IMPLEMENTATION OF ELECTRE ALGORITHM IN DECISION SUPPORT SYSTEM FOR SELECTING EXEMPLARY STUDENT
One of the activities undertaken by the school to reward students for increasing motivation and enthusiasm for learning is the process of selecting exemplary students. Based on the observation of one of the junior high schools in Pekanbaru, the problem of difficulty in selecting the model students was obtained. This is because there are so many aspects and components of assessment that must be considered and taken into account by the school, both in terms of academic and non-academic students. Decision support system (SPK) plays an important role in supporting a decision, this research makes a model design in the form of a decision support system by applying the ELECTRE (Elimination Et Choix Traduisant La Relite) algorithm. The ELECTRE method is one of the Multi-Attribute Decision Making (MADM) methods that can provide decision recommendations based on the complexity of the attributes or criteria used in a decision support system. In this study, there are 8 components of the criteria used in the process of selecting exemplary students, namely the average report card, ranking, absenteeism, morals, achievements, organization, attitudes, and points of the violation. Based on the test results of the model built, it was found that the ELECTRE algorithm was able to select and rank 6 alternative model students based on assessment components and predetermined criteria. With the results of student A obtaining the highest aggregate value (2), followed by students B, C, D, E, and F with aggregate value 1 and finally student G with aggregate value 0. SISTEM PENDUKUNG KEPUTUSAN PENENTUAN JURUSAN PADA PENERIMAAN PESERTA DIDIK BARU MENGGUNAKAN TECHNIQUE FOR ORDER PREFERENCE BY SIMILIARITY TO IDEAL SOLUTION (TOPSIS) (STUDI KASUS : SMK NEGERI 1 PEKANBARU RSBI)
Penentuan jurusan pada penerimaan peserta didik baru di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan
(SMK) Negeri 1 Pekanbaru Rintisan Sekolah Berstandar Internasional (RSBI) dilakukan dengan
cara mengolah data nilai-nilai yang dimiliki calon peserta didik baru yang sesuai dengan peraturan
RSBI yang ditentukan pemerintah dan aturan penentuan jurusan mandiri dari pihak sekolah.
Masalah yang dihadapi oleh tim penyeleksi adalah banyaknya kriteria yang harus dihitung dan
tidak jelasnya pembobotan nilai sehingga penilaian menjadi tidak objektif. Kriteria yang
digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data penilaian dari peraturan RSBI seperti data nilai raport,
data nilai Ujian Akhir Sekolah (UAS), data nilai Ujian Nasional (UN) dan data nilai tes basic
kompetensi yang akan diolah menjadi data nilai akhir RSBI. Selain itu data yang digunakan seperti
data nilai ujian saringan masuk mata pelajaran Matematika, Bahasa Inggris dan Komputer, serta
kriteria pekerjaan orangtua calon peserta didik baru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode
Technique for Order Preference by Similiarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS), karena metode ini
mampu menyelesaikan masalah dengan multikriteria. Hasil dari penelitian dalam penentuan
jurusan ini menghasilkan output jurusan terbaik berdasarkan nilai tertinggi hasil proses penentuan
jurusan, sehingga metode tersebut layak digunakan dalam penentuan jurusan calon peserta didik
baru.

Rancang Bangun Server HAproxy Load Balancing Master to Master MySQL (Replication) Berbasis Cloud Computing
At present, the development of cloud computing technology is experiencing rapid development. Also in line with the increase in the need and use of cloud computing technology itself. This rapid and high increase can cause an increase in load for the existing server so that it can result in overload on the connection path traffic. To avoid and optimize management on the server, it is necessary to share network load using various solutions available in the load balancing method. One solution is to use HAProxy software. HAProxy bridges at least 2 servers to apply load balancing and use the Round Robin scheduling algorithm. In the database management of two servers, replication Master to Master can be used by using MySQL as an existing database management media. From the results of tests conducted in this study, the HAProxy server is considered capable of handling problems compared to a single server. A replication that was tested was also considered to be a solution to bridge changes in existing data on the HAProxy server
DRILL AND PRACTICE MODEL DALAM PEMBUATAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN INTERAKTIF PEMBENTUKAN OBJEK PRIMITIF SEDERHANA DUA DIMENSI
One way to improve the professionalism of teachers is to create a simple interactive learning medium that provides widespread success in a lesson and for its implementation. Computer Graphics is one of the science of the process to produce or create an image based on the description of the object and the background contained in the image using the computer, started from a two-dimensional object that later developed into a three-dimensional object. The simplest primitive object is a two-dimensional object formed from object-forming algorithms in computer graphics. The process and the length of the algorithm is often felt quite difficult for students understanding in the computer lecturing process of this graph, because it is aimed at making a computer graphics learning media with the topic of the formation of two-dimensional object using computer-based learning model drill and practice. This model is chosen because it has advantages: interactive in the presentation of the material, can provide direct feedback, data storage, patience and motivation to learn. Lectora is an e-learning based media development tool, also commonly known as software (authoring tool) software that enables the incorporation of text, image, sound and video elements into an interactive learning multimedia. Lectora software will help the making of interactive learning media in this research, so that with this media, students are expected to more quickly and easily understand the computer lectures graphs especially for material formation of two-dimensional objects.Keywords: Lectora Inspire, Computer Graphics, Learning Media, Two Dimensional Objects
Rancang Bangun e-Recruitment untuk Sekolah Kejuruan dengan Model Knowledge Centered Services (KCS)
Abstrak
Sekolah menegah kejuruan (SMK) merupakan sekolah yang menyiapkan peserta didiknya agar trampil dan siap untuk bekerja,salah satu indikator keberhasilan dari sekolah kejuruan bahwa peserta didiknya harus banyak diserap atau dipakai dalam dunia industry ataupun perusahaan, untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut sekolah kejuruan harus membangun relasi dengan dunia industry ataupun perusahaan agar memudahkan lulusan dari peserta didiknya dalam mencari pekerjaan sesuai kompetensinya.Dengan pengembangan model e-recruitment ini merupakan salah satu upaya untuk mempermudah hubungan antara sekolah,perusahaan, dan lulusan peserta didiknya, dalam mendapatkan dan menyampaikan informasi lowongan pekerjaan yang dibutuhkan.Model e-recruitment ini dikembangkan dengan pendekatan Knowledge Centered Services (KCS) yang menekankan pengetahuan sebagai asset terpenting dengan sistemdua loop kontinyu, Loop Solve dan Loop Evolve sehingga meningkatkan sistem kerja dari pelayanan e-recruitment.

Abstract
Vocational high school (SMK) is a school that prepares students to be skilled and ready to work, one indicator of the success of vocational schools is that students must be absorbed or used in the world of industry or companies, to achieve this goal vocational schools must build relationships with the world of industry or companies to make it easier for graduates of their students to find work according to their competencies. By developing this e-recruitment model, it is one effort to facilitate the relationship between schools, companies, and graduates of students, in obtaining and delivering the required job information. This e-recruitment model was developed with the Knowledge Centered Services (KCS) approach which emphasizes knowledge as the most important asset with a continuous two-loop system, Loop Solve and Loop Evolve so as to improve the work system of e-recruitment services. Metode Fuzzy Time Series Cheng dalam Memprediksi Jumlah Wisatawan di Provinsi Sumatera Barat
West Sumatra Province is one of the provinces in Indonesia that is very rich in its natural beauty, making this area one of the popular tourist destinations for local and foreign tourists. The large number of tourists who come has a very good impact on the Province of West Sumatra, especially for the economic sector. Increased regional income and growing economic activity of the community is very much influenced by the presence of these tourists. In this study, the author uses one method to make predictions or forecasting, namely the Cheng Fuzzy Time Series method. The actual data used is the number of tourists from 2015 to 2017, and the process of predicting the number of tourists will be carried out for 2019 until 2021. From the results of calculations that have been done using this method, good performance conclusions are generated, in the range of MAPE 10% - 20%, which is an error value of 14.61%. With an absolute error value of 5.26 and the value of predictive accuracy is 85.39%
JARINGAN SYARAF TIRUAN ALGORITMA BACKPROPAGATION DALAM MEMPREDIKSI KETERSEDIAAN KOMODITI PANGAN PROVINSI RIAU
Sebuah sistem untuk prediksi ketersediaan komoditi pangan dapat membantu dalam menentukan keputusan. Jaringan Syaraf Tiruan merupakan metode yang mampu melakukan proses matematis untuk prediksi kertersediaan komoditi pangan. Dengan algoritma Backpropagation, dilakukan proses pengolahan data terdahulu yang dijadikan input untuk prediksi ketersediaan komoditi pangan. Data yang diolah sebagai variabel input adalah Luas Area Panen, Tingkat Produktivitas, Jumlah Produksi dan Jumlah Kebutuhan Konsumsi. Sementara komoditi pangan yang diolah adalah jenis Padi, Jagung, Kedelai, Kacang Tanah, Kacang Hijau, Ubi Kayu dan Ubi Jalar. Data-data tersebut diambil dari tahun 2006 hingga tahun 2013. Tahun 2006 hingga 2012 dijadikan data input, sementara untuk tahun 2013 dijadikan data target. Beberapa tahapan Backpropagation yaitu dengan inisialisasi bobot, aktivasi, menghitung bobot input dan bias output dan perubahan bobot dan bias. Tahapan tersebut akan diperoleh output yang ingin dicapai dengan pendekatan error terkecil sehingga di peroleh hasil prediksi ketersediaan komoditi pangan. Proses pelatihan menggunakan alat bantu perangkat lunak Matlab 6.1. Hasilnya adalah prediksi jumlah ketersediaan komoditi pangan dengan proses pelatihan dan pengujian menghasilkan actual output sebagai target yang dicapai.A system for predicting the availability of food commodities can help in making decisions. With the Backpropagation algorithm, the previous data processing is used as input to predict the availability of food commodities. While the processed food commodities are types of Rice, Corn, Soybeans, Peanuts, Green Beans, Cassava and Sweet Potatoes. The data was taken from 2006 to 2013. The years 2006 to 2012 were used as input data, while for 2013 they were targeted data. Some stages of Backpropagation are initializing weights, activating, calculating input weights and output biases and changing weights and biases. This stage will obtain the output to be achieved with the smallest error approach so that the predicted results of the availability of food commodities are obtained. SISTEM PENDUKUNG KEPUTUSAN PENILAIAN KINERJA GURU MENGGUNAKAN METODE MULTI ATTRBUTE UTILITY THEORY (MAUT)
Guru adalah tenaga pendidik profesional yang bertugas dan berperan penting dalam pendidikan. Penilaian Kinerja Guru (PKG) merupakan penilaian terhadap setiap kegiatan dan tugas seorang guru pada saat pembinaan karir, kepangkatan, dan jabatannya. Penilaian kinerja guru bertujuan untuk melihat kualitas dan kemampuan guru dalam mengajar. Penilaian kinerja guru pada Pondok Pesantren Mu’allimin Muhammadiyah Bangkinang Kota masih menggunakan Microsoft Excel yang hanya bisa menilai satu orang guru dan jika ingin melakukan penilaian kinerja guru yang lain maka harus membuka halaman yang baru. Tidak ada penentuan nilai peringkat untuk tiap guru, dengan permasalahan tersebut maka diperlukan pengelolaan dengan sebuah sistem yang terkomputerisasi. Sehingga dikembangkanlah suatu sistem pendukung keputusan dengan menggunakan metode MAUT (Multi Attribute Utility Theory). Sistem ini mempunyai kriteria penilaian yaitu pedagogik, kepribadian, sosial, dan profesionalitas. Hasil penelitian dengan metode MAUT diperoleh nilai preferensi tertinggi hingga ke terendah yaitu pada guru dengan kode alternatif ke-6 (G6) mendapat nilai tertinggi dengan nilai 0,775 dan guru dengan kode alternatif ke-4 (G4) mendapat nilai terendah dengan nilai 0,1
PREDIKSI DATA INDEKS HARGA KONSUMEN PROVINSI RIAU BERBASIS TIME SERIES DENGAN METODE DOUBLE EXPONENTIAL SMOOTHING
Indeks Harga Konsumen merupakan indeks yang menghitung rata-rata perubahan harga barang dan jasa. Penelitian ini menggunakan data Indeks Harga Konsumen Provinsi Riau bulan Januari tahun 1999 sampai dengan bulan Desember tahun 2021 yang bersumber dari website resmi Badan Pusat Statistik Provinsi Riau. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran tentang perkembangan indeks harga konsumen apakah mengalami kenaikan atau penurunan sehingga dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan evaluasi kebijakan yang akan diambil oleh pihak pemerintah, swasta, maupun pemegang otoritas moneter. Tahapan untuk prediksi dengan menggunakan metode double exponential smoothing yaitu menghitung nilai pemulusan tunggal (single smoothing), menghitung pemulusan ganda (double smoothing), menghitung nilai konstanta pemulusan, menghitung nilai kofisien trend, dan melalukan prediksi. Untuk melakukan pengujian prediksi maka dilakukan dengan cara perhitungan mean absolute percentage error. Berdasarkan perhitungan yang telah dilakukan, diperoleh hasil prediksi nilai indeks harga konsumen sebesar 105,17 dengan alpha 0,6 bernilai 3,132646%. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode double exponential smoothing mempunyai kemampuan yang baik dalam prediksi nilai indeks harga konsumen
Penerapan Fuzzy Inference System Mamdani Untuk Menentukan Jumlah Pembelian Obat (Studi Kasus: Garuda Sentra Medika)
The availability of the right raw materials is closely related to the number of products to be produced. Therefore the prediction of production must be adjusted so that the stock order of raw materials can be calculated correctly. Inventory problems are problems that are always faced by decision makers in the field of inventory. Supplies are needed because basically the demand pattern is irregular. Inventories are carried out to ensure that there is certainty that when needed these products are available. The problem in inventory is the difficulty in determining the amount of inventory that must be provided in meeting the number of requests to consumers. The purpose of this study was to determine the amount of drug purchases at Garuda Sentra Medika with the Mamdani method fuzzy inference system based on inventory data and sales data. This study uses three variables, namely inventory, sales and purchases by having two inputs, namely inventory and sales and one output, namely purchase. The results of the application of the fuzzy inference system Mamdani method can help the company to determine the amount of drug purchases with a success rate of 99.35869%.Keywords: Drug Sales, Fuzzy Inference System, Inventory, Purchasing
