Job satisfaction and commitment in the entrepreneurial SME
In the current global corporate climate that surrounds us, firms would do well to encourage the talent and creativity of their employees to achieve success. This is achieved, not by giving priority to individual talent, but by optimizing the collective as a whole and with the firm¿s activities based on teamwork and joint effort. Heads of organizations might benefit from creating a favorable context for the birth and growth of collective internal cooperation, which is understood to be the collective ability to create and innovate on the part of the team, the firm or the organization. Having contrasted our hypotheses through research on Spanish firms, we have concluded that job satisfaction and ommitment to the team are factors that have a direct and positive effect on Internal Entrepreneurship

Transmitting the Entrepreneurial Spirit to the work team in SMEs : the importance of leadership
Purpose ¿ To establish the extent of the influence of variables which, under a particular style of leadership, form the necessary basis for encouraging and developing group, entrepreneurial activities carried out within the context of small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) thus explaining the transmission of the entrepreneurial spirit to the work team and, consequently, the existence of collective entrepreneurship in the firm. Design/methodology/approach ¿ From the results of a questionnaire carried out via personal interviews with over 100 firms, a confirmatory factorial analysis was carried out that provided us with the variables to be studied. The cause/effect relationships and their implications were obtained from applying a LISREL8 analysis. Findings ¿ A leadership based on relationships shows a positive impact, with an intensity of more than double that of participative leadership. A task-oriented leadership style reduces the chances of transmitting the entrepreneurial spirit to the work team by having a negative influence on the generation of collective entrepreneurship in the firm. Research limitations/implications ¿ The models contain the relations of ¿causality¿ between these latent variables, assuming that the variables observed therein are indicators or symptoms of those other variables. This could be considered as a limitation to our analysis as the study of covariance. Practical implications ¿ The model has important applications for the process of incorporating new CEOs into the organization. Originality/value ¿ This paper presents confirmation of the need for aspects traditionally associated with the figure of the entrepreneur to be transmitted to the organization¿s collective as a whole and for the existence of collective entrepreneurship: an area of management that has thus far received relatively little attention and which could have important practical implications. Las spin-off: tipos y supervivencia: The spin-off: types and survival

Information interoperability evaluation model for public web sites
The research project is based on the recently adopted European Interoperability Framework and its Spanish equivalent in order to design an evaluation model to identify key aspects related to information and knowledge interoperability in public organizations. The main objective of the project is oriented to diffuse the information interoperability standards in public organizations and to foster the usage of new techniques and procedures for information integration and management. The method used to carry out the research consists of three main phases: the analysis of information interoperability related technologies, the design of a model to evaluate information interoperability in public web sites, and the empirical analysis of key factors affecting information interoperability. The project main result is an electronic tutorial to facilitate the information and knowledge evaluation process in public organizations and to plan the conversion from non-interoperable technologies and formats to interoperable ones
Ecosistema emprendedor de la Universidad de València
This article is part of the process of describing, analyzing, and exploring the Incubation and Technology Transfer Model of the University of València towards the Valencian society, in order to find anchoring points for initiatives, including improvement of services and procedures defined and proposed by the University itself. The University of València, in its 2016-2019 strategic plan, is defined as "a university that promotes basic and applied research, and scientific and technological development", whose aim is "to value the results of the investigation". To this end, it has developed an ecosystem of services and resources that strive to capture, generate and manage talent and the academic knowledge available, to see who the doers are and how they do it, as well if they are able to transfer the research results into products, services, processes, technological innovations, etc., in the different areas of sectoral application. Our work concludes with a constructive comment that emphasizes the need to balance the generated ecosystem leading it to the establishment of the financial factor, and points to the need of finding "new" ways to implement the transfer process, with the purpose of generating an effective flow towards business.
