    Abstract A strong organization ‘s culture will give the stability to organization itself and can increase the working performance of the staff nurse. The purpose of this research was to identify , and to describe the correlation beetween organization’s culture and individual characteristic with staff nurse’s working performance in hospital ward, at Dr. Achmad Mochtar hospital, Bukittinggi. The method of this research was descriptive correlation, by using Cross Sectional design. Sample side was involved 127 nurses, from different wards, educational background, age, gender, and length of service. The instruments were used in this research included : questionnaire and check list tables. From Validity and reliability test result were acquired that : All statements in questionnaire were valid ( 0,379 – 0,774 ) and reliable ( 0,976 ). Data analysis in this research used single variety (univariat ), dual variety ( bivariat ), and multi variety. The result in this research was obtained : the staff nurse perception about Organization’s culture was good with percentage ( 40,2 % ). The working performance of staff nurse was good with percentage ( 42,5 % ). From the result can be concluded that There were correlation between organization’s culture, and individual characteristic with staff nurse’s working performance with ( p value < 0,05 ) included : age, education, length of service with ( p value : < 0,05 ). In contrary there was no correlation between sex staff nurse’s working performance. The most correlated variable with staff nurse’s working performance was organization’s culture after controling education level. Based on the result has obtained, there are few suggestions for hospital management : The hospital management should better to strengthen the available of organization’s culture by making the suitable policy for socialization of organization’s culture continually.     The Character Education Based on Local Wisdom with Flipbook Assisted Digital Literacy Media in Online Learning

    Attitudes and behaviors that are in accordance with the noble values of Pancasila are preserved by character education based on local wisdom. The character education program begins with providing knowledge of local wisdom values, exemplary, providing motivation, habituation and enforcement of rules. The aims of this study are to design, create and implement local wisdom-based character education by using flipbook-assisted digital literacy as learning media in online learning. The research method was carried out in three steps: initial, core and final stages. The study was conducted at SMPN 1 Arjasari class VII-D consisting of 30 students. The results show that the students have a high interest and curiosity towards the material presented in the learning activities. Furthermore, the students’ responses regarding the use of digital literacy media are 98% of them enjoy learning with the use of flipbook-assisted digital literacy media and 3% do not. In terms of the content in the material presented in the flipbook, 90% of them were very satisfied, 5% said they were satisfied and 5% were not satisfied. To conclude, the character education based on local wisdom with digital literacy media assisted by flipbooks is appropriate to be used during online learning, the characters that emerge from the learning process are curiosity, high motivation, obedient, discipline and care of the local culture

    Pelayanan kesehatan menjadi faktor utama yang berpengaruh terhadap tingkat kesehatan masyarakat. Perawat sebagai tenaga kesehatan terbanyak di rumah sakit, memiliki fungsi dan peran pelaksanaan tugas keperawatan yang harus dalam kualitas kehidupan kerja yang baik. Kualitas kehidupan kerja perawat merupakan cara efektif untuk meningkatkan kinerja perawat di rumah sakit. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan kualitas kehidupan kerja perawat dengan kinerja perawat di RSI Ibnu Sina Padang Panjang Tahun 2022. Desain penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif korelasi dengan pendekatan crossectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu perawat di RSI Ibnu Sina Padang Panjang. Sampel yang digunakan sebesar 44 responden berdasarkan total sampling. Variabel independen penelitian ini adalah kualitas kehidupan kerja perawat, variabel dependen yaitu kinerja perawat. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji spearman rank dengan derajat kemaknaan p &lt; 0,05. Hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai p value 0,000 (p &lt; 0,05) yang berarti adanya hubungan antara kualitas kehidupan kerja perawat dengan kinerja perawat dan nilai korelasi 0,636 yang berarti korelasi kuat. Kualitas kehidupan kerja perawat memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan kinerja perawat di RSI Ibnu Sina Padang Panjang. Penelitian selanjutnya dapat menganalisis lebih dalam dari empat dimensi kualitas kehidupan kerja yang lebih erat kaitannya dengan kinerja perawat

    Penggunaan Media Literasi Digital Berbantuan Flipbook dalam Pembelajaran Daring

    Online learning is the choice of educational services during the pandemic. The purpose of this community service is to design, create and implement learning media using digital literacy media assisted by flipbooks in online learning. The implementation method is carried out in three stages: initial, core, and final. The results show that children have a high interest in learning activities and have a curious attitude towards the material presented. Student responses about the use of digital literacy media are that 95% enjoy learning by using flipbook-assisted digital literacy media and 5% do not enjoy it. Students' responses to the content in the material presented in the flipbook were 80% very satisfied, 15% satisfied, and 5% dissatisfied. The conclusion states that online learning with digital literacy media assisted by flipbooks can be used as an alternative to online learning.

    Based on observations of online learning at one of the universities in Sungai Full City, the online learning process is very different from the offline or face-to-face learning process, such as the way of delivering material and how to assess it. It is also of course that there are many obstacles experienced by educators and students during the online learning process. This study aims to see whether online learning using the Google Classroom application on learning outcomes is effective or not. Based on the results of research and hypothesis testing that has been discussed, it can be concluded that the data analysis used is a hypothesis test, where the hypothesis test is used to see the effectiveness of online learning using the Google Classroom application on learning outcomes. In this study hypothesis testing used a one-sample t-test. Based on the results of the study, the table t value &lt; 0.05 = 0.000 &lt; 0.05 so that it can be said H_1 accepted, it can be concluded that online learning using the Google Classroom application on learning outcomes is classified as effective

    The focus of this research is the management of extracurricular activities in improving the character of students' responsibilities at SMP Negeri 7 Kerinci. The research questions are (1) how is the management of extracurricular activities in improving the character of the students' responsibilities at SMP Negeri 7 Kerinci?; (2) what are the supporting and inhibiting factors for extracurricular activities in improving the responsible character of students at SMP Negeri 7 Kerinci?; (3) what are the results of improving the character of student responsibilities at SMP Negeri 7 Kerinci through extracurricular management? The method in this thesis is qualitative with the type of field survey located at SMP Negeri 7 Kerinci. Collecting data using interviews, observation, and documentation. While the data analysis method uses three steps, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research results show: (1) the management of extracurricular activities at SMP Negeri 7 Kerinci includes: first, extracurricular activity planning is carried out at the beginning of each new school year. What is planned is teachers, students, facilities and schedule of activities; second, the implementation of extracurricular activities is grouped into two, namely, compulsory extracurricular and elective extracurricular. Extracurricular activities run every day according to the schedule that has been prepared; third, Evaluation of extracurricular activities is carried out every three months. Things that are evaluated include the targets that have been set, such as the champion target the school wants to achieve; (2) Supporting factors in the implementation of extracurricular activities, namely facilities and infrastructure, funds, students, and mentor teachers who are competent in their fields. Factors hindering it are student attendance, lack of funds, and there is also the weather factor; (3) The results of the quality of the character of responsibility after the management of extracurricular activities are good and increasing. Judging from the educational process that runs smoothly, and thanks to the good management of extracurricular activities, carrying out tasks on time, disciplined and serious SMP Negeri 7 Kerinci can achieve non-academic achievements
