長崎県における留学生雇用に関する意識調査--企業に対するアンケート調査分析

　We conducted a questionnaire survey on foreign student employment in Nagasaki Prefecture. Our findings are as follows: (1) companies are generally willing to employ foreign students, (2) the job types requiring high language skills are ranked among the top, (3) more emphasis is placed on Japanese language proficiency than on English. However, the Japanese proficiency level required in Nagasaki is lower than the result of DISCO’s survey (2018a). The results of the survey using Liu and Sugihara’s questionnaire (2016) show that (1) “the fundamental competencies for working persons” resulted in high scores, especially the ability to function in a team was very high, (2) “the bachelor\u27s degree-level academic ability” scored lower than “the fundamental competencies for working persons” and (3) applicants’ “attitudes, directionality and teamwork” aspects are more highly evaluated than their “knowledge, comprehension and multipurpose skills” when companies in Nagasaki Prefecture employ foreign students. We also compared our results with that of Liu and Sugihara (2016) and found similarities and differences

The Results, and Found Issues of Workshops for Preventing Lifestyle-related Disease in Ozu-town, Kikuchi-district, Kumamoto-prefecture

From 2014 to 2015 in Ozu-town, Kikuchi-district, Kumamoto-prefecture, 3 workshops were conducted for preventing lifestyle-related disease with 23 adult participants. The results after these workshops showed improvements over the following items; in dentistry field, “the frequency of brushing teeth”, “stickiness inside of the mouth after getting up in the morning”, “bad breath”, “swelling of gums”, “sensitive teeth”, “longer-looking teeth”; in dietary habit, “tasting better even with lightly seasoned foods”, “checking nutritional component label”, “having main dish, staple food, side dish for more than 2 times everyday”, “tendency of constipation”; in physical activity field, “over 30 minutes of physical activities more than twice a week”, “enjoying physical activities”, “move more actively and voluntarily”, “having a concern about body functionalities”. In addition, muscle amount has increased while body fat amount and body fat percentage has decreased. At the same time, experts argued about the content of the workshops and found thatactual conditions of the participants cannot be understood just by such survey with questionnaire; it would be also an issue concerning the amount of work preparing for the program suitable for the condition of each participant. Based on these results and the issues, we will develop a framework for continuously providing the workshops in the future

入院患者満足度調査 : 患者満足度調査を看護ケア・技術の向上にフィードバックするために
