A quantitative composition of the immunocompetent cell subpopulations in mucous membrane of a lobar bronchus was studied in pneumonia patients according to the illness course. Features of the cell infiltrate composition in the proper lamina were revealed and a phenotypic characteristic of interepithelial lymphocytes in the lobar bronchus mucosa was found.Изучали количественный состав субпопуляций иммунокомпетентных клеток слизистой оболочки долевого бронха у больных пневмонией в динамике болезни. Introgressions of Vitis rotundifolia Michx. to obtain grapevine genotypes with complex resistance to biotic and abiotic stresses

Vitis rotundifolia Michx. is one of the species of the family Vitaceae, with resistance to both biotic and abiotic stresses. The present study reports new scientific knowledge about the inheritance of resistance to downy mildew, powdery mildew and frost by V. vinifera varieties from V. rotundifolia. Recombinant lines of three hybrid populations from the crossing of the maternal genotype ♀M. 31-77-10 with V. rotundifolia hybrids were used as the object of the study. As a result of laboratory screening, more than 40 % of recombinants of the ♀M. 31-77-10× ×[DRX-M5-734+DRX-M5-753+DRX-M5-790] population showed a high degree of frost resistance (–24 °C), while 6 % of transgressive recombinants were characterized by a very high degree of resistance (–27 °С). The maternal genotype ♀M. 31-77-10 does not carry alleles of resistance to powdery mildew at the Run1 locus and in the field suffers from powdery mildew much more than the paternal genotypes. The prevalence of powdery mildew on vegetative organs in the three recombinant populations over the years varies on average between 3.2–17.1, 0.3–17.7 and 0.6–5.2 %, respectively. As a result, almost all recombinant genotypes that received a resistant allele from the paternal genome are highly resistant to powdery mildew

Использование различных методов исследования процессов деления клеток эпителия и стромы на примере слизистой оболочки крупного хрящевого бронха

The results of cell fission research in the epithelium and the stroma of large bronchus mucosa was done in 10 healthy persons and 73 patients with acute pneumonia according to the course of the disease. Autoradiography with 3H-thymidine and immunohistochemistry with proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) were used. In all cases we obtained reliably high PCNA index of positive cell nuclei in comparison with a labeling level detected by the autoradiography. At the same time the labeling level dynamics in the epithelial and stroma cells of large bronchus mucosa maintained irrespective to the method used both in the healthy and in the course of the illness.Проведен анализ результатов исследования процессов клеточного деления в эпителии и строме слизистой оболочки крупных бронхов у здоровых лиц (10 человек) и больных острой пневмонией в динамике болезни (73 больных) методом авторадиографии с 3Н-тимидином и методом иммуногистохимии с PCNA. Во всех случаях получили достоверно высокий индекс PC/VA-положительных ядер клеток в сравнении с уровнем мечения, выявляемым методом авторадиографии с 3Н-тимидином. При этом закономерности изменения уровня мечения эпителиальных и стромальных клеток слизистой оболочки крупного бронха сохранялись независимо от используемого метода как в норме, так и в динамике болезни
