    MANAJEMEN PEMASARAN JASA PENDIDIKAN BERBASIS BUDAYA RELIGIUS

    In general, this study aims to determine the marketing management of religious culture-based education services at SDIT Luqman Al-Hakim International Yogyakarta. In addition, this study intends to determine the importance of marketing management of religious culture-based education services at SDIT Luqman Al-Hakim International Yogyakarta. This research applied a qualitative field method. The samples were determined using purposive sampling and snowball techniques. The data were collected using interview, observation, and documentation techniques. In this study, the researcher used a descriptive-qualitative data analysis technique with an inductive approach to analyze the data. The results of this study indicated that: (1) SDIT LHI conducts marketing management based on religious culture to fulfill the needs of education customers who will build a generation of Muslims that has strong and noble characters, masters the principles, has scientific basis, contributes to the good of the world, and is devoted to Allah SWT. There are 7 elements used in marketing management, namely: 1) Product, 2) Price; 3) place; 4) Promotion; 5) Human Resource; 6) Physical Evidence; 7) Process. (2) The implementation of religious culture is carried out by school through the dimensions of monotheism, the Shari'ah, and morality contained in the curriculum, vision, mission, school purpose, school programs, and the learning process. (3) Factors that support the marketing of education services at SDIT LHI, which are a. Application of PHI curriculum; b. Competent human resources; c. Complete educational facilities; d. Promotional activities that use many strategies; e. Easily accessible school locations; and f. A lot of achievements in the public and religious fields. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors are a. The lack of student input due to fairly expensive tuition fees; b. Temporary teaching staff; c. Competition with other educational institutions; d. Marketing management lacks employees; e. Different interpretations of school purposes by school administrators and parents

    Said Nursi's first effort was to make people aware of the importance of education, where Islam is "education for the people." An awareness of the unity and cohesiveness of modern religion and science accompanies this effort. This is where Said Nursi's position emerges as a reformer who wants to make improvements to "save faith and Islam." Said Nursi, in the practice of Islamic Education has the character of religious humanism thinking, which is a spiritual concept that places man by the purpose of his creation by the Creator, as well as efforts to teach sciences while still being based on faith, understanding of the Qur'an, the last day and scientific synergy. This concept is an attempt to unite religious values with humanity. Religion is not only a belief system but also a humanitarian-oriented deal. Thus, Islamic education based on religious humanists in the perspective of Bediuzzaman Said Nursi is a concept that can develop human potential, both worldly and ukhrowi aspects, to create a balanced person about fellow beings (hablun minannas) and with the Creator (hablun minallah)

    Abstract: Implementation of Management Information System (SIM) In Supporting Student Administration Service (Descriptive Study at Islamic High School Az Zahrah Palembang)This research discusses about the implementation of management information systems in supporting the administrative services of students at SMA Islam Az Zahrah Palembang. This study aims to determine how the application of management information systems in supporting the administrative service activities of students at SMA Islam Az-Zahrah. This research uses field research methodology (field research) with data collection techniques in the form of data triangulation by collecting data in the form of observations, interviews, and documentation to obtain the validity of the data obtained with a qualitative descriptive approach. The results of this study indicate that (1) information systems management can help the process of administering students in Az Zahrah Islamic High School which is supported by adequate facilities and infrastructure as well as qualified human resources (2) the supporting factors for the management information system in supporting student administrative services are very adequate school facilities, while the inhibiting factor is the down cycle and Database Maintenance (system update) during the data collection process.  The implication of this research is that education personnel are expected to always update the latest information on the school's official Wabside. Because after being reviewed, so far there are still many students who do not know about the existence of an official school wabside and schools should provide a special room for school administrative management, in order to improve the performance of school operators. Abstrak: Penerapan Sistem Informasi Manajemen (SIM) dalam Mendukung Pelayanan Administrasi Peserta Didik (Studi Deskriptif di SMA Islam Az Zahra Palembang)membahas pentang penerapan sistem informasi manajemen dalam mendukung pelayanan administrasi peserta didik di SMA Islam Az Zahrah palembang.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan sistem informasi manajemen dalam mendukung aktivitas pelayanan administrasi peserta didik yang ada di SMA Islam Az-Zahrah.  Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian field reseacrh (penelitian lapangan) dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa trianggulasi data dengan cara pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi untuk mendapatkan keabsahan data yang diperoleh dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif.  Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) sistem informasi manajemen dapat membantu jalannya proses pengadministrasian peserta didik yang ada di SMA Islam Az Zahrah yang didukung dengan sarana dan prasarana yang memadai serta tenaga SDM yang berkualitas (2) faktor pendukung sistem informasi manajemen dalam mendukung pelayanan administrasi peserta didik adalah fasilitas sekolah yang sangat memadai, sedangkan faktor penghambaynya adalah siklus down dan maintenance database (pembaharuan sistem) saat proses pendataan.  Implikasi pada penelitian kali ini adalah tenaga kependidikan diharapkan untuk selalu mengunggah informasi terbaru di Wabside resmi sekolah.  Karena setelah ditinjau, sejauh ini masih banyak peserta didik yang belum mengetahui adanya wabside resmi sekolah dan hendaknya sekolah menyediakan ruangan khusus untuk pengelolaan tata usaha sekolah, agar dapat meningkatkan kinerja operator sekolah

    PAI Learning Model Based on NeNeMo Principles, Simple, Equal, and Sustainable in the Implementation of Islamic Character Education in Tulang Bawang Barat District Elementary Schools

    This study aimed to determine the PAI learning model based on NeNeMo, Simple, Equal, and Sustainable principles in implementing Islamic character education in Tulang Bawang Barat District Elementary School. The research method uses the literature review method.     This research is entitled “Implementation of counseling guidance in shaping student’s spiritual intelligence at MAN 3 Palembang”. The purpose of this research is to analyze the implementation of counseling guidance in shaping students’ spiritual intelligence at MAN 3 Palembang and to analyze the factors supporting and inhibiting. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The main informant in this research is the coordinator of counseling guidance. While the supporting informants are school principals and BK teachers. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The data obtained were then analyzed descriptively using data analysis techniques, data presentation, conclusion drawing, and data validity. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of counseling guidance in shaping students’ spiritual intelligence at MAN 3 Palembang has been carried out well. The implementation of counseling guidance in shaping students’ spiritual intelligence is carried out by approaching students and carried out by carrying out motivation, coordination, and direction. At this implementation stage, it goes well by the goals and objectives so that it can form spiritual intelligence in students. As for the supporting factors, there is the cohesiveness of the counseling guidance team, facilities, and infrastructure to support counseling guidance in forming students’ spiritual intelligence and cooperative students. While the findings of the inhibiting factors in this study, namely, coming from the students themselves can be described, namely, themselves (individuals), family, association, and environment, as well as time limitations in implementing counseling guidance in shaping students’ spiritual intelligence. The implementation of counseling guidance in shaping students’ spiritual intelligence at MAN 3 Palembang has gone quite well but must still be considered and improved again to form students' spiritual intelligence properly

    Perceptions of Students Using E-Learning Application in Learning Science

    the purpose of this research is to know the implementation of learning using e-learning. This study uses descriptive qualitative research with a phenomenological approach and literature review as reference material. Data collection tools used in this research are observation, interviews, and documentation. This research study focuses on class 2019 students who carry out learning using e-learning applications. Data collected from students were then analyzed using reduction data, presentation data, and verification data. The results of this study are then poured into writing after checking the validity of the data so that the data can be trusted. Triangulation is one of the data validity techniques used in this study. So that the results obtained are that students' perceptions of learning using e-learning are different, namely: students and lecturers do not fully understand the implementation of e-learning; facilities provided by campuses do not support e-learning based learning, such as WiFi and internet quota subsidies; lack of interaction between lecturers and students, and some lecturers have not fully implemented e-learning

    Community service activities are community service activities in certain areas as an implementation of higher education. Service activities aim to provide field experience to researchers about community conditions and form an independent attitude and responsibility in carrying out service activities. The service implementation during the Covid-19 Pandemic starts from June 15 to July 24, 2020, in Eight Ulu Village, Jakabaring District, Palembang. Service activities are empowering and processing plastic waste for hydroponic manufacturing, beautifying the home page and improving the surrounding community's economy by selling the results of growing vegetables on Hydroponics. Community service activities in Kelurahan Delapan Ulu, Jakabaring District, Palembang, went well because the community response was also good. The implementation of this service is expected to benefit the community, especially in Kelurahan Delapan Ulu Palembang

Pokok permasalahannya adalah terkait bagaimana strategi sekolah tinggi melaksanakan pembelajaran kurikulum merdeka belajar di era society 5.0. Mengingat seiring berjalannya waktu, pimpinan, dosen dan mahasiswa banyak yang belum memahami tentang kurikulum merdeka belajar. Beranjak dari permasalahan tersebut maka tim pengabdian melakukan pengenalan dan sosialisasi kepada pimpinan, dosen, dan mahasiswa di Prodi Pendidikan Luar Sekolah Universitas Gorontalo. Metode yang dilakukan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini meliputi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini diketahui bahwa para peserta baik pimpinan, dosen dan mahasiswa mendapat manfaat dari pelatihan dengan narasumber yang sesuai dengan kepakarannya. Antusiasme cukup baik terlihat dengan diskusi antara tim pengabdian dan peserta sehingga membuka wawasan dan pengaruh positif dalam pelaksanaan strategi pembelajaran kurikulum merdeka belajar dalam menghadapi era globalisasi

    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengembangan lembaga pendidikan Islam melalui ekonomi pesantren. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kajian pustaka. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah mengumpulkan sumber-sumber data dari buku dan artikel yang berkaitan tentang pengembangan lembaga pendidikan islam dan ekonomi pesantren. Berdasarkan hasil kajian pustaka, bentuk ekonomi pesantren di Indonesia secara umum ada delapan, yaitu kantin (koperasi), perkebunan sayur, peternakan unggas, peternakan ikan, penyewaan aula, bengkel, persawahan dan usaha pertokoan seperti toko bangunan, toko sembako, dan lain-lain. Sedangkan pengembangan lembaga pendidikan islam menggunakan model Planing, Organizing, Actuating dan Controling. Pengembangan lembaga pendidikan Islam melalui ekonomi pesantren menggunakan metode trilogy kualitas dengan bentuk penyediaan gedung, pendirian lembaga pendidikan tingkat lanjut dan pemenuhan sarana-prasarana. Kontribusi ekonomi pesantren dalam pengembangan lembaga pendidikan Islam dapat mencukupi sarana prasarana lembaga pendidikan, membiayai keperluan pendidikan, gaji tenaga pendidik serta tenaga kependidikan, dan peningkatan kualitas lembaga pendidikan
