Generating weights for the Weil representation attached to an even order cyclic quadratic module
We develop geometric methods to study the generating weights of free modules
of vector valued modular forms of half-integral weight, taking values in a
complex representation of the metaplectic group. We then compute the generating
weights for modular forms taking values in the Weil representation attached to
cyclic quadratic modules of order 2p^r, where p is a prime greater than three.
We also show that the generating weights approach a simple limiting
distribution as p grows, or as r grows and p remains fixed

Axiological aspect formation professional-moral culture of student
This article discusses one of the areas of moral development students of higher education institutions is to familiarize them with the polyvariant nature of domestic moral culture and understanding of the importance to individuals and society of its value. Particular attention is drawn to the consideration of moral values of traditional culture and the need for educating the axiological aspects of interaction between the subjects of the educational process for the formation of the professional responsibility of students professional responsibility, traditional moral cultureВ статье рассматривается одно из направлений нравственного развития студентов высших образовательных организаций, заключающееся в ознакомлении их с поливариантным характером отечественной нравственной культуры и пониманием ими значимости для личности и общества ее ценности. Automatic Labeling of Special Diagnostic Mammography Views from Images and DICOM Headers.
Applying state-of-the-art machine learning techniques to medical images requires a thorough selection and normalization of input data. One of such steps in digital mammography screening for breast cancer is the labeling and removal of special diagnostic views, in which diagnostic tools or magnification are applied to assist in assessment of suspicious initial findings. As a common task in medical informatics is prediction of disease and its stage, these special diagnostic views, which are only enriched among the cohort of diseased cases, will bias machine learning disease predictions. In order to automate this process, here, we develop a machine learning pipeline that utilizes both DICOM headers and images to predict such views in an automatic manner, allowing for their removal and the generation of unbiased datasets. We achieve AUC of 99.72% in predicting special mammogram views when combining both types of models. Finally, we apply these models to clean up a dataset of about 772,000 images with expected sensitivity of 99.0%. The pipeline presented in this paper can be applied to other datasets to obtain high-quality image sets suitable to train algorithms for disease detection
Single-crystal X-ray diffraction study of novel pyrazole chalcone derived from 1-phenyl-3-p-tolyl-1H-pyrazole-4-carbaldehyde
143-146Novel pyrazole chalcone has been synthesized by reaction of phenyl-3-p-tolyl-1H-pyrazole-4-carbaldehyde and acetophenone by Claisen-Schmidt reaction in ethanol by microwave assisted method. It has been characterized by elemental analysis and spectroscopic (FTIR, 1H NMR and MS) studies. Crystal structure of the compound has been determined using single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Hydrogen-bonded chain is formed by C–H···O bonding enhanced by C–H···π interaction. Adjacent chains are connected through the π∙∙∙π interactions
Approximation of holomorphic mappings on strongly pseudoconvex domains
Let D be a relatively compact strongly pseudoconvex domain in a Stein
manifold, and let Y be a complex manifold. We prove that the set A(D,Y),
consisting of all continuous maps from the closure of D to Y which are
holomorphic in D, is a complex Banach manifold. When D is the unit disc in C
(or any other topologically trivial strongly pseudoconvex domain in a Stein
manifold), A(D,Y) is locally modeled on the Banach space A(D,C^n)=A(D)^n with
n=dim Y. Analogous results hold for maps which are holomorphic in D and of
class C^r up to the boundary for any positive integer r. We also establish the
Oka property for sections of continuous or smooth fiber bundles over the
closure of D which are holomorphic over D and whose fiber enjoys the Convex
approximation property. The main analytic technique used in the paper is a
method of gluing holomorphic sprays over Cartan pairs in Stein manifolds, with
control up to the boundary, which was developed in our paper "Holomorphic
curves in complex manifolds" (Duke Math. J. 139 (2007), no. 2, 203--253)
SPIRITUAL AND MORAL DEVELOPMENT STUDENTS AS A BASIS OF THEIR PROFESSIONAL AND MORAL CULTURE
This article discusses the spiritual and moral development and education of students in institutions of higher education . As one of the purposes of the content of spiritual and moral education of students of the authors consider it necessary to consider the formation of their professional and moral culture. The article suggested definition of the essence of professional moral culture specialist. The most effective form of spiritual and moral development of students, we create conditions in teachers teaching students self-organization. The problem of the wise use of the faculty of the most effective conditions for modern forms of student selfmotivation, viz. report them to the axiological aspect essence and significance of moral culture for professional activity , and for all other aspects of his life.
A Carleman type theorem for proper holomorphic embeddings
In 1927, Carleman showed that a continuous, complex-valued function on the
real line can be approximated in the Whitney topology by an entire function
restricted to the real line. In this paper, we prove a similar result for
proper holomorphic embeddings. Namely, we show that a proper \cC^r embedding
of the real line into \C^n can be approximated in the strong \cC^r topology
by a proper holomorphic embedding of \C into \C^n
The Ethical Triage and Management Guidelines of the Entrapped and Mangled Extremity in Resource Scarce Environments: A Systematic Literature Review.
ABSTRACTObjective:A systematic literature review (SLR) was performed to elucidate the current triage and treatment of an entrapped or mangled extremity in resource scarce environments (RSEs).Methods:A lead researcher followed the search strategy following inclusion and exclusion criteria. A first reviewer (FR) was randomly assigned sources. One of the 2 lead researchers was the second reviewer (SR). Each determined the level of evidence (LOE) and quality of evidence (QE) from each source. Any differing opinions between the FR and SR were discussed between them, and if differing opinions remained, then a third reviewer (the other lead researcher) discussed the article until a consensus was reached. The final opinion of each article was entered for analysis.Results:Fifty-eight (58) articles were entered into the final study. There was 1 study determined to be LOE 1, 29 LOE 2, and 28 LOE 3, with 15 determined to achieve QE 1, 37 QE 2, and 6 QE 3.Conclusion:This SLR showed that there is a lack of studies producing strong evidence to support the triage and treatment of the mangled extremity in RSE. Therefore, a Delphi process is suggested to adapt and modify current civilian and military triage and treatment guidelines to the RSE
