this article authors are focused only on the significance of air temperature oscillations in the last decade. For these reason standard deviation of air temperature is evaluated for the entire period of last sixty years and separately for each decade, each year and each month. The basic hypothesis that air temperature fluctuations from decade to decade have continuous upward trend is tested. The linear and polynomial air temperature oscillation trends for mean annual, mean five-year and mean ten-year air temperature are analyzed. The integral part of the research is the detailed comparative analysis of monthly air temperature oscillations for the last ten years

Na základě informací zjištěných v harmonizovaných normách stanovuje požadavky na konstrukční prvky stojanové vrtačky.This thesis gives an overview of legislative requirements for safety of machine tools. Based on the information found in the harmonized standards, it sets requirements to rack drill machines.
