The study is about changes in the teacherâs career path and their effects on pedagogical success. It is well known that different types of knowledge provide the basis for pedagogical success in interpersonal relationships, complemented by the continuous, reflexive development of attitude and view. The role of trainers and mentors is the role of these components. Specific measurements in the study show the impact of pedagogical, psychological and sociological knowledge learned during training on pedagogical effectiveness for re-starting, re-entering educators. As they get back to work - unlike traditional graduates, beginners - they rearrange their existing schema sets, while being able to update their views and attitudes in a practical and short period of time
