    The therapeutic communication is emergence for the nurses, by mean that each of them should owning ability to do the therapeutic communication very well. The nurses ability in using the therapeutic communication to the child patients, priory on the preschooler kids would help the recoverys efficacy. The use of therapeutic communication in inexact way would rise thee hospitalization stressed to the child, such as the childs highly dependent ness on their parents, also the childs anxiety and fear during his/her hospitalized period. This research has a purpose to gain information about giving the therapeutic communication to the preschooler kids at Prof.Dr. H. Aloei Saboe Local Public Hospital Gorontalo related to the nurses acknowledgement and attitudes. The sample of this research is 23 on-duty nurses in the children room. The sample is taken purposively, reminded by this research is limited only on the on-duty nurses in the children room. The instruments that used in this research is closed questionnaire and observations sheets. The data is analyzed by percentage. The results shows that the education rate of the nurses are mostly at the D3 nursery graduated (69,6%), followed by S1 nursery graduated (21,7%), meanwhile the SPK graduated nurses are only placed at (8,7%). The nurses age are mostly between 26-30 years old and having the working period less than 5 years. The nurses acknowledgement about giving therapeutic communication to the preschooler children, in a good-enough category (73,9 % respondents has adequate acknowledgement). The nurses attitude in giving the preschool child a therapeutic communication, in a good-enough category (69,6 % respondents has the adequate attitude)

    A Hate and Provocative Speech Act in Social Media: A Forensic Linguistics Study

    This study aims to: (1) explain the types of provocative speech acts of Natalius Pigai on YouTube social media, (2) explain the forms of provocative speech acts on YouTube social media. The data in this study are languages ​​that are supposed to contain provocative criminal acts on YouTube social media. The data source in this study is the social media YouTube. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method, data collection techniques in the form of viewing and documentation. The data were analyzed using the steps of (1) identifying, (2) classifying, and (3) analyzing. The results of this study indicate that: Natalis Pigai's utterances on social media contain literal indirect speech acts, while locutionary speech acts use declarative locutions, expressive illocutions, and get hearer to think about perlocutions (make the interlocutor think about). These statements violate the Criminal Code, Article 160 and Article 161 regarding sedition.  Keywords: provocative speech acts, social media, forensic linguistics.     This study aimed to determine the effect of zeolites and rice husk to soil Pb and growth and production of paddy rice. The research was conducted in the screen house at Faculty of Agriculture USU and soil analyzed at the Laboratory Institute for Agricultural Technology ( BPTP) Medan North Sumatra . This experiment using a factorial randomized block design with two factors , namely zeolite treatment consists of 3 levels: Z0 = 0 g / pot , Z1 = 12.5 g / pot , Z2 = 25 g / pot and rice Husk consists of two levels: A0 = 0 g / pot , A1 = 10 g / pot . The results showed that the rice husk is able to reduce levels of lead (Pb) in the soil while giving zeolite can improve plant height . The interaction between 12.5 g zeolite / pot and 10 g rice husk / pot ( Z2A1 ) increasing weight of 1000 grains . Zeolite and rice husk did not affect significantly for the number of vegetatif and generatif tiller, grain weight per pot and percent of empty grains

Increase Request onion red cause needed cultivation plant onion red on condition stress drought for reach production highest . Study this aim for knowing type and dose as well as combination paclobutrazol and sour salicylate on condition stress drought for increase production onion red.Research this  held on house glass in the garden test Faculty Agriculture University North Sumatra Muhammadiyah . design experiments that have used in study this is design random factorial group with 3 factors . Factor first  level drought with 2 levels treatment ie : 80% capacity roomy and 40% capacity roomy . Factor second paclobutrazol with 4 levels treatment namely 0 mg/l, 15 mg/l, 30 mg/l, 45 mg/l. Factor third Sour salicylate with 3 levels namely 0 mg/l, 50 mg/l, 100 mg/l. Observation parameters observed _ is length plant , number leaf , weight Fresh Bulbs , Weight Bulbs Dry and Bulb Diameter. Results study show gift factor single paclobutrazol and factor single sour salicylate no increase growth and production onion red.. Giving paclobutrazol with level 45 mg/l at 80% capacity roomy have score long plant and amount leaf highest compared to 40% Capacity roomy . Giving sour salicylate on concentration 50 mg/l at condition 80% capacity roomy increase weight tubers fresh , tuber dry and tuber diameter . Interaction treatment paclobutrazole , acid salicylate and stress drought could increase growth and production on K1S1P3 combination

    This study aims to determine the chemical properties of soil on dry land after the eruption of Mount Sinabung in Kecamatan Payung, Kabupaten Karo. The eruption of Mount Sinabung that occurred from 2010 to 2020, released volcanic ash containing Silica, Aluminum, Sulfur, Magnesium, Sodium, Potassium, Calcium, Iron, Phosphate, and Manganese. Analysis of soil chemical properties was carried out at the Research and Technology Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, University of North Sumatra and PT. SOCFINDO. This study used 8 composite soil samples as research material, using survey methods and stratified sampling / grouping by overlaying several maps. Soil pH data analysis using electrometric method, C-organic content with Walkley and Black method, Cation Exchange Capacity (CEC) with NH4OAc extraction method pH 7, P2O5 ex-HCl, K2O ex-HCl, and Base Saturation (KB) with calculations (number of exchangeable base cations / CEC x 100%). The results of soil analysis showed that after the eruption of Mount Sinabung, dry land in Kecamatan Payung had acidic soil pH, high levels of P2O5 ex-HCl, levels of K2O ex-HCl with low to high criteria, levels of organic C tended to be high, soil CEC tended to be high and KB very low soil.     The objective of this research were to determine the effect of urea fertilizer and lime-CaCO3applications and its interaction on the dynamics of N-NH4 and N-NO3 and changes in soil pH andgrowth of maize in Inceptisols taken from Kwala Bekala. This research was conducted in thegreenhouse, Chemistry and Soil Fertility Laboratory, at the Faculty of Agriculture, University ofNorth Sumatra, Medan. This study used a randomized block design (RBD) factorial consisting oftwo factors. The first factor was urea (U) which was composed of doses 0, 75, 150 and 225 kg N/haand the second factor was lime-CaCO3 (K) which was composed of doses 0, 2.032, 4.064, 6.096tons CaCO3/ha. The results showed that the application of urea fertilizer, lime-CaCO3 andinteractions increased N-NH4 in the first week and then decreased until the sixth week andincreased the N-NO3 until the fifth week and raised the soil pH in the first and second week thendecreased until the sixth week. The applications of doses urea fertilizer decreased plant height, stemdiameter, shoot dry weight and root dry weight. The application of lime-CaCO3 decreased thegrowth of the maize except the concentration of plant nitrogen.     The objective of this research is to study the effect of combination of volcano sand, zeolite, and sea water to soil chemical properties and the production of rice plant local varieties. This research was conducted in highland peat, village of Hutabagasan Sub District of Dolok Sanggul Distric Humbang Hasundutan North Sumatra. This research used non factorial RAK with four treatments, those are G0 (control), G1 (volcano sand 5 kg), G2 (5 kg + volcano sand sea water 2.5 L), G3 (volcano sand sea water 5 kg + 2.5 L + zeolite 1 kg) and 3 replicants. The results showed that the addition of volcano sand 5 kg + sea water 2,5 L + zeolite 1 kg decreased the pH of the soil, K - exchange, Ca - exchange and percentage base saturation, increased the value of the electrical conductivity (EC), Na - exchange, Mg - exchange.     Daun beluntas (Pluchea indica  L.) dengan kandungan kimia flavonoid, fenol dan tannin yang memiliki potensi sebagai antibakteri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat formula obat kumur ekstrak daun beluntas serta melakukan uji stabilitas formula obat kumur, uji hedonik dan uji aktivitas antibakteri terhadap Streptococcus mutans. Formula obat kumur dibuat dengan variasi konsentrasi ekstrak daun beluntas 3, 5 dan 7%. Stabilitas sediaan obat kumur diuji dengan metode penyimpanan cycling test meliputi organoleptis, pH dan viskositas. Selain itu dilakukan uji hedonik terhadap kejernihan, warna, kekentalan dan aroma obat kumur. Hasil uji stabilitas menunjukkan bahwa formula obat kumur stabil secara fisik ditinjau dari pengamatan organoleptis, namun tidak stabil ditinjau dari parameter pH dan viskositas karena mengalami perbedaan  sebelum dan setelah cycling test. Uji aktivitas antibakteri menunjukkan bahwa formula obat kumur memiliki aktivitas antibakteri dengan diameter zona hambat terbesar 8 mm pada konsentrasi 5%
