    随着技术的发展,工业检测技术受到人们的重视,其中图像检测由于其具有直观,方便,信息量较全面而使得它在工业检测方面具有重要的应用。以fPgA作为控制核心,设计了一个小型图像采集系统。通过fPgA实现CMOS图像传感器的初始化、图像数据采集、存储、uSb接口芯片的控制;使用uSb 2.0接口实现图像数据传输;使用VC++编写上位机程序对图像进行实时显示。经过测试,整个系统能够稳定工作,满足设计目标。With the development of technologies,the industrial detection technology has been paid more attention,in which the video detection plays an important roles in the field of industrial detection because of intuitive,convenient and more comprehensive information from it.A small image acquisition system is design by using FPGA as the cotroller.The initialization of CMOS inage sensor,image data acquisition,storage and control of USB interface chip are implemented by using FPGA.The image data is transmitted from FPGA to host via USB 2.0 interface chip,and displayed on the host program.Testing results show that the stability of the whole system meets the design goals

    台湾原住民研究肇始于清代理番时期的采风民族志,日据时期开启了近代民族学、人类学意义上的调查研究阶段,光复后台湾学者主导的原住民研究,在民族志调查与社会文化人类学理论层面的研究都有很大的进展。近年来,台湾学者原住民研究中出现了片面强调台湾原住民与南岛语族的区域文化关系的错误倾向。以最新的民族志调查研究为基础,通过多学科整合研究,重建台湾原住民的民族起源、历史与现状、族群关系与国家认同等重要课题,是新时期大陆学者责无旁贷的历史任务。The study of the aborigines in Taiwan began from Qing Dynasty ,and developed into the phase of indagation during the time that Taiwan was occupied by Japan. Then the study of the aborigines leaded by scholars in Taiwan got great development on the indagation of ethnography and the research of social and cultural anthropology. A kind of inaccurate tendency that several scholars unilaterally emphasize the relation between the aborigines in Taiwan and Austronesian family has been appearing in recent years.     于外加Cr(Ⅳ)和Cr(Ⅲ)的天然海水中接种海洋细菌,充氧条件下培养。在细菌对数生长期,大部分Cr(Ⅳ)被还原为Cr(Ⅲ)继而转化为有机铬。在稳定期,有机铬为溶解铬的主要形态,在无菌控制实验中,Cr(Ⅳ)和Cr(Ⅲ)浓度基本不随培养时间变化。说明在没有海洋细菌活动参与下,水中铬形态转化难以进行。实验结果为天然海水中溶解态铬的热力学不平衡状态提供部分可能的解释

    Characteristics and Sources of PM_(10)-bound PAHs During Haze Period in Winter-Spring of Xiamen

    采集了厦门市冬春季(2008-12-04~2009-03-20)湖里工业区和大嶝岛旅游区大气PM10样品,用gC-MS定量了PM10负载的19种多环芳烃(PAHS),并结合采样期间气象资料对灰霾期和非灰霾期多环芳烃的差异特征进行对比分析.结果表明,冬春季采样期内,厦门市大气PM10中PAHS的浓度变化范围为12.93~79.27 ng.M-3,平均42.28 ng.M-3,比2004年冬季增长近3倍.灰霾期间PM10中PAHS总的质量浓度明显高于非灰霾期,并且灰霾期间低分子量组分菲、荧蒽和芘的质量分数显著下降,高分子量组分苯并[b]荧蒽、苯并[k]荧、苯并[A]芘、苝、茚并[1,2,3-Cd]芘、苯并[gHI]苝和晕苯的质量分数相对升高.采用特征化合物比值、主成分分析与多元线性回归对来源与贡献率进行了分析和估算.灰霾期间识别出3类污染源:机动车尾气排放+天然气燃烧、煤燃烧和焦炉排放,其贡献率分别为62.7%、28.1%和9.2%;非灰霾期间同样识别出这3类污染源,其贡献率分别为48.6%、36.9%和14.5%.表明厦门市冬春季灰霾期间PM10中PAHS受本地源排放影响相对较多,非灰霾期间受北方燃煤长距离传输影响更显著.PM10 samples were collected at Huli(industrial zone) and Dadeng Island in Xiamen from December 2008 to March 2009.Nineteen polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs) during haze and non-haze periods were determined by GC/MS.Combined with the meteorological data,the differences of chemical composition and source of PAHs were compared.During sampling periods,the concentrations of PM10-bound PAHs ranged from 12.93 to 79.27 ng·m-3 with the average of 42.28 ng·m-3,which were almost three times higher than those in the winter of 2004.PAHs concentrations were much higher during the haze periods than those in the non-haze periods.Meanwhile,during the haze periods the percentages of lower molecular weight PAHs such as Phe,Fluo and Pyr decreased significantly,on the contrary,individual components of BbF,BkF,BaP,Per,Icdp,BghiP and COR were more abundant.The main sources of PAHs were estimated by the Principal Component Analysis method and the contributions of various pollution sources to PAHs were calculated by the Multiple Linear Regression method.Results showed that the main pollutant sources of PM10-bound PAHs in winter-spring of Xiamen during the haze period were vehicle emission plus natural gas,coal combustion and coke oven,their contribution rates were 62.7%,28.1% and 9.2%,respectively.During non-haze periods,the main pollutant sources identified were the same and the contribution rates were 48.6%,36.9% and 14.5%,respectively.In winter-spring of Xiamen,PM10-bound PAHs were more influenced by local emission sources during the haze periods;coal combustion emissions in north China had a big contribution to PAHs during the non-haze periods.环保公益项目(201009004);厦门市科技计划项目(3502Z20093013

    Establishment of MDCK cell lines which stably express visualable human neonatal Fc receptor

    [目的]建立稳定表达融合EGFP的人新生儿Fc受体(h FcRn)的MDCK细胞株。[方法]构建重组慢病毒质粒p EGFP-h FcRn,采用四质粒包装系统共转染HEK 293T细胞生产重组慢病毒,感染MDCK细胞后对EGFP阳性细胞进行流式单细胞分选;通过Western Blot及EGFP-β2m荧光共定位验证h FcRn的完整性,并用流式细胞仪检测h FcRn与人Ig G的结合活性。[结果]测序结果表明成功构建p EGFP-FcRn慢病毒表达载体;感染后EGFP阳性MDCK细胞比例约为26.5%,流式单细胞分选后得到纯阳性细胞;荧光共定位及Western Blot均检测到h FcRn的完整表达;流式分析表明细胞株上的h FcRn与Ig G存在p H依赖性结合。[结论]成功获得稳定表达具有生物活性的可视化h FcRn的MDCK细胞株。[ Objective] To establish MDCK cell line stably expressing EGFP- human neonatal Fc receptor(hFcRn) fusion protein. [ Methods ] The lentiviral expression vector for EGFP - hFcRn fusion protein was constructed. Generating by co - transfection of four -plasmids into HEK 293T cells ,the lentivirus particles were used to infect MDCK cell line. EGFP positive single cell was obtained by FACS, and then FcRn expression was identified by fluorescence co -location with EGFP - β2m and confirmed by Western Blot. Flow cytometry was used to detect binding activity of hFcRn and human IgG. [ Results ] DNA se- quencing demonstrated that the lentivirus vector pEGFP - FcRn was constructed successfully. The percentage of EGFP - posi- tive ceils was about 26.5% after infection. Expression of the complete protein was detected through fluorescence co - location and Western Blot, respectively. Flow cytometry analysis showed that the cell lines could pH - dependently capture human IgG.     本文针对轴对称圆形截面的主动冷却发动机燃烧室开展了耦合传热分析方法的研究,提出了一套燃气/固壁/冷却油耦合传热分析的分析与设计方法,对设计的模型亚燃主动冷却燃烧室进行了闭环试验测试。试验测量结果与使用分析方法预测的计算结果符合的较好,说明此套耦合分析方法具有一定的可靠性和准确性,能够应用于指导工程设计。此外,比较研究了不同燃料组分替代模型计算结果的异同
