    DEFORMATION MONITORING of BULKY BACKFILL IN NO.2 MINE AREA IN JINCHUAN

    针对金川二矿区大体积充填体稳定性问题,简要论述近年来地表岩移和井下地压显现特征,并开展大体积充填体的变形机制研究。制定针对大体积充填体变形的监测方案:采用自制的变形监测装置对1 150~1 200 M水平50 M高充填体的相对变形进行监测,采用水准仪对大体积充填体和围岩体的下沉变形进行量测。监测结果表明,大体积充填体综合下沉变形速率为16.00~51.44 MM/月,最大累计下沉量达515 MM,大体积充填体自身相对变形速率为1.953~28.585 MM/月,最大累计相对变形为285.85 MM。进一步分析大体积充填体综合变形、自身相对变形和围岩体变形的发展趋势。研究成果对于深刻认识二矿区大体积充填体的稳定性、围岩体的变形等提供了重要的依据。The characteristics of surface subsidence and ground pressure in recent years in No.2 mine area,Jinchuan were briefly described and the mechanism of deformation was carefully analyzed.A monitoring scheme was implemented based on the results of deformation analysis.A device was made to monitor the relative deformation of bulky backfill of 50 m in height at the altitude level of 1 150 to and 1 200 m.Bubble level was used to monitor the vertical displacement of the bulky backfill and the surrounding rock.The monitoring results shows that the rate of total deformations of measurement points is 16.00 – 51.44 mm/month and that the maximum accumulated deformations is 515 mm.The rate of relative deformations at measurement points is1.953 – 28.585 mm/month, and the maximum accumulated relative deformations is 285.85 mm.The development trends of the total deformation,the relative deformation and the deformation of surrounding rock are also studied

    Multiple Background Model-Based Moving Target Detection on Sea Surface

    提出一种在反射光较强的条件下基于多背景模型的海面运动目标检测方法.使用基于统计模型的变化检测方法将被监控场景区分为海浪波动显著的背景区域和海浪波动不显著的背景区域;对这两种区域中的像素点分别以Weibull分布模型和Gauss分布模型建立背景模型;使用建立的背景模型检测海面的运动目标.实验结果表明,在海面反射光较强且波浪波动较大的情况下,用该方法可以比较准确地检测到海面的运动目标. A new method based on multiple background model for moving target detection on the sea surface is proposed. It can detect the moving target on the sea surface when there is heavy sea clutter and the reflected light is strong. The monitored area is first partitioned into two regions using the statistical model-based change detection method, where the sea clutter in one region is heavier than the other. Then Weibull distribution is used to create the background model for pixels in the region having heavier sea clutter and Gaussian distribution is used for the other region. Finally the background model is used to detect moving target on the sea surface.     以农业废弃物生物质为原料,利用水相转化技术,进行了百吨/年规模生物航油类烃(C8~C15)合成试运行.过程中采用两步酸解法分别将玉米秸秆中半纤维素和纤维素转化为糠醛和乙酰丙酸,作为生物质基平台化合物.在碱性条件下糠醛与乙酰丙酸经Aldol缩合反应实现碳链增长,生成的长链含氧中间体经过低温预加氢、高温加氢脱氧及精制,生成C8~C15范围内液态烃,可作为生物航油组分.以试运行实验结果为基础,进行了过程的物质与能量转化分析.结果表明,该路线获得液态烃类的基本性质满足合成航油ASTM-7566标准要求,并充分利用了原料中纤维素和半纤维素组分,是一条基于生物质的长链液态烃合成路线,1t航油约需10~12t干基玉米秸秆

    Study of the gene expression profile in the bone tissue with kidney yin deficiency syndromes in primary osteoporosis

    目的通过检测原发性骨质疏松症患者骨组织基因表达谱的差异,探讨原发性骨质疏松症肾阴虚证相关基因的信息学特征。方法随机选择骨质疏松症患者,中医辨证分型为肾阴虚证组3例、肾阳虚证组3例、无肾虚证组3例,并选择正常骨密度人群3例设为正常对照组。用人全基因组表达谱芯片检测4组人群骨组织基因表达谱,筛选共同的差异表达基因,并对这些差异表达基因进行基因通路等相关功能分析。结果肾阴虚证组与正常对照组、肾阳虚证组、无肾虚证组的差异表达基因分别为2378、4026、4071条,肾阴虚证组与其他3组比较共同的差异表达基因有344条,这些差异基因参与免疫调节、矿物质吸收、激素合成、组氨酸代谢等11条信号通路。结论原发性骨质疏松症肾阴虚证的相关基因主要与免疫调节、激素合成、组氨酸代谢、矿物质吸收等信号通路相关。Objective To investigate the characteristics of genes expression profiles of kidney yin deficiency in primary osteoporosis by analyzing the difference of gene expression profiles in the bone tissues in patients w ith primary osteoporosis.Methods Osteoporotic patients were randomly selected.All the patients were divided into kidney yin deficiency group,kidney yang deficiency group,and non-kidney deficiency group according the syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine.Each group had 3 patients.Another 3 people w ith normal bone mineral density( BMD) w ere selected as normal control.Gene expression profiles of the bone tissues in all 4 groups w ere detected using the human genome-w ide expression profile chip.The differentiated expression genes w ere screened,and the analysis of the related functions of these genes including the pathw ays w as conducted.Results Compared w ith that in kidney yang deficiency group,non-kidney deficiency group,and normal control group,the number of differentiated expression genes in kidney yin deficiency group w as 2378,4026,and 4071,respectively.Compared w ith that in these 3 groups,the number of common differentiated expression gene in kidney yin deficiency group w as344.These genes w ere involved in 11 pathw ays,including immunoregulation,mineral absorption,hormone synthesis,and histidine metabolism.Conclusion Related genes of kidney yin deficiency syndromes in primary osteoporosis are mainly related to the signal pathw ays such as immunoregulation,hormone synthesis,histidine metabolism and mineral absorption.国家自然科学基金(81173280); 福建省科技厅省属公益类科研院所基本科研专项(2011R1038-5); 福建省卫生厅创新课题(2011-CX-30); 福建省卫生厅青年基金项目(2010-1-31

    长苞铁杉幼苗在林窗不同位置的建立

    通过2003年12月到2005年1月对福建省天宝岩国家级自然保护区长苞铁杉林内椭圆形林窗(面积118m2)中心、中部、边缘和林下样地进行种子埋藏及幼苗定位观测实验,研究了长苞铁杉幼苗在林窗不同位置中的建立。结果表明:在林窗内不同位置对长苞铁杉幼苗建立有显著影响。林窗中心样地、林窗中部样地、林窗边缘和林下样地内长苞铁杉幼苗发生率分别为10%,10.7%,6%和6%。从林冠下到林窗中心,长苞铁杉种子的幼苗发生率略有增高趋势。在林窗中心样地和林窗中部样地中雨水冲刷是幼苗死亡的最主要原因,而在林窗边缘样地和林下样地中昆虫的取食是幼苗死亡的最主要原因。林窗位置对幼苗的存活率有显著影响,林窗中部样地幼苗存活率最高(11.4%),林窗中心样地幼苗存活率次之(6.7%),而林窗边缘样地和林下样地幼苗则均全部死亡。种子营养消耗完后,在林窗中心、林窗中部、林窗边缘和林下等4个位置样地中,林窗中心样地幼苗平均高度最高。经过一个生长季后,林窗中心样地中幼苗的根生物量、茎生物量和总生物量均略高于林窗中部样地的幼苗,但差异并不显著。林窗中心样地幼苗叶生物量、叶重比、叶/地上等指标显著高于林窗中部样地的幼苗,而茎重比则低于林窗中部样地的幼苗

    【目的】通过药物体外抑菌试验及斜带石斑鱼抗病力研究,筛选有效治疗斜带石斑鱼(Epinephelus coioides)河流弧菌(Vibrio fluvialis)病复方中药与中西药联用配方。【方法】用黄连、乌梅、黄柏比例分别为0.9∶1.3∶0.9、1.2∶0.9∶1.0、1∶1∶1的复方中药对河流弧菌进行体外抑菌实验;将质量分数2.2%复方中草药与中西药联用复方分别添加到基础饲料中,投喂感染河流弧菌的斜带石斑鱼73 d,研究中西药对石斑鱼河流弧菌病治疗效果。其中,试验组I、II、III的黄连、乌梅、黄柏比例分别为0.9∶1.3∶0.9、1.2∶0.9∶1.0、1∶1∶1,试验组IV、V、VI的黄连、乌梅、黄柏、恩诺沙星配比分别为0.9∶1.3∶0.9∶1.3、1.2∶0.9∶1.0∶0.9、1∶1∶1∶1,另设空白对照组I(健康鱼,投喂基础饲料)、II(病鱼,投喂基础饲料)和阳性对照组III(病鱼,投喂板黄散)、IV(病鱼,投喂大黄五倍子散)。【结果】黄连、乌梅、黄柏配比1∶1∶1、质量浓度200mg/mL的复方中药对河流弧菌的体外抑菌效果较佳,为最佳配方及用量。40 d病鱼死亡数,..
