    Determination of,Three Vitamins in Compound Vitamin B Tablets by HPLC

    目的 采用高效液相色谱法同时测定维生素B族片中三种维生素B(维生素B1,维生素B2,维生素B6)的含量。方法 采用C18柱,以0.005mol·L-1的庚烷磺酸钠溶液(含0.5%冰醋酸和0.05%三乙胺)-甲醇(65:35,v:v)为流动相,流速为1.0m L·min-1。紫外检测波长为280nm。结果 本实验中维生素B1,B2,B6线性范围分别为2.964~74.1mg·m L-1,2.934~73.35mg·m L-1,2.996~74.9mg·m L-1,回收率分别为97.5%,99.7%,100.5%,RSD分别为1.21%,1.5%,0.9%。结论 本法快速、简便、分离效果好,适用于多维片中维生素B1,维生素B2,维生素B6的质量控制。OBJECTIVE To develop an HPLC method for the determination of three vitamin B in compound vi- tamin tablets. METHODS HPLC, C18 column was used, a mixture of 0. 005mol . L-1 sodium heptanesulfonate (containing 0. 5% glacial acid and 0. 05% triethylamine)-methanol(72:28 ,v/v)as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0mL . min-1. The UV detection wavelength was 280nm. RESULTS The calibration curves Showed good linearity in the range of 2. 964 -74. 1mg. mL-1,2. 934 -73.35mg. mL-1 ,2. 996 -74. 9mg . mL-1 ,recovery rate of vita- mins were 97. 5% ,99. 7%, 100. 5%, and RSDs were 1.15% ,0. 77% ,0. 80% respectively. CONCLUSION The method is rapid, convenient and reliable and could be used for quality control of compound vitamin B tablets

    目的:介绍福建省某三甲医院干预不合理处方的措施并进行分析,探讨提高处方质量的方法。方法:参照2010年2月10日卫生部印发的《医院处方点评管理规范(试行)》,结合本院近年来对不合理处方干预的资料与经验,深入分析各种不合理处方的干预措施及其综合应用的有效性。结果:处方自动监测系统(PASS)干预、审核药师审核退回、调配发药药师拦截、临床药师介入进行回顾性汇总分析、宣传教育行政干预等措施相结合是提高处方质量的有效方法。结论:不合理处方的干预要有统一可行的标准,医院通过各个环节紧密配合,临床药师介入处方干预的各个环节,配合行政干预,加强宣传教育,共同对不合理处方进行干预,有望在不合理处方干预方面取得成效。Objective:Intervening measures for improper prescription in a Three-A hospital of Fujian province was introduced and analyzed to discuss the approach improving the prescription quality.Methods: The data and experiences in our hospital in recent years were collected and analyzed.According to "Tentative Management Regulation of Prescription Comment in Hospital" issued by Ministry of Health,China on February 2010,various intervening measures for improper prescription were fully discussed.Results: Following measures could be integrated into application to improve prescription quality: intervene with prescription automatic screening system(PASS),withdraw after reviewed by a senior pharmacist,intercept by a dosage pharmacist,intervention through review analysis by clinical pharmacist,and administrative disturbance through health education.Conclusion: A uniform practicable standard is needed in the field of intervention for improper prescription.Cooperation between different sectors of a hospital,clinical pharmacist involvement in all phases of prescription intervention,assistant with administrative disturbance,and health education are expected to make progress in improving improper prescription

    Design of sensor energy-saving controller for photovoltaic power generation

    传感器储能性能较弱,导致设计出的光伏发电中的传感器节能控制器网络延迟较长、节能效果不理想。因而,设计一种新型光伏发电中的传感器节能控制器,其对供电电路、无线通信芯片和太阳光传感器芯片进行重点设计。nRF905无线通信芯片对控制器中各设备、电路、元件之间的数据通信进行监控,保障节能效果、缩短网络延迟。供电电路为控制器的节能工作供应电能、优化太阳光光强的能量转化。优化后的太阳光能量,将通过太阳光传感器中的TSL2678芯片太阳光进行参数提取和分析,输出太阳能最佳采集方位和该方位的太阳光光强,实现光伏发电的最优节能。控制器软件设计部分给出了控制器的节能控制流程。分析实验结果可知,所设计的控制器具有网络延迟短、节能效果好的特点。Since the sensor energy?saving controller for the photovoltaic power generation has long network latency and unsatisfied energy-saving effect due to the poor energy storage performance of the sensor,a new sensor energy-saving controller for the photovoltaic power generation was designed,and its power supply circuit,wireless communication chip and solar sensor chip were designed emphatically. The wireless communication chip NRF905 is used to monitor the data communication among each device,circuit and component in the controller to ensure the energy-saving effect and shorten the network latency. The power supply circuit supplies the electric energy for the energy-saving work of the controller,and optimizes the energy conversion of so?lar light. The parameters of the optimized solar light energy are extracted and analyzed through the chip TSL2678 in the solar light sensor,which outputs the optimal acquisition orientation of the solar energy and its intensity to realize the optimal energy saving of the photovoltaic power generation. The energy-saving control flow of the controller is given in Fig. 5 in this paper.     Study on dissolution method of Vitamin B4 tablets

    目的建立维生素b4片溶出度检测方法。方法采用桨法,以900 M l P H6.8磷酸盐缓冲溶液为溶出介质,温度37.0℃,转速为50 r/MIn,选取时间为45 MIn,经0.45μM微孔滤膜过滤,取续滤液,采用紫外分光光度法测定维生素b4片的溶出量,检测波长为262 nM,溶出限度为标示量的80%。结果维生素b4浓度在4~16μg/M l范围内与吸光度呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9999(n=5),平均回收率为100.1%,rSd=1.0%(n=9)。结论该方法简便、灵敏、准确,对不同生产企业的处方、工艺有一定考察作用,可用于维生素b4片的溶出度测定。Objective To establish a test method for determining the vitamin B4 tablets dissolution.Methods Paddle method was used to 900 m L p H6.8 phosphate buffer solution as the dissolution medium,the temperature of 37 ℃,the speed of 50 r/min,take time for 45 min.Taking the filtrate through the 0.45 μm microporous membrane filtration,vitamin B4 tablets dissolution quantity determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry,determined the wavelength of 262 nm,dissolution limit for 80% of the labeled amount.Results Vitamin B4 concentration had a good linear relationship with the absorbance in 4 ~ 16 μg/m L,r = 0.9999( n = 5),the average recovery was 100.1%,RSD = 1.0%( n = 9).Conclusion The method is simple,sensitive and accurate,has certain effect on prescription and study of the process of different production enterprises,can be used for the dissolution determination of vitamin B4 tablets

    Fas ligand and Anti-human DR5 monoclonal antibody induce tumor cell lines apoptosis

    目的探讨FasL、Anti-DR5mAb对肿瘤细胞Hela、BGC823、MCF-7、L342、H9101、D6的杀伤作用及机制。方法采用RT-PCR、MTT比色法、电泳、DNA倍体分析、Westernblot等方法。结果H9101、Hela细胞株DR5mRNA水平有表达,D6细胞无表达;H9101、L342细胞株FasmRNA水平有表达,D6细胞无表达。H9101、L342细胞株对FasL、Anti-DR5mAb敏感并呈剂量依赖性;MCF-7、BGC823细胞株对FasL敏感,对Anti-DR5mAb相对敏感。Hela对FasL相对敏感,对Anti-DR5mAb敏感;D6对两种凋亡诱导剂耐受。结论FasL、Anti-DR5mAb能不同程度地诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡,其机制与Fas、DR5、Caspase-8、Bcl-2的表达有关。 【英文摘要】 Objective:To study the cytotoxic effects on tumor cell lines Hela,BGC823,MCF-7,L342,H9101,D6 induced by Fas ligand and anti-human DR5 monoclonal antibodies(Anti-DR5 mAb) and the underlying mechanism.Methods:Fas/DR5 mRNA were detected by RT-PCR.     Characterizing Nitrogen Saturation of the Wuchuan Headwater Stream in the Southeast of China

    以九龙江流域典型的农业源头溪流——五川溪为研究区域,开展每月一次共2年的nO3-采样用于溪流氮饱和特征的研究.结果表明,2005年和2007年溪流的nO3-浓度分别为35.5~319.5μEQl-1和5.0~353.6μEQl-1,根据STOddArd和TrAAEn提出的氮饱和划分准则,五川流域分别处于氮饱和阶段2/3和阶段2,接近氮饱和.氮饱和阶段随着nO3-浓度的增加而上升,五川溪流的氮饱和阶段存在着时间上的变化.河流生态系统中氮负荷增加,使河流达到氮饱和状态,并最终改变溪流系统硝化和反硝化等氮的生物地球化学循环过程.随着nO3-浓度的增加,五川源头溪流已成为流域内重要的nO3-源.NO3-concentrations sampled monthly in the Wuchuan stream,which is a small agricultural headwater stream in the southeast of China,within two years,were used to study the stream′s nitrogen saturation characteristics.Results showed that NO3-concentrations varied from 35.5 to 319.5 μeqL-1 in 2005 and from 5.0 to 353.6 μeqL-1 in 2007.And,according to the criteria proposed by Stoddard and Traaen,the nitrogen saturation status of the stream was at stage 2 or 3,and stage 2,respectively.Both stages were closed to saturation.It was found that the saturation stage would increase with the NO3-concentration,which caused the change of nitrogen saturation stage in the Wuchuan stream over time.The increasing of nitrogen loadings has led to the stream nitrogen saturation and eventually can alter nitrification,denitrification and other nitrogen biogeochemical cycles in the stream ecosystem.国家自然科学基金资助项目(41175130);教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计
