    The Performance of Mangrove (Rhizophora apiculata) Leaf Extract to Treat Vibriosis (Vibrio harveyi) in Mud Crab (Scylla serrata)

    Mud crabs (Scylla serrata) is one of the most economic crabs in Central Java. However, mortality was reached 80% during fattening due to bacterial infection. Meantime, mangrove leaf contain bacteriostatic and bactericidal such as saponin, flavonoid, tanin, alkaloid, steroid, terpenoid and phenol that might effective to control bacterial infection. This study was carried out to observe the performance of mangrove leaf extract to treat vibriosis in mud crabs at various concentration in vitro and in vivo. In vitro study demonstrated that mangrove leaf extract at concentration of 300 mg/l to 900 mg/l were able to prevent Vibrio harveyi growth and formed clear ring between 11.37–13.67 mm. Forty eight mud crabs at body weight of 4011±253 g were injected with a bacterial V. harveyi at density of 106 CFU/ml in between the leg join. Then immersed into mangrove leaf extract at concentration of 0 mg/l, 300 mg/l, 600 mg/l, 900 mg/l for 30 minutes. Post injection of bacterial Vibrio crabs showed clinical signs such as wide apart of swimming and walking legs, blackened carapace, white spots, and red spots. Immersion of mangrove leaf extract post injection could improved survival rate, healing and histopathological features of experimental crabs. Therefore, it can be concluded that the use of mangrove leaf extract at 900 mg/l demonstrated best survival rate, histopathological feature and recovery after 14 days post infection

    Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk : 1) mengetahui tentang proses pembiayaan di Warung Mikro BSM Kantor Cabang Payakumbuh, 2) mengidentifikasi jenis resiko dan faktor penyebab terjadinya resiko dalam pembiayaan dan 3) menganalisis penerapan manajemen resiko pembiayaan Warung Mikro di BSM KC Payakumbuh. Penelitian ini berawal pada Februari sampai dengan April 2018. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan mengumpulkan data melalui interview dan studi literatur. Proses pembiayaan pada Warung Mikro terdiri dari pengajuan pembiayaan dan pemberian persyaratan, pemeriksaan kelengkapan persyaratan, analisa kelayakan pembiayaan, pembuatan proposal pembiayaan, akad, dan pencairan. Resiko yang dihadapi dalam pembiayaan Warung Mikro ini adalah  resiko default, resiko persaingan yang kompetitif, resiko pengembalian barang, dan resiko dijualnya objek pembiayaan. Resiko default terjadi karena faktor internal berupa analisis pembiayaan yang salah, bank yang terlalu ekspansif dan tergiur dengan agunan yang besar; dan faktor eksternal berupa kondisi USAha nasabah, riwayat nasabah, dan kondisi nasabah.     Struktur Dan Integrasi Pasar Kopi Arabika Gayo Di Kabupaten Aceh Tengah Dan Bener Meriah

    Kopi Arabika Gayo merupakan komoditas utama di Kabupaten Aceh Tengah dan Bener Meriah. Sebagian besar (86%) produksi kopi diekspor ke pasar dunia. Selama tahun 2006-2012, pergerakan harga kopi di tingkat eksportir mengalami kenaikan sebesar 17,18%, namun di tingkat petani mengalami penurunan sebesar 1,73%. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis struktur dan integrasi pasar kopi Arabika Gayo. Data yang digunakan merupakan data time series harga bulanan kopi selama tahun 2008-2012. Analisis struktur pasar ditentukan melalui rasio konsentrasi empat Perusahaan terbesar (CR4) dan hambatan masuk pasar melalui nilai skala efisiensi minimum (Minimum Efficiency Scale/MES). Analisis integrasi pasar menggunakan model yang telah dikembangkan oleh Ravallion (1986). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsentrasi rasio empat Perusahaan terbesar (CR4) di tingkat eksportir sebesar 71,12% dan terdapat hambatan masuk pasar yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai MES sebesar 28,53%. Karakteristik struktur pasar menunjukkan bahwa pasar terkonsentrasi dengan tingkat persaingan yang kecil. Struktur pasar yang terbentuk mengarah pada struktur pasar oligopsonistik dan terdapat lembaga pemasaran yang dominan dalam proses penentuan harga yaitu eksportir. Selain itu, analisis integrasi pasar menunjukkan bahwa pasar kopi di tingkat petani tidak terintegrasi dengan eksportir baik dalam jangka panjang maupun jangka pendek. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam proses penentuan harga petani cenderung sebagai penerima harga.Kata Kunci: Kopi Arabika Gayo, struktur pasar, integrasi pasar, harga, oligopsonistikArabica Gayo Coffee is the main commodity of Central Aceh and Bener Meriah regencies. Almost 86 percents of coffee bean produced from those areas is exported to the world market. Though the coffee price increased 17.18 percent at the exporter level during 2006 to 2012, but at the farm level the price of coffee decreased 1.73 percent. The purpose of this study was to analyze the structure and integration market of Arabica Gayo coffee. The data used was monthly time series of prices during 2008 to 2012. The analysis of market structure is determined by the concentration ratio of four large firms (CR4) and barriers to market entry through the Minimum Efficiency Scale (MES) value. The analysis of market integration used models that have been developed by Ravallion (1986). Research results showed that the market concentration ratio (CR4) at the exporter level was 71.12 percents and there were barriers to enter the Arabica Gayo coffee market with MES of 28.53 percents. These structural characteristics indicated that market structure is concentrated with a small level of competition. The market structure is oligopsonistic and there is a single marketing institution which determine the Arabica Gayo coffee price. This single institution is exporter. In addition, analysis of market integration showed that the coffee market at the farm level was not integrated with the exporter level in the long and short term. These analysis showed that the farmers are price taker

    Inventory management has an important role in a company because inventory management can decrease production cost. Economic order quantity using to minimize the production cost. Inventory management of flour in bread company Nikki Echo not been seen clearly prove by  so many booking amount. It can giving addition of cost. The purpose of this research is (1) Analyzing optimal flour stock by using EOQ method in bread company Nikki Echo, (2) Analyzing reorder point raw material inventory by using EOQ method in bread company Nikki Echo, (3) Analyzing total raw material inventory cost by using EOQ method in bread company Nikki Echo. This research be held from February 20 until April 19 2018 in bread company Nikki Echo, Tanjung Pauh, Payakumbuh city, West Sumatera province. Flour stock by using EOQ method as much 17.394 kg it means the amount greater than company policy. That amount increase 79,6% from the amount set by company. Frequency of booking less than company policy that is 7 times booking. Amount of reorder by using EOQ method is 10.251 kg with the inventory lead time for 3 days. Total inventory cost by using EOQ method as many Rp 11.445.513. This value small than total inventory cost issued by company policy. Decreasing cost amount 98% from company policy. That cause by ordering amount reduced 33 times or same with 82,5% from the amount befor

    Introduction: A person with leprosy present disability and lesions caused by related nerve damage. Without treatment leprosy can permanently damage skin, feet and eyes. Leprosy-related documents show that stigma is typically a very deep rooted social process. It refers to unfavourable attitudes and beliefs directed toward someone or something. The stigma against leprosy not only burdens the affected individuals but also their family members. This research aims was to analyze the influence of family on knowledge psychoeducative intervention, family support and the self stigma. Method: The design was a quasy experiment. The samples were the intervention and the comparison group each of 30 respondents. The sample consisted of respondent and respondent's family. Sampling technique is using purposive sampling. The research instrument was a questionnaire used by researchers. Result and Analysis: The result showed that not only psychoeducative family influence level of knowledge, support family and self stigma. The other factor are family characteristics and respondent characteristics. The statistical result shown that a significant relationship between psychoeducative family with knowledge (p=0,000), family support (p=0,000) and the stigma of leprosy (p=0,004). Discuss and Conclution: Level of knowledge, family support and self stigma have relations to each other. Families who have less knowledge about leprosy will influence to be given family support. Leprosy patients who have high self stigma caused by lack of knowledge and they feel there have not symphaty, attention and support from their families

It is make Mariaty's Spa need to think of new ways to mantain their sales. Therefore, the aim of this research is to proposed system of therapist recommendations based on the therapist's highest rating for maintaining sales.This research used an exploratory method. All data were obtained from interview with receptionist Mariaty's Spa and analyzed using the MIT 90's Framework that describes the state of internal and external Mariaty's Spa. The results of the research conducted by observing the location and conducting interviews related to the basic concept of recording which consists of 6 parts, the counter concept consists of 3 parts, the concept of business continuity consists of 3 parts, and the time period used consists of 3 parts. These four stages have an effect on making financial reports which will be very useful for businesses.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk dapat mendeskripsikan terkait prosedur dalam membuat pencatatan akuntansi dan laporan keuangan pada  jasa barbershop yang sesuai dengan siklus akuntansi, sehingga memiliki laporan keuangan yang tepat dan wajar untuk diberikan kepada pemilik/owner yang nantinya membantu dalam mengembangkan dan kemajuan usahanya dan mempermudah dalam pengambilan keputusan bagi perusahaan jasa barbershop ke depannya sebagai dasar kebijakan atau strategi pengembangan usaha.
