ANALISIS KESHAHIHAN KESATUAN NISHAB DENGAN EMAS

Nishab is a concept in Islamic law about the minimum wealth that will make its ownerhaving an obligation to pay the compulsory alms (zakat). A standard for nishab emerges becausethe monetary values of wealth items, whose nishabs have been specified by Sharia, exist. There-fore, the idea to have a unified nishab standard is a product of ijtihad (legal thinking) that regardsthat knowing the rationality behind the obligation to give alms is possible. PENGELOLAAN BADAN USAHA MILIK DESA DALAM MENINGKATKAN PEREKONOMIAN DAN KESEJAHTERAAN MASYARAKAT DI KEC. LAPPARIAJA KAB. BONE PERSPEKTIF EKONOMI SYARIAH

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini membahas tentang Pengelolaan Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) dalam Meningkatkan Perekonomian dan Kesejahteraan Masyarakat di Kecamatan Lappariaja Kabupaten Bone (Perspektif Ekonomi Syariah). BUMDes merupakan salah satu program pemerintah untuk meningkatkan perekonomian dan kesejahteraan masyarakat di desa.Adapun pokok permasalahan adalah bagaimana studi tentang pengelolaan BUMDes dalam meningkatkan perekonomian dan kesejahteraan masyarakat di Kecamatan Lappariaja Kabupaten Bone perspektif ekonomi syariah.Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif.Dengan menggunakan pendekatan sosiologis, ekonomi, dan yuridis.Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode observasi, studi pustaka, wawancara, dan dokumentasi.jenis data dalam penelitian ini ada dua yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Kemudian data diolah dengan tahapan yakni memilah-milah data, verifikasi data, dan interpretasi data kemudian menarikkesimpulan.Pengelolaan BUMDes di Kecamatan Lappariaja belum optimal karena usaha-usaha BUMDes yang menggerakkan perekonomian masyarakat jumlahnya sedikit, hanya usaha pembiayaan/pemberi kredit yang nyata kontribusinya. Peran BUMDes dalam hal meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat desa di wilayah kerjanya sudah dinikmati oleh sebagian masyarakat melalui sejumlah usaha pelayanan jasa. Pengelolaan Badan BUMDes di Kecamatan Lappariaja dengan berbagai aktifitas kegiatan usaha sudah sesuai dengan syariah kecuali usaha pembiayaan, masih diragukan kedudukannya oleh sebagian pengurus BUMDes

Sistem E-Perizinan Pada Dinas Penanaman Modal Dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kabupaten Polewali Mandar

Abstrak: Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) Kabupaten Polewali Mandar saat ini sudah menerapkan sistem secara online dalam pengurusan izin, akan tetapi sistem yang dibangun masih membuat masyarakat yang mengurus surat izin bolak balik ke kantor. Undang-Undang No.25 Tahun 2009 mengatur tentang pelayanan publik untuk memberikan kejelasan salah satunya prosedurnya yang berbelit-belit dalam mengurus suatu perizinan. Oleh karena itu dibuat sistem electronik perizinan yang dapat memberikan pelayanan yang mudah dan murah agar dapat membantu masyarakat dalam hal pelayanan dengan menggunakan software JavaScript sebagai webserver, NoSQL  sebagai database server,visual studio code sebagai authoring tools, phyton 3.7, at command, dan gammu sebagai SMS Gateway. Untuk pengurusan surat izin dapat dilakukan pada alamat web server https://dpmptsp-polman.web.app/. Pada sistem ini ada 3 surat izin yang menjadi sampel penelitian yaitu Surat Izin Penelitian (SIP), Surat Izin Mendirikan Bangunan (IMB) & Surat Izin Usaha Perdagangan (SIUP). Penelitian tersebut dilakukan pada kantor Dinas Penanaman Modal & Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kab. Polewali Mandar (DPMPTSP). Metode penelitian yang dipakai adalah metode penelitian kualitatif, dengan menggunakan teknik mengumpulkan data melalui observasi, dokumentasi & wawancara baik dalam lingkup kantor ataupun dalam lingkup sistem yang ada. Hasil dari penelitian yang dilaksanakan membuat masyarakat yang mengurus perizinan  tidak lagi bolak-balik kantor karena sistem yang dirancang dapat memberikan notifikasi melalui SMS Gateway dengan implementasi python mengirimkan at command melalui gammu sehingga sistem membaca kode pemograman dan mengirimkan pesan informasi kepada pemohon bahwa surat yang telah diajukan sudah mendapat izin dari kepala dinas dan dapat langsung diambil pada sistem ini.   Kata kunci: DPMPTSP, pelayanan publik, perizinan, SMS Gateway   Abstract: Investment Bureau and one-stop integrated service (DPMPTSP) of Polewali Mandar Regency has currently implemented an online system in obtaining permits, but the system that was built still makes people who take care of permits go back and forth to the office. Law No. 25 of 2009 regulates public services to provide clarity, one of which is the convoluted procedure in managing a permit. Therefore, an electronic licensing system was created that can provide easy and inexpensive services in order to help the community in terms of service by using JavaScript software as a webserver, NoSQL as a database server, visual studio code as authoring tools, python 3.7, at command, and gammu as SMS Gateway. For processing a license, it can be done at the web server address https://dpmptsp-polman.web.app/. In this system, there are 3 permits that became the research sample, namely Research Permits (SIP), Building Construction Permits (IMB) and Trading Business Permits (SIUP). The study was conducted at the Polwarimander Regency (DPMPTSP) office, an investment and one-stop service office. The survey method used is a qualitative survey method that uses interview, documented, and observational data collection techniques, both within the office and within the existing system. Results of the survey conducted made people who take care of permits no longer go back and forth in the office because the system designed can provide notifications via SMS Gateway with the implementation of python sending at commands via Gammu so that the system reads the programming code and sends information messages to the applicant that the letter has been submitted. has received permission from the head of service and can be directly taken on this system.   Keywords: DPMPTSP, public service, licensing, SMS Gatewa

Sistem Informasi Penilaian Kinerja Unit Pelayanan (Studi Kasus Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Polewali Mandar)

Rumah sakit umum daerah polewali selama ini belum didukung program atau informasi yang terkomputerisasi dengan baik, khususnya pada pengolahan data kinerja unit pelayanan. Dengan kondisi ini menyebabkan pengolahan data yang tidak efisien. Hal ini tentu saja tidak sesuai dengan harapan karena mengingat bahwa teknologi saat ini telah berkembang sangat pesat yang pemanfaatannya dapat diaplikasikan dalam segala bidang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem informasi penilaian kinerja unit pelayanan rumah sakit umum daerah polewali berbasis web yang dapat mengolah data kinerja unit pelayanan lebih efektif. Sistem ini dirancang dengan menggunakan PHP dan database MySQL. Metode yang digunakan penulis berdasarkan pada Keputusan Menteri Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara. Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe STAD Untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa Pada Mata Pelajaran IPA Kelas IV SDN 10 Gadung

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi rendahnya hasil belajar siswa yang dapat dibuktikan dengan nilai rata-rata hasil belajar siswa kelas IV SDN 10 Gadung pada mata pelajaran IPA adalah 6,0. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPA kelas IV SDN 10 Gadung Kab. Buol  melalui  model  pembelajaran kooperatif tipe  STAD. Jumlah siswa sebanyak 16 orang. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang terdiri atas dua siklus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar, dari siklus I ke siklus II. Peningkatan tersebut dibuktikan dengan hasil analisis tes hasil belajar siswa yang diperoleh pada siklus I adalah: siswa yang tuntas 12 dari 16 siswa atau persentase ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 75%, daya serap klasikal 68,1%, dan rata-rata hasil belajar mencapai 6,8, serta aktivitas siswa dalam kategori baik. Pada siklus II siswa yang tuntas 15 dari 16 siswa atau ketuntasan klasikal 93,8%, daya serap klasikal sebesar 81,9%, serta aktivitas siswa berada dalam kategori sangat baik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD dalam pembelajaran IPA dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas IV SDN 10 Gadung. The Relationship between Progressivism Educational Philosophy and Science and Its Relevance in the Era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 (Society 5.0)

Philosophy and science are human efforts to understand the concepts and methods of a scientific discipline. Changing times and developments have ushered in a philosophy of configuration by showing how the "tree of knowledge" thrives and branches out from the respective disciplines. This study aims to examine philosophy and science and their relevance in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era. This research method uses the hermeneutic method in explaining the reality that occurs with elements of interpretation and description. The results of the research can be described that the study of the relationship between philosophy and science has developed so rapidly. Philosophy and science are indispensable in the development of science and technology which is marked by sharpening of scientific specialization, because by studying philosophy scientists are expected to be aware of its limitations so as not to get caught up in intellectual arrogance. It is impossible to fight against the discourse on the development of science and technology, but rather to reduce the negative impact of technology itself. In the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 and Society 5.0, community groups are heterogeneous, so that very complex problems arise related to technological developments and can change the mindset of human life to patterns of life that are more sophisticated with the power of technology. like robots and the internet. MODEL PEMBELAJARAN IPA SECARA KAFAH

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan menemukan model pembelajaran IPA secara kafah sebagai pemecahan permasalahan multidimesional yang dihadapi peserta didik saat ini dan dimasa yang akan datang. Model yang didapat merupakan hasil pemikiran, analisa dan penelahaan buku, artikel, tulisan ilmiah dan diskusi dengan pakar pendidikan serta pengalaman dalam memberikan pelatihan peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran IPA di SEQIP. Model mempunyai 3 tahapan pokok yaitu pembuka pelajaran, kegiatan inti dan kegiatan pemantapan. Tahapan utama yang berisi kebermaknaan konsep yang ditemukan terdapat pada tahapan setelah kesimpulan dan kegiatan pemantapan yaitu menyampaikan kebermaknaan konsep yang didapatkan dengan mengintegrasikan pada religi, moral, sikap dan akhlak dan penerapan konsep yang ditemukan terhadap sains, teknologi, rekayasa dan matematika.  Kata kunci: model pembelajaran; IPA; kafah. ABSTRACTThis study aims to find a comprehensive science learning model as a solution to multidimensional problems faced by students today and in the future. Fenomena Sains sebagai Alternatif Meningkatkan Kecakapan Hidup

Morals are very important, so Allah SWT sent his messenger to fix it. Morals, attitude and character positive are life skills. Life skills cannot be taught, they should be transmitted, so a model is needed to be imitated. Scientific phenomena have the potential to be a model. Nature saves a lot of messages from Allah SWT which, if digested, becomes knowledge. One of the scientific phenomena in nature that can be used as knowledge and improve life skills are butterflies and magnets. Literature study is used to analyze scientific phenomena from several aspects, namely 1) religion based on Al-Quran and Hadith, 2) scientific concepts of phenomena found in nature, 3) application in life, and 4) integration in life skills. Butterflies can be a model of the importance of self-control to be good and not give up quickly in the face of difficulties and the belief that with difficulties there is ease. Magnets become a model of unity, rhythm, agreement, strength will be achieved. Based on the analysis, it can be concluded that the creation of Allah SWT in nature in the form of scientific phenomena can be a model for improving life skills

Biosynthesized ZnO-NPs from Morus indica attenuates methylglyoxal-induced protein glycation and RBC damage: In-vitro, in-vivo and molecular docking study

The development of advanced glycation end-products (AGEs) inhibitors is considered to have therapeutic potential in diabetic complications inhibiting the loss of the biomolecular function. In the present study, zinc oxide nanoparticles (ZnO-NPs) were synthesized from aqueous leaf extract of Morus indica and were characterized by various techniques such as ultraviolet (UV)-Vis spectroscopy, Powder X-Ray Diffraction (PXRD), Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FT-IR), Scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS). Further, the inhibition of AGEs formation after exposure to ZnO-NPs was investigated by in-vitro, in-vivo, and molecular docking studies. Biochemical and histopathological changes after exposure to ZnO-NPs were also studied in streptozotocin-induced diabetic rats. ZnO-NPs showed an absorption peak at 359 nm with a purity of 92.62% and ~6–12 nm in size, which is characteristic of nanoparticles. The images of SEM showed agglomeration of smaller ZnO-NPs and EDS authenticating that the synthesized nanoparticles were without impurities. The biosynthesized ZnO-NPs showed significant inhibition in the formation of AGEs. The particles were effective against methylglyoxal (MGO) mediated glycation of bovine serum albumin (BSA) by inhibiting the formation of AGEs, which was dose-dependent. Further, the presence of MGO resulted in complete damage of biconcave red blood corpuscles (RBCs) to an irregular shape, whereas the morphological changes were prevented when they were treated with ZnO-NPs leading to the prevention of complications caused due to glycation. The administration of ZnO-NPs (100 mg Kg−1) in streptozotocin(STZ)-induced diabetic rats reversed hyperglycemia and significantly improved hepatic enzymes level and renal functionality, also the histopathological studies revealed restoration of kidney and liver damage nearer to normal conditions. Molecular docking of BSA with ZnO-NPs confirms that masking of lysine and arginine residues is one of the possible mechanisms responsible for the potent antiglycation activity of ZnO-NPs.
