Implementasi Pembelajaran Inovatif Berbasis Deep Dialogue untuk Meningkatkan Aktivitas Siswa dalam Belajar Matematika (PTK Pembelajaran Matematika Siswa Kelas VII Semester Gasal di SMP Negeri 2 Kartasura Tahun Ajaran 2011/2012)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas siswa dalam belajar matematika setelah dilakukan pembelajaran berbasis deep dialogue (dialogmendalam /DD). Jenis penelitian pada penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitati fberdesain Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang bersifat kolaboratif antara peneliti dan guru matematika. Subyek penerima tindaka nadalah siswa kelas VII B SMP Negeri2 Kartasura yang berjumlah 40 siswa dan subjek pelaksana tindakan adalah guru matematika kelas VIIB sedangkan peneliti sebagai observer. Obyek penelitian adalah aktivitas siswa dalam belajar matematika dengan menggunakan pendekatan deep dialogue. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan melalui metode observasi, tes, catatan lapangan dan dokumentasi.Teknikanalisis data yang digunakan adalah dengan metode alur yang terjadi dari reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkana danya peningkatan aktivitas siswa dalam belajar matematika dengan pendekatandeep dialogue.Hal inidapatdilihatdari indikator: 1) kemampuan siswa dalam mengajukan pertanyaan sebelum tindakan12, 5% dan diakhir tindakan 27,5%, 2) kemampuan siswa dalam mengemukakan pendapat sebelum tindakan 7,5% dan diakhir tindakan 30%, 3) kemampuan siswa mengerjakan soal di depan kelas sebelum tindakan 20% dan diakhir tindakan 45%, serta 4) kemampuan siswa dalam menanggapi dan menjawab pertanyaan sebelum tindakan12,5% dan diakhir tindakan 42,5%. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa implementasi pembelajaran inovatif berbasis deep dialogue dalam pembelajaran matematika dapat meningkatkan aktivitas siswa dalam belajar matematika

It is known that the implementation of education management at SDN Sendangmulyo 02 Semarang is guided and refers to the national standards of education. The implementation of management includes student management, curriculum management, human resource management, facilities and infrastructure management, budget management, information system management, and management of management runs smoothly and orderly. A Prophecy Reveals An Identity Of Eternity AS Reflected By Gwendolyn Shepherd In Kerstin Giers` Emerald Green

Emerald Green is the last book of trilogy which tells about Gwendolyn Shepherd or Gwen as the last member of time traveler. Her elapsion to past time gives her some secrets hidden from her through a prophecy. Symbols in verses of prophecy, the time traveler’s tool to elapse which contains icons, and the sequences of cause and effect events bring her to reveal the secret which explain in the prophecy. Based on those, the researcher is interested to analyze the prophecy appeared in Emerald Green. Moreover, in this third book, Gwendolyn finally can reveal the secret in the prophecy. The objectives of this thesis that the researcher wants to deliver are to describe the general description of Gwendolyn as the main character, to describe the conflict and setting experienced by Gwendolyn, and to explain the symbols, icons, and indeces which relate to the conflict, setting, and Gwendolyn’s characters. The decriptive qualitative method and library reseach have been chosen to analyze this research for gaining some information, both main source and supported sources. The researcher analyze the general description, conflict, and setting using structural approach. Meanwhile, for analyzing the symbols, icons, and indeces, the researcher using semiotic approach. The result of the study shows that Gwendolyn or Gwen is described as a time traveler, brave girl, the twelfth, ruby, curious girl, high spirit person, and an immortal. She experiences internal conflict againts herself and external conflict againts Charlotte, the guardian, Conte Madrone’s ghost, Lord Alaistair, and Count Saint Germain. There are some symbols, icons, and indeces found in the analysis that lead her to reveal the secret of the prophecy

The change of the Annual Public Health Center into a BLUD aims to improve its services to the community as a form of implementing the Jepara Regency Government in the health sector, promoting general welfare and preserving the life of the nation. With the change to BLUD, the Annual Health Center is given flexibility in financial management by applying the implementation of the accrual-based accounting method. This type of research is qualitative with a descriptive approach to describe the actual information from the informants. While the types of data used in this study are primary and secondary data. This study aims to determine the implementation of accrual-based accounting methods, obstacles, and factors at the Annual Health Center after becoming a Regional Public Service Agency. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, it shows that the implementation of the accrual-based accounting method at the Annual Health Center has not been implemented in accordance with Jepara Regent Regulation Number 9 of 2017. interference with the application. There is no doubt about the advantage of television among the others media. Television stations compete to give the best for their audiance. That's also influented by many of audiance's need. The crime news program being one of media response to fill their audiences needs. Sergap in RCTI and Buser in SCTV are two crime news program that audience loved. This research use ”Uses and Gratifications” theory and intend to discover the Discrepancy between Gratification Sought (GS) and Gratification Obtained (GO) of audiences experience after using the media Sergap (RCTI) and Buser (SCTV). This research is a descriptive kuantitative research that is using survey methode which the primary data obtained by distribute questioners to the respondents. The population in this research is students of Fakultas Hukum Universitas Sebelas Maret year 2005 until 2007. Based on the data, from six need in GS and GO, proved that there is gratification Discrepancy towards Sergap (RCTI) and Buser (SCTV). From the calculation of hole discrepancy, Sergap (RCTI) has discrepancy as much as 57.96% and ability to give satisfaction as much as 42.04%. Whereas Buser (SCTV) has discrepancy as much as 56.82% and ability to give satisfaction as much as 43.18. The number of ability in giving satisfaction from both media shows that ther is no differences in ability in giving satisfaction between them
