    线性自抗扰控制参数整定鲁棒性的根轨迹分析

    Medium Optimization for Antitumor Agent Mycoepoxydiene by Marine Lignicolous Fungi Diaporthe sp.

    从海洋木栖真菌HLY-2分离得到的真菌环氧二烯(Mycoepoxydiene)是新发现的高抗肿瘤活性化合物。通过正交设计,改良普通半海水PD培养基的配方,比较固体和液体两种发酵方法,得到了使该化合物产量大幅提高的最佳培养条件:在固体发酵条件下土豆250g/L,海水300mL/L,葡萄糖30g/L,乳糖50g/L,磷酸二氢钾0·65mmol/L,硫酸铵1g/L,产量高达543mg/L,比普通的PD培养基提高了43倍,也比液体发酵的最高产量提高了近15倍。同时还对固体发酵和液体发酵造成的产量差异进行了分析。并检验了发酵产物的抗肿瘤活性。Mycoepoxydiene is a novel antitumor agent extracted from marine lignicolous fungi HLY-2, which is Diaporthe phaseolorum by molecule identification. The medium optimization for mycoepoxydiene by orthogonal design and the comparison of submerged fermentation and solid state fermentation were studied. The rusult is that the maximal yield of the compound is 543mg/L, which is 43 times compared to the customary half-seawater PD medium and 15 times to the best submerged condition. This optimum culture medium included potato 250g/L, seawater 300mL/L, glucose 30g/L, lactose 50g/L, KH_ 2 PO_ 4 0.65mmol/L and (NH_ 4 )_ 2 SO_ 4 1g/L in the solid state condition. Differentiation analysis between submerged and solid state fermentation, and antitumor activity of these ferment products were also studied.     Unfalsifying Pole Locations Using a Fading Memory Cost Function

    Given a feedback control system with an unknown plant, the problem of choosing a stabilizing controller is considered. Working within the framework of unfalsified adaptive control, we consider a finite-dimensional linear time invariant system as a special case of the standard adaptive configuration. A fading memory cost function is presented in which the influence of older data is reduced exponentially. With this cost function, the location of the poles can be detected with only input-output data. Compared with existing results, the cost function can detect changes affecting stability sooner and be used in adaptive switching control to improve the performance of controller switching. ? 2013 John Wiley and Sons Asia Pte Ltd and Chinese Automatic Control Society

In this paper, we present a dynamic programming based scheduling strategy by considering the stochastic arrival nature of network load and characteristic of battery storage.     海洋机器人是海洋环境观测的重要工具,精准的环境流场信息是海洋机器人观测行为优化、观测路径规划与精确跟踪的关键。针对高时空分辨率海洋环境流场准确估计,基于动态数据驱动应用系统(DDDAS)框架,提出一种海洋环境流场估计和自适应观测系统。采用数据驱动的方法,建立海洋环境流场时空分布模型;基于克里金卡尔曼滤波方法同化海洋机器人集群获取的空间相关环境流场观测数据,动态更新模型参数;最后,应用遗传算法优化海洋机器人集群的海洋流场观测位置,以降低海洋流场估计误差。设计的算法进行了计算机软件实现,并应用普林斯顿数值海洋模式计算的南海部分区域海洋流场数据进行了计算机仿真实验,结果表明所提出的系统可以有效地实现海洋环境流场的高时空分辨率准确估计

    本文应用rAPd技术,选用11种引物,以嗜酸乳杆菌为对照,对6种13珠双歧杆菌菌株基因组dnA进行PCr扩增,分析其dnA指纹图谱,并计算其相似性指数。结果表明,双歧杆菌和非双歧杆菌之间,其相似性指数有显著差异;选择合适的引物进行扩增,双歧杆菌不同种间和同种不同株间可表现不同的dnA指纹图谱。本文还对rAPd技术应用于双歧杆菌分类鉴定的可能性进行讨论。11 random primers were chosen to ampliFy the aegomic DNA From 13 strains belonged to 6 species of BiFidobacteria.Lactobacillus acidophillus and Escheichia coli were used as control.AFter analysing DNA Fingerprinting pattems and calculating similarity index(Sl),we Found that the diFFerence of Sl between BiFidobacteria and non-BiFidobacteria was signiFicant and that diFFerent species or strains BiFidobacteria showed diFFerent DNA Fingerprinting patters using appropriate random primers.The possibility of using RAPD For BiFidobacteria idenFiFcation qas discussed

    海洋微生物是当前抗肿瘤药物开发的重要新资源.应用硅胶柱层析结合活性跟踪分离的方法,从海洋放线菌菌株N350的脂溶性发酵产物中纯化并鉴定了4个化合物,分别为反式-13-二十二碳单烯酰胺,7,4'-二羟基异黄酮、6-甲氧基-7,4'-二羟基异黄酮及β-胡萝卜甙.其中,反式-13-二十二碳单烯酰胺、7,4'-二羟基异黄酮及6-甲氧基-7,4'-二羟基异黄酮具有抗肿瘤活性,抑制人口腔上皮癌KB细胞生长的ID50分别为15,8 1,5 2μg/cm3,抑制人白血病细胞HL-60生长的ID50分别为7,2 8,1 9μg/cm3.这些化合物均首次在海洋放线菌中得到分离.Marine microorganism, which can be easily reproduced in large scale in industry, is being exploited for new antitumor drugs with unique structure and excellent bioactivity. Four lipophilic cytotoxic compounds produced by a marine actinomycetes, strain N350, were purified by bioassay-guided isolation, and identified as cis-13-docosenmamide, 7, 4′-dihydroxyisoflavone, 6-methoxy-7, 4′-dihydroxyisoflavone, and β-sitosterol-β-D-glucopyranoside, respectively. Cis-13-docosenamide, 7, 4′-dihydroxyisoflavone and 6-methoxy-7, 4′-dihydroxyisoflavone demonstrated significant cytotoxic activity in vitro. Against human leukemia cell line, HL-60, their IC_(50) was 2.8, 1.9, 7 μg/cm~3, respectively, and against human epidermal carcinoma of oral cavity, KB cell line, IC_(50) was 8.1, 5.2, 15 μg/cm~3, respectively.
