The aim: To study the effect of arterial hypertension on the course of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in patients with comorbid pathology. Materials and methods: The prospective study included 61 patients with COPD: 32 stable male patients with COPD with comorbid arterial hypertension of stage II 1-3 degrees and 29 stable outpatients of men with COPD of clinical groups A-D with impaired respiratory function II-IV according to GOLD. All patients, in accordance with the goals and objectives of the study, were divided into 2 groups: group I consisted of men with isolated COPD, middle age – 56.0 (8.5) years, average duration of the disease – 16.2 (1.3) years, Group II consisted of male patients with COPD and arterial hypertension (AH), middle age – 59.5 (7.5). The patients underwent a general clinical examination, which included an assessment of complaints, anamnestic data, and a physical examination. The severity of COPD was determined on the basis of the frequency of exacerbations during the year, assessment of dyspnea using the mMRS scale, spirographic data. Statistical materials were processed using the STATISTICA 10.0 program. Results: In group I, 20 patients (69%) complained of dyspnea during exercise, in group II – 25 patients (78%) (p = 0.4), 28 patients (96.5%) complained of cough with vague sputum. group and 30 patients in group II (93.8%) (p = 0.09). When assessing the number of exacerbations over the past year, it was determined that patients with isolated COPD had an average of 1.0 (1.0; 2.0) exacerbations, and patients with COPD and AH – 2.0 (1.0; 3.0 ) (p = 0.06). According to the CAT questionnaire, the following data were obtained: in group I – 9.0 (8.0; 11.0) points, and in group II – 17.5 (10.0; 20.0) points (p = 0.02). When conducting spirographic studies, a statistically significant more expressive bronchial obstruction was found in patients with COPD and comorbid hypertension. Conclusions: The presence of comorbid arterial hypertension leads to the intermittent effect of diseases: according to the results of mMRC and SAT test, ailments for COPD were examined, they have a more severe course of underlying seizure in the presence of concomitant arterial hypertension. Clinical manifestations in patients with COPD and H are more severe compared to clinical manifestations in patients without aggravated diseases of the cardiovascular system. Concomitant arterial hypertension enhances the manifestations of bronchial obstruction, in the same way as with patients with isolated COPD

The aim: To determine the effect of smoking on indicators of nutritional status in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Materials and methods: A study included 91 patients with COPD. Patients were divided into two groups depending on the status of smoking: smokers and non-smokers. Everyone underwent an assessment of the severity of COPD, a study of nutritional status, a laboratory study of kidney function and blood lipid profile. Results: It was found that in smokers with COPD, the disease proceeds with more pronounced shortness of breath. There is also a development of sarcopenic obesity in those patients who smoke. In turn, it was found that bronchial obstruction increases with a decrease in muscle tissue content. Renal filtration function is reduced in smokers and non-smokers. Conclusions: 1. Patients suffering from COPD have a violation of nutritional status. Smoking patients develop sarcopenic obesity, which progresses with an increase in the degree of nicotine addiction, correlates with the “pack / year” index and is a predictor of increased mortality in this category of patients. 2. Increased bronchial obstruction in smokers with COPD is observed with an increase in smoking history, the number of cigarettes smoked and with a decrease in body weight. 3. Reducing the pool of muscle tissue can be considered as an early predictor of more frequent exacerbations in smoking patients with COPD. 4. The systemic effects of COPD include impaired renal function, more pronounced in smokers with COPD

The object of the study is compositions of common alkali activated concretes using red mud as an active aggregate. The main problem when working with red mud is its chemical composition and high specific surface area, which quite negatively affect the properties of building materials. The study used modern methods of physico-chemical analysis to obtain results. Determination of physical-mechanical and special (strength, frost, carbonation, corrosion resistance, radiation resistance, durability, own shrinkage deformation) properties of the tested concrete mixtures and alkaline concretes with high red mud content were carried out according to standard methods. The world's experience in dealing with red mud is also taken into account.Optimal indices of the functional properties of concrete with the use of red mud have been obtained, which makes it possible to confirm the durability and environmental friendliness of such material. This is due to the fact that the reliability of the immobilization of alkaline concretes meets the requirements of the standard, which indicates that the concretes developed are environmentally friendly.Radiation resistance of alkaline concretes based on red mud is conducted and it is determined that this concrete with a mud content of up to 40 % (by weight of concrete) belongs to Class I according to the classification of building materials and can be used for all types of construction without restrictions. This provides an opportunity to expand the nomenclature of building materials and obtain a completely new product made on the basis of man-made raw materials, which significantly reduces the price and increases the demand for products. Especially in comparison with other similar products made on natural raw materials

The study pioneers the naturalistic search of Bashkirtseva as an artist, which was expressed in her involvement in the creation of a new movement in art, including painting, defined as naturalism. Several aesthetically significant and self-sufficient stages of its development in the creative activity of Maria Bashkirtseva are presented. It is noted that in this process the noblewoman's high education at home with her interest in the interaction of literature and painting, which in due course was understood as aesthetically valuable for painting and the artist, was initially obtained. The importance of the next naturalistic stage of Bashkirtseva is underlined, which is conditioned by her rapid acquisition of the European urban culture, one of the specific features of naturalism, first of all, the French one with the priority of Parisian peculiarities. In this way, it is emphasized that Bashkirtseva was not only focused on the development of critical and pictorial-literary trends in naturalism but also involved in their creation, developing the synthesis of literature and painting. It is emphasized that Bashkirtseva in the mastery of Dostoevsky largely anticipated the concept of Bakhtin, “following” the images of the Russian classic, giving them their naturalistic meaning.&nbsp

The object of research is the process of expert evaluation in planning the energy supply of buildings using renewable energy sources. The conducted research is based on the application of system analysis methods to formalize the process of expert evaluation in the planning of an energy system with renewable energy sources. Here were used methods of expert evaluation of characteristics of qualitative criteria, methods of the theory of fuzzy sets and fuzzy logic for the formation of the value of criteria, and methods of estimating the reliability of the expert evaluation. Methods of structural analysis and functional modelling of information systems are used to build structural and functional models of the expert evaluation process. The issue of creating an appropriate information system for planning a power system with renewable energy sources is considered. One of the components of the information system is the unit for evaluating candidate experts. A six-level algorithm of the hierarchical structure of expert selection is proposed. As a result of the algorithm, an expert group is formed. This paper shows the process of narrowing the circle of experts from twenty to three candidates. The list of criteria influencing the choice of experts is formed: length of service, availability of the certificate, the efficiency of decision-making, education. The process of assessing the stability of experts' opinions is shown. It is proposed to use the method of processing the opinions of experts to find the value of the membership functions of qualitative criteria. As a result of the study, a group of three experts was formed, whose opinions are taken into account when choosing alternatives to the energy system. In accordance with the proposed information technology of energy supply planning of buildings using renewable energy sources, an information system in the form of a web-oriented application is proposed. A separate part of the information system is a subsystem for working with experts. The diagram of sequence of actions of the expert and the interface of work with system is developed. The use of the information system allowed to increase the efficiency of questionnaires of experts and decision-making on the choice of the optimal structure of the power system as a whole

Aggregation of Multidimensional Data for the Decision Support Process for the Management of Microgrids with Renewable Energy Sources

The object of research is the process of processing and storing data when making decisions on managing the life cycle of electricity generation and consumption in microgrids with renewable energy sources. The prospects of the study are due to the fact that in order to provide a full-fledged decision support process in the management of microgrids with renewable energy sources, it is necessary to consolidate and manipulate multidimensional data in multithreading and online information processing. To solve the problem, the theoretical methods of analysis, abstraction, induction and deduction were used. To ensure multidimensionality and multithreading of data processing, it is proposed to develop a data warehouse based on the snowflake data model. Efficiency of information processing in real time is provided by an operational database built on the principle of OLTP. The organization of the joint work of the data warehouse with the operational database, the consolidation and manipulation of data is provided by triggers. The result of the work is a data warehouse that will be used in the decision support system for managing energy microgrids, which will improve the efficiency of data processing and storage. This is achieved by combining the work of a centralized data warehouse with an operational database, as well as the use of a separate data mart for each user of the system. The practical significance of the work lies in the fact that the data warehouse will become part of the decision support system for processing information about the life cycle of energy in the management of energy infrastructure. Compared to using a single database for a decision support system, this approach ensures the speed of working with data and allows differentiating between the use of a data warehouse for analytics and data manipulation operations. The data warehouse was deployed in a cloud environment on the Amazon Web Services (AWS) platform and the Amazon Relational Database Service (Amazon RDS) web service. Secure access to client data is implemented using data marts
