In Indonesia before simplification of the Party System, there were so many parties (multi-party system) that there wos no party being a majority party able to form a Government without the cooperation of other parties. As a consequence, the foundation of a government (cabinet) on a cooperation/coalition of several parties, followed by the distribution of certain Ministerial seats which later were represented iin Government, so that the Department (or Ministery) in question seemed to be “owned” by the Party and the functions within the Ministery in question were occupied mostly by party members or at least by those sympathizing with the party. Menentukan Panjang Jangkauan Perangkat Jammer dengan Pendekatan Equivalent Isotropically Radiated Power (EIRP)

Pada tahun 2007 kami telah membuat peralatan jammer yang berfungsi untuk mengganggu atau melumpuhkan  komunikasi radio musuh pada peperangan elektronika.Peralatan telah berfungsi dengan baik , tetapi ada keinginan dari calon user untuk penelitian pengembangan baik dari dimensi maupun performance.Untuk itu kami melakukan penelitian mengoptimasikan daya jangkau perangkat jammerMetodologinya adalah pertama  membuat persamaan daya jangkau peralatan jammer.Kedua mengganti antena dengan antena directional dan ketiga mengubah exciter menjadi 4 band.Hasil riset diharapkan digunakan TNI (Tentara Nasional Indonesia ).Dengan pengembangan ini diharapkan daya jangkaunya meningkat atau performance  meningkat.Pada makalah ini kami membahas mengenai panjang daya jangkau peralatan jammer dengan pendekatan equivalent isotropically radiated power (EIRP).Kata kunci: kata kunci abstra

Keberatan Pidana Perihal Kepemilikan Narkotika

This research aims to provide a prescription regarding criminal objections regarding possession of narcotics. This research is normative research with a statutory approach and a case approach. Legal materials are laws, court decisions, and other official legal publications. The results of this research answer that legal advisors need efforts to build legal arguments based on 2 (two) things, namely existing facts and the application of the law. First, the existing facts attached to Rusdiadi must be tested again. Second, in the application of the law, there is a discrepancy in the application of Article 185 of the Criminal Procedure Code, the absence of Article 127 of the Narcotics Law, and a discrepancy in the application of Article 55 of the Criminal Code. Finally, reconstruction before taking legal action is very necessary for the defendant to examine the facts and the application of the law.This research aims to provide a prescription regarding criminal objections regarding possession of narcotics. Applying Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earning and Capital (Rgec) Method to Predict the Bank Health (Case Study on PT. Bank Tabungan Negara)

This study aimed to analyze the health of PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk over period of 2013 to 2017 RGEC method approach (Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earnings, Capital). This research is quantitative descriptive method. The variables in this study include Risk Profile using the ratio of Non Performing Loans (NPLs) and loan to Deposits Ratio (LDR), GCG using Composite Rating GCG, Earnings use ratios Return on Assets (ROA) and Net Interest Margin (NIM) and Last Capital uses Adequacy Capital ratio (CAR). The results showed Bank BTN predicate healthy enough where banks are still quite capable of carrying out risk-based banking management well, so they deserve to be trusted community. However, the calculation of the proportion of Loan to Deposits Ratio (LDR) is below standard bank of Indonesia with the predicate less healthy

PENGGUNAAN MEDIA FLASH CARDS UNTUK MENINGKATKAN PEMAHAMAN KONSEP PERKEMBANGAN TEKNOLOGI PRODUKSI, KOMUNIKASI, DAN TRANSPORTASI

Abstract : The purpose of this research was to improve the understanding of production, communication, and transportation technology development concept using Flash Cards media. This research was a classroom action research which carried out in three cycles. Each cycle consisted of planning, action, observation, and reflection. As the data sources were the students, teacher, and documents. The data collection technique used in this research was observation, interviews, documentation, and test. Data validation techniques used in this research were data triangulation, method triangulation, and content validity. For analyzing data, used descriptive comparative technique, by comparing the result in each cycles. Abstrak : Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman konsep perkembangan teknologi produksi, komunikasi, dan transportasi menggunakan media Flash Cards. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam tiga siklus. Tiap siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Sebagai sumber data yaitu peserta didik, guru, dan dokumen. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan tes. Teknik validasi data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan triangulasi data, triangulasi metode, dan validitas isi. PENERAPAN PENDEKATAN SAINS TEKNOLOGI MASYARAKAT UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR IPA

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to improve result of Science study by using the implementation of Science Technology Society approach. The form of the research is classroom action research consists of three cycles. Every cycle consists of four stages, they are planning, action, observation and reflection. The technique of data collection are observation, test, and documentation. The technique of data analysis is interactive. Based on the result of the research, it can be concluded that the implementation of Science Technology Society approach can improve the result Science study. Abstrak : Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar IPA melalui penerapan pendekatan sains teknologi masyarakat. Bentuk penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas sebanyak tiga siklus. Tiap siklus terdiri dari empat tahapan, yaitu: perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data digunakan teknik observasi, tes, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis interaktif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan pendekatan sains teknologi masyarakat dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar IPA. Peran Kuning Telur pada Medium Simpan Beku Semen TES-Tris Yolk Citrat terhadap Motilitas dan Vitalitas Spermatozoa Manusia Post Freezing.

The aim of this research was to examine the possibility of semen cryopreservation using TES-Tris yolk citrat (TES-TYC) medium without egg yolk. Semen fulfilling inclusion criteria with WHO criteria was divided into two groups. The semen was then mixed with TES-TYC medium and TES-TYC medium without egg yolk and cryopreserved in liquid nitrogen. After one mounth the semen was thawed and recount its sperm motility and vitality. Data obtained showed that the motility and vitality of post freezing sperm cryopreserved with TES-TYC medium was higher compared to TES-TYC medium without egg yolk. It could be concluded that the existenced of egg yolk in TES-TYC medium was kept sperm integrity during cryopreservation, hence the existenced of egg yolk as ingredient in TES-TYC medium was needed
